The only thing getting crushed right now is me.
Did I see that right? 700,000 shares @ .13?
More like massive dumping this morning. In 2 hours of trading yesterday and 1 hour of trading today share prices are down 50%. I need a couple of those premade shots that they're supposed to be selling.
promo letters went out yesterday and this morning.
Something is up. That's for sure. Definitely on the watch list for next week.
Promo coming????
Promo coming????
If they got to keep all their profit they would be at least 50/share or more.
LOL! This is OTC land, it ain't about the news, it ain't about how much money a company makes or doesn't. It's all about the candlesticks and the MOMO. FMCC gapped a month ago and closed .19 lower then the open. Right after that it went to $5.00. We'll see tomorrow. If she goes green we're off to the races, red, I'm out.
Agree, the chart is still intact. For now.
This is the third straight trading session where the exact same thing has happened. 30 min before the close the PPS will get whacked and 5 min before the close it comes right back.
Your wish will be fulfilled, will hold the rush till next week -J LOL
If it holds this through the day, the volume will come. Personally I'd like another two or three days of 10-15% gains before the thundering herd arrives.
This is the perfect way for a penny to move. No pumps and very little board chatter. Just quietly adding value.
Not so sure about that. Chart is saying otherwise. Unless bad news hits it looks like were headed towards a short term breakout. Maybe tomorrow or first part of next week.
Maybe, maybe not. There's been a lot of debate lately on what to do with proven reserves of coal. The one big thing that it has over nat gas is that it is easily exported. Right now there just a handful of facilities that can compress natural gas and load it onto a vessel. New construction for natural gas exporting plants are currently on hold waiting for congressional approval. Even once they get approval it's something like 5-7 years to build one.
Coal usage in the US has been on the decline for several years. The industry has been under considerable pressure from the EPA and the current administration. If there is any real hope to maintain coal as a viable energy source it will be through exporting, primarily to China and India. However if you have been following the news in China you will have noted the massive amount of air pollution being created now, due to coal fired energy plants. As fracking technology becomes cheaper and easier to use the glut of cheap, clean burning natural gas will replace coal in the long run. But, that will not happen for several years.
I'm only posting this because some newbee is going to get dollar signs in there eyes and think that they will see 6+. Ain't going to happen. This ticker symbol will more than likely not exist in 60 days. Lock in your profits whether it be 10, 20 or 50% and move on. Now that this is being pumped DD and technicals can be thrown out the window. I'm in this one, but before the pump started. I'm out next week.
THAT is the most intelligent thing I've read on this board so far. There is no such thing as DD in penny land. It's all about the momo.
Yea should be interesting. I was in before the pump because it looked like it had some momo. I'm really not very exited now to see it pumped. HOPEFULLY we see some long tall green soldiers next week.
FINALLY some MOMO with no pump letters.
I'm about 99% sure that REDG is going to be a money maker. Question is when. My guess is that it is not going to do much for a few months. I'm going to keep buying at these levels and see where it goes.
Not yet, still fence riding this one. I'd like to, but shoot, this could flat line for another 3 months and tie up working capitol. It should be going up, honestly I can't figure out why it's not in the teens. Penny land, no rhyme rhythm or reason.
I'm with you. In at .12 and not selling. #$%@ Victory Mark.
Hopefully the will equate to a huge jump in PPS. Run this bad boy.

FYI OTC stocks don't trade "after-hours" or "pre-market." Form T OTC trades reflect executions that occurred during regular market hours but were not reported during those hours. For an explanation of this subject see below. As to why holders are dumping shares, that's too easy to answer. AR is an insolvent lying firm worthy of SEC and DOJ intervention and one breath away from Chapter 7 liquidation by ponderous creditors and litigants. They've used the "cases to Israel" PR once too often.

Primer on OTC Form T trades.
OTC.PK retail trades cannot be executed pre-market or after hours. This is a subject of much confusion amongst market participants. "Form T" trades do appear outside of normal hours. However, these are trades that were executed but not reported during regular market hours (9:30 am - 4:00 pm ET). If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day it is because the trade wasn't posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
A Pink Sheet Primer. What are Form T trades?
The Pink Sheets follows regular market hours, from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM ET. The Pink Sheets follows the market calendar of the Nasdaq Stock Market and is closed on the days that Nasdaq is closed. The Quotation system is available from 7 am to 5 pm every business day. However, individual traders at a market maker control when the trader's quotes are open and firm.

