well you can all forget about Fujitsu Siemens. They choose BT today.
Lets just agree that he should keep his mouth shut, when he doesn`t know.
Well, then we disagree. When a guy in that position speaks, he speaks on behalf of the company. If you don`t know the answer, you say I don`t know, ask someone else or keep your mouth shut.
Well it`s up to you. But i wouldn`t trust a company that have lied several times. China contract i bogus/fake whatever, so how do we now that these tests are for real? I dont believe it is. non disclosure also means Clyw don`t have to mention any names, which fits right into my sceptical idea of the company.
I`m not only talking about this pr, but others which have been presented as mail before at this board. When you also look at the fake China contract, the late filing, lies and so on, it all adds up to a pattern of strange and not good corporate behavior.
Yes, this pr is the ones that is suppose to drive the stock. They are the offical info channels. The fact that people know this info before it is officaly released is NOT good. The info is not important, but it is pushing the share a little bit in therefore it is sensitive and should be treated that way.
upset? no. I find it strange and feel sorry for those who trade this stock, beacuse inside info spreading is not that good. I still think Clyw have a slight chance of sucsess, but think that the lying and the hiding of information is wrong. I also think CLYW allread is priced at a fair chance of sucess any share rise from this level should be beacuse of real info with money involved, I don`t think that will happen. I also find it strange that people calle lost moeny for invested money, cause they still need more money and that will make a downward pressure on the stock until the can get at least 5-10 million dollars (probably more). I don`t think they`ll ever get that kind of money, but they need it.
They lost over 1million dollar in the first quarter. They will probably lose more in the next two quarters and maybe 1 million in the last quarter this year. This means that they needs at least 2,5 million dollars for the remaning months. Since they`re not serious and are selling stocks in at dump prices, that means there will be a lot of selling during the year. I also find it strange that they are talking about non interesting news and now supposedly are testing with 12 companies. My guess is that these companies are even less important than this Romaninan company. I also find it strange that 12 companies is scheduled du test, when there are nothing to test at this date. My advice is to sell if the stock has a rebound.
First of all. Where does it say that shipment started 2Q this year? How can it start without any product?
The China deal is fake, it is 1 1/2 years old and with no real income, when it the contract value supposedly is 500 million, then i would draw the conclusion that this contract is fake. They haven`t mentioned it in any of their filings. And normal company do mention progress in contract that is supposed to be wort 4-5 times the company value.
Why Calypso need money? They lost over 1 million dollar last quarter. With no income they are likely to need money to cover up future losses. And there WILL be future losses.
I guess thats true. Since their not on their radar, then MAYBE it will be late 2004 or maybe in 2005. The road from being on the radar til a proper agreement is long, maybe 1-2 years. So Clyw may have chance in 2-3 years, but they`ll nedd tons of cash. They onvly have 0.7 million today and that won`t last long. I think they`ll need around 15 million dollars to make it. I don`t think they`ll be able to get that kind of money
A lot. Not needing additional funding, that Birdstep Technology have sold their IP portfolio to an asian company, that BT can`t roam between cellular and wifi and probably a lot more. The china deal is something wort investigating, if they had been listed, there would probably have been some charges by now. Everyone can see that the supposedely 500 million dollars contract is a fraud. Three proven lies and some info that is worth checking up.
T-Mobile has nothing to do with Calypso. This George (who has told untrue things before), would probably have said this anyway. If they`ve are dealing with T-Mobile they would have used this for a proper stock issue. T-Mobile is using Pctel for they`re connection manger and is planning to upgrade this software in the future.
They`re still handing out info to a selcted group of people. But can we trust them, when weknow that they have lied several times? The share may have rebound soon, but in long term, this is a dead cat. priced at over 100 million dollars with NO income, several lies and late filings. Well, well, its not my investment.
Well, i said that i thought the share was going to almost 1 dollar a while ago. I was right. You said news and 2 dollars this week. Hmm, I`m not sure who`s bring what?
Well, how about this post????? Any, comment?
But so far no news this week, as you have said earlier. one day left.
Well, so far. All they have gotten is expenses. You have one day left to prove contract this week. IT doesn`t look good for you. Or CLYW, but that was expected.
The trend is down, short term and long term. Maybe it will turn soon, but the trend now is down. And it should be considiring the way too high stock value. Is Clyw valued at 140 million dollars or something like that? Its just crazy with NOTHINg in income in the first quarter and even with a fake 500 million dollar contract.
