No point in them filing to uplist, they're no where near meeting the requirements. It would be a waste of funds, that they can't afford to burn, and time...they know it.
No revs generated from the tech.... burned...solid proof
Yah they will raise 100$mil the only way they can and have been for 20years...by issuing shares...dilute shareholders for the time being until they can prove the tech works for mass production. It's an opp but the tech hasn't been proven and that's all they have...
Hasn't been proven for use in mass production
This has been around for 20yrs...
Just wait, shelf offering and dilution will bring it back down to below .40
After they initiate the offering to raise 100mil it will be roughly 1bil
Blade runner?
A week old a 1bil shares late...
RS kills shareholders value. They need more than just an RS to uplist, they're not even scratching the surface of uplisting
Different structures for listing and they need to stay above 2$ for a minimum of 5 days straight..that won't happen.
Waste pit shrimp sounds delicious...
Yah they did have that happen...
They have had 20yrs, it's do or die time this year. Nasdaq is no where in sight IMO. They're going to get a stop or skull and crossbones before nasdaq
Methane is a byproduct of cattle, pig farms, vehicles, etc...not sure what the legal issue is behind them releasing methane into the atmosphere.
Yah that's part of the $100mil they are trying to raise
They need to prove the tech works, if they can do that then there is a chance they can potentially go big if not they're dead. Right now is do or die time
Hahahaha yah at 50cents a share it sure is hahahaha all penny stocks claim Nasdaq uplisting...don't know of one that doesn't.
RS is inevitable
6mil vol in 450mil float with a downtrend...GL
$2 pps isn't the only requirement. Again, go to Nasdaq's website and look up the requirements to uplist...they need more than just a $2 pps...
Go look up the requirements to be unlisted to Nasdaq. Without an RS they will never reach the minimum $2 PPS needed for uplisting. Also look up share structure requirements while you are there...that will give you the clear picture you desire. Come back and report your findings...it's not hard to do your own DD...
My bad meant 1:10 RS when it happens. The FS doesn't have to since they are going with a shelf offering that will dilute and kick the shares to 1bil. Eventually they will have to RS to boost PPS to be able to uplist if that's their end goal but that won't be for another year or more because they have to prove the tech works on a mass production scale then build up their books and clean up debt...so yah more than likely over a year and a half.
10 to 1 or greater...bye bye shareholders
Their tech just got patented, watching to see if they can prove it works for mass production...should know by Q4...they need 100mil to keep the lights on until then.
Ddddrrrooopppp
Any news of dilution results in a drop...os will go over 1bil, restricting and RS will be required to uplist to Nasdaq...if they can keep the PPS above 2$ for atleast a week.
The TAM has been captured by the likes of uber eats, grocery store delivery services, etc. Munchie Madness will never be able to compete it's a guppy in a sea of sharks
There is none...not even by institutions...look into it yourself go do some dd and figure it out this is not on any institutions radar
Yah for now I am just going to sit on the sidelines. This will be cut by half or more.
Fair enough, they can be shorted but the chances of them being shorted are slim to none because the costs don't justify the risks. Institutions play in the blue chips arena why would they even consider shorting penny stocks? There are historical cases of retail investors losing their life savings over night making a 10$ short bet on a penny stock.
JAMN is dead just a pnd shell now
Yup the share structure is a reason why SHMP won't be able to uplist this year, they're not on the doorstep to uplisting they are miles away.
I do like the idea and the tech they say they have developed and globally patented. However, until they prove that it works for large scale production they have nothing.
Go for it buy more shares, put your life savings into it right now. You seem to think a short squeeze is coming. SHMP is not on anyone's radar, definitely not any institutions.
Go for it short SHMP and see if it works SHMP is HTB.
If you really think institutions are shorting it go for the short squeeze, call everyone you know, post it all over the reddit and get the short squeeze going...
Give us a brokerage where we can short penny stocks, you said your brokerage allows you too do so which one do you use?
Historically bcci goes up a bit in Q1 then drops for the rest of the year. Good luck...news here has been pumps for a decade
You are talking about blue chips vs OTC...major league vs Bush league...shorting a penny stock isn't possible because they are HTB...brokers don't hold penny stocks so you can't short them.
Shorting isn't worth it for OTC pennies at this price range...if it were everyone would be doing it.
Trading platform contacting you for shares to cover short positions is far fetched...at the price range you mentioned it is literally pennies on the dollar if they were in fact shorting.
Short position information is available everywhere...
Check the percentage of institutions that own SHMP...less than 1%...
Don't mind him, he has been on this board for over a decade promoting BCCI.
What is that? Looks like an email letter a scammer would send to get you to invest in his company. Never in the history of BCCI had there been 650~1000employees and there never will be. They shutdown their drive thru espresso bars years ago. They have absolutely no international presence...how can they when they barely even have a presence in the US.
This has to be a random fake write up or it's a completely different company.
They're late to the game...uber eats