569 Federal Register / Vol. 72, No. 12 / Friday, January 19, 2007 / Notices 4632. Transaction Reporting
(a) When and How Transactions are reported
(1) Trade Reporting Facility Participants shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit to the NASD/ Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility or if the NASD/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility is unavailable due to system or transmission failure, by telephone to the Operations Department, last sale reports of transactions in designated securities executed during normal market hours. Transactions not reported within 90 seconds after execution shall be designated as late.
(2) Transaction Reporting to the NASD/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility Outside Normal Market Hours
(A) Last sale reports of transactions in designated securities executed between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time shall be reported within 90 seconds after execution and shall be designated as ‘‘T’’ trades with the unique trade report modifier, as specified by NASD, to denote their execution outside normal market hours. Transactions not reported within 90 seconds also shall be designated as “T” trades.
Such {T} transactions not reported before 9:30 a.m. shall be reported after 4:00 p.m. and before 8:00 p.m. {as .T trades} with the appropriate trade report modifier as specified by NASD. 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time and be designated ‘‘as/of’’ trades.

Pink Sheets and Form T trades
Since the Pink Sheets does not accept pre-market or after hours trades, any stocks traded exclusively on Pink Sheets that contain the "T" indicator on a trade, is a trade that did not meet the NASD 90-second posting rule as per above. If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day it is because it wasn't posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
There are three types of late reports:
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal
90-second delays.
Rule 6620.1 OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
In this case the market makers may have conducted a trade within seconds of closing, but is delayed in reporting until after closing it is showing up a minute after closing. This delay, which is permitted, is often misconstrued as manipulation.
2. Then we have trades later than 90 seconds after closing. These trades fall into two categories and typically involve larger size lots.
a. The first category is sometimes used by financial institutions that are non-market makers to report larger transactions that actually occurred during market hours, but since they do not have access to the ACT (Automated Confirmation Transaction Service) use Form T to report. In essence, bypassing the MMs.
MMs are basically prohibited from these "Off Market transaction" as spelled out in:
A pattern or practice of late reporting without exceptional circumstances may be considered conduct inconsistent with high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110.
These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risk of driving the price upward or downward.
b. The second category involves so called “ex-clearing” lots. Certain transactions may clear and settle outside of the regular clearing system ("ex-clearing" transactions), where two dealers make an arrangement to settle trades between them outside the clearing system.
The process used to balance street side transactions depends on the type of comparison generated and the settlement method for the particular trade.
Trades Comparison is accomplished in one of two ways:
1. Electronically through the use of an automated clearing house such as the NSCC. This the normal way
2. Manually via Ex-Clearing. Ex-Clearing is a manual comparison process that is performed by the brokerage firm’s Purchase and Sales Department. Unusual short coverings can end up settle this way
3. See http://www.brokerage101.com/ for further education
1.1 mil dump at the bell. Fuckin taliban.
What the F just happened?? Freaken REALLY
Chart is looking good. Nice slow rise building support along the way.
Shorts should have all covered by now. Short volume was 8.3M, the highest to date. If we're a hollow green stick end of the day Monday, it's on.
Orlando Biz news is not being picked up so far by Google. Not sure how Stark Industries found that, but I am pretty sure that the BS Stockmister email didn't generate the volume and PPS jump that we saw today. 99% sure the article generated the interest. That was a sweet series of articles which is just what we needed to jump start REDG. I said a week ago that this would have to stand up and move on it's own. A little promo ain't gonna hurt either. Not selling until I see Blue Sky and a lot of it.
That's why I didn't notice it this morning. I don't usually pay attention to Stockmister. This run today more than likely is coming from the Biz Journal write up. Hopefully it gets picked up by some more news sources in the next few days. Once this puppy gets a little air in her sails she may run a little.
Anyone have any Idea what's causing this? I doesn't quit have the same feel as a bounce. News coming out?
You and me both. When it hit .20 I was up 100%, normally I would have sold but I bought into the hype that we were going much higher, and personnally I though it would too. I'm not going to make that mistake again. Sell lock in good profits and move on. If a stock runs to a 1000% gain I am happy for the people who made money.
Wow, volume already more than the last two days combined. If it holds all day like this than it should confirm a reversal. Who knows maybe I will get out of this in the green. Got a long ways to go though.
Sometimes I suppose, the ones that really seem to benifit have already developed an upward trend though. IMO
It's already had two pumps. This one is going to have to move on it's own. Lotta eyes on it though, with some positive earnings reports or projected earnings it will take off.
I'm right there with you brother, in at .12. Not selling until I see green in my account.