Well at least you`re good at writing dollar signs on this board
I would be sceptical to ASNAP. Don`t think i knows more than us.
The company sold their shares for 0,80 so they don`t even think its worth todays share price. And they didn`t even notice the market when this transaction took place, this is just laughable, I`m sorry but it is. The company raising money by a secret share issue just to survive one quarter? By selling at under half of what the share is traded at?
Just a thought? They had around 0,7 million dollars in cash (correct me if I`m wrong) and now hav 1,2 mill, that means they have raised 0,5+ 1,4= 1,9 million dollars. Well if they sold 2,359 shares, that means the share were sold at 0,80 dollars? I may be way off here, have a forgotten anything? If they actually sold at 0,80 then they are in deep problems and will probably have problems getting more funds without a similiar dump selling. Any comments?
A funny part with the filing. The filing for 2003 said that CLYW needed 5 million dollar (of course George denied this, hehe), well since then CLYW have lost more money then ever and have raised between 1-2 million dollars, but still they need 5 million dollars. Thats strange, they loose more and the fund raising haven`t lowered the amount of money they need. Of course they would maybe deny that they still need 5 million dollars, but we all can read that they do. And anyway 5 million dollars is nothing, i wonder why they can`t raise that kind of money at once? Why? No interest perhaps?
Thats what I`m also saying. 500 million dollar supposedly. When will they admit that its not worth anything near that? No income in first quarter and the China deal is near on and a half years old. Is there something wrong here? YES!
As expected no income and large losses. Their working capital is lost by the end of second quarter (which has ended!!) with this pace.
interesting point with CLYW not filing. Maybe thats the reason? That they don`t won`t to answer around progress with agreemens, how much money they have and so on. And even if they actual send the filing the damage is allready done. So the filing issue is a loose-loose situation for CLYW. I think they`ll be bankrupt by the end of the year, but thats just my guess
NO late report filing is good. I`ve been in this came for a long time and companies filing early have a tendancy to deliver solid result, companies filing late or later than they said, ALWAYS deliver a bad result. There`s no chance that CLYW had a good first quarter result. I think lack of money is the real reason for the late filing. There can`t be much left now?
Trust the management? How many lies ca they provide without people loosing their trust? How many delays? This company is valued at over 100 million dollars, fair enough maybe but they don`t have any finished product or money to support the product, so i would say over 100 million dollars is overvalued. There is a much bigger downside than upside in this stock. technically speaken, there is no problem for this stock to reach 1 dollar within the end of july.
probably a trail on the CLYW office. Maybe they`ll find the WAY overdue filing as well?
If they`re technology works they might have chance. But that chance is really low and the share is valued at this little chance all ready. Small upside, big downside. Overvalued.
SELL! Innsiders lying about other companies, no protype, no technical indications of turnaround, no 1Q filing, no money and so on. No income and no hope of that changing soon and the company is valued at over 100 million dollars? SELL
Sorry, I wasn`t supposed to answer to you. But you could read it anyway. Mean answer was meant to be a follow up to my other posts reagarding the lies in the e-mail sent by George at CLYW.
anyone willing to comment my proof off George lying in innsider-mail to other people on this board? Anyone? Won`t anyone admit that its quite strange that he says:
- "Birdstep have SOLD all their IP to an Asian company?"
-When
1. They haven`t sold anything
2. Their counterpart in the merge is swedish NOT asian
3. Its just the IP zone part that is involved and not the somewhat competitive solition Birdstep Mobile IP Client that is involved.
Furthermore its rude to thrash nice people who probably just wont to check out CLYW and its solution. I bet BT wont have anything to do with CLYW if thats the way CLYW is behaving. George is also asking question about a journalists integrati just beacuse he has printed ONE or maybe TWO articles thats talking positive about Birdstep and negative about CLYW, when fact is that there probably are quite a larger number of journalists that have heard about BT than CLYW, beacuse BT have been their and shown their solution. A solution not perfect but getting better with important collabaration. What have CLYW done expect lying and talking negative about other companies? Well nothing!!!! Well, expect filing late.
I have read the bluephone article and it doesn`t say anything special, expect that they`re may be patent issues beacuse of CLYW claims. But with the recent email prestenting George lies I wouldn`t worry to much about it. Aptilo from Sweden, hmm according to George Sweden is in Asia, thats strange, I live in Norway and Sweden is my neighbour country and we are a pretty long way from Asia. And if merging is selling, hmm?
