I mean, it just might be my opinion, but I'd say it's pretty ignorant to assume that the insiders, who hold billions of shares, would be in such a tight spot that they would sell off a few million at a time. And even more hilarious, should your claim be true, is that they didn't even make the effort to stir up any sort of promotion to get a reasonable volumes of shares out there, at relatively significant price increases. But yeah, it's probably insider dumping.