Aptilo(from Sweden, hehe):
APTILO IN BRIEF
Aptilo Networks develops system solutions for PWLAN (Public Wireless LAN), also referred to as hotspots or Wi-Fi areas. The solution enables wireless Internet access at public venues and places such as hotels, coffee shops, airports and conference centers.
The technological development of what is today known as the Aptilo Service Management Platform and the Aptilo Access Gateway began back in 1999. Aptilo Networks was founded as a company in June 2001.
Aptilo Networks' solution is designed and developed to meet the needs of telecom operators, ISPs and other service providers providing professional, carrier-class access, public WLAN services. Managed PWLAN services are provided based on the Aptilo solution to kick-start a service provider's hotspot services or for a hotel chain or stand-alone airports to provide hotspot services at their venues.
The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with regional offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Dallas, in Texas, USA. Aptilo systems are up and running in 30 countries on five continents.
The co-founders of Aptilo Networks have long experience and deep knowledge in telecom, network solutions and software development. Prior to Aptilo Networks they held management positions at various well-known companies such as Ericsson, Sun Microsystems and Sonera.
I would also add, that i would ask question to a guy which are trying to talk negative about a company he obvisly don`t know anything about. When Birdstep heard about the patent fuzz, they got their laywers to check it against their on patent filing. They issued a statement without saying anything negative about CLYW. A serious company don`t talk about things they don`t know about other companies and I think this George guy has FAILED BIG TIME several times while talking about Birdstep. He said that their Mobile IP Client couldn`t roam between cellular and wifi, thats a lie and he is claiming they`ve sold their IP portfolio to an asian company, thats a lie. A guess Peter Judge is more positive to Birdstep, beacuse people actually have tested their product. Of course their are issues to be solved for Birdstep and others to create a perferct roaming situation but lying, filing late, share innside information and not being able to show their product is FAR worse.
I didn`t want to bring up BT, but when George is talking BS i have to. They haven`t sold anything they`re mergeing their hotspot software NOT the Mobile IP client. And byt the way SEK is equal to Svenska kronor (svenska=swedish) Read this:
Aptilo Networks and Birdstep Merge Public Wireless LAN Activities
6/16/2004 - Aptilo Networks and Birdstep Technology have entered into a Heads of Agreement, with the goal of merging the IP Zone division with Aptilo Networks to establish a leading European Public Wireless LAN software company. The merged company will operate as Aptilo Networks with Birdstep Technology as a major shareholder.
The transaction creates a company that will be the leading global force within Public Wireless LAN systems.
Aptilo Networks and Birdstep have the same architectural platform, and hence the customers of the two companies can expect better and broader product capabilities. Although the companies share the same business philosophy, their customer bases do not overlap, and there will be strong offerings for the Enterprise, Public Hotspots and general Broadband markets.
Together Nordstjernan, Aptilo’s largest shareholder today and Birdstep will inject SEK 35 million. The merge will give Aptilo enhanced capabilities to accelerate its future growth strategy and sales in Europe, Americas and Asia to ensure that Aptilo Networks stays ahead of the competition.
The combined company will have a significant installed base with customers like Vodafone, T-Mobile, Telecom Malaysia, Tele2 and Telenor and strong partners such as HP, Intel, Nortel and Capgemini.
The planned transaction is based on an estimated market value of SEK 150 million of Aptilo Networks AB, and an estimated market value of SEK 80 million of Birdstep’s IP Zone division.
After injecting the IPZone division and SEK 25 million in cash, Birdstep will hold close to 40% of the combined company which is valued at SEK 265 million (€28 million).
Subject to satisfactory due diligences and approvals of final terms and conditions Aptilo will acquire the assets of Birdstep’s IP Zone division. Birdstep will become a major shareholder of Aptilo after the transactions.

Haha. This is complete BS!!! Birdstep sold their IP zone to an asian company? This shows a much BS this gut talks. Birdstep is merging their IP zone part with Aptilo Networks from SWEDEN (Sweden is in Europe) . Birdstep will own 40% of the new company. This shows how little you can trust Calypso, of course Birdstep tried to check out clyw, they probably wanted to find out what the patent fuzz was about. Asian company, yeah right! LOL
I meant with, my mistake sorry. Anyway you get the idea. There are severeal ways to include the client withouth being pre installed on the device. But have to watch european championship in soccer which we europeans love, hehe.
