When will the fine southern gentleman be paying us?
Wow! Lots of posts for me to read today.
So, who has the bid at $1.93000000000000002?
Sorry if I missed a zero.
So glad that Deirdre filed something on my behalf, as a shareholder of UOIP.
Deidre and Carter are paying a lawyer to represent UOIP so they can do.... what?
Provide for the illusion that shareholders were represented, after the fact.
Wonder if our BOD approved this.
Oh, yeah, we do not have one.
Thank you for working hard and posting these.
Let's see it all!
I do not see any new posts.
I know nothing until I see the settlement amount. If UOIP shareholders do not like the settlement amount and the 2 of 3 BOD did not approve it, then we have some problems to be resolved.
I wish I had insider information to make available to all UOIP shareholders, but, I am, also, okay with having an audit, electing a BOD, unwinding any fraudulent deals, and so on.
So, we have identified an error from someone. Perhaps there are others. Stay well.
Whitman described himself, on the record at the deposition, as Ms. Leane's attorney.
Was that an Ooops?
Low crime rate, so he might feel uncomfortable living there.
Portugal.
This would be nice for UOIP shareholders.
Audited financials, restore trading, elect BOD, unwind waterfall and fraud deal, everyone sues Billy over claw back, and so on.
Stay well.
It really does look like an effort to fraudulently manipulate perceptions. There is something to be said for consistency.
Already did.
No information content.
No biggie.
Just disclose everything.
Instead of selectively disclosing one measure, disclose them all, in context.
"I too asked myself why they would leak one number..."
They need to leak all the numbers for all of Billy's newly formed entities.
Stay well.
We must remember that Billy established multiple entities.
Guess I will have to email the General Counsel for each of the 13 and ask them to verify the settlement amount that William Carter told Zomby about. Others can, also.
If the settlement was tiny, they would simply disclose it IMHO. Kinda reminds me of a "false flag" or diversionary action to "leak" an amount. Stay well.
I have not visited the "clubhouse" for a month or two.
Anyway, not sure what the statute of limitations is on fraud claw back, but guessing a year is not too long...you can research it, if you like...I am retired.
Guess your $600M was wrong.

I would still like to see the gross settlement amount.
I guess we can all email the 13 general counsel and ask if the Leane measure means $90M or $125M.
That could be fun.
Just tell them you called and chatted with Billy and he told you.

Unwind the deal.
When do I get paid? Even better...violate the NDA and get everyone to sue Billy and unwind the deal.
Have you computed the settlement amount?
Looked.
Nothing there.
I guess no one knows.
What is the settlement amount?
You have done some very nice forensic analyses.

What was the settlement amount?
Hmmmmm...do you think the arbitration folks manipulated spacing to deceive those reading this document?
I do not object to unwinding the deal that Billy made without any authority. He would be sued by everyone, and that is okay with me.
Excellent find!
This is net of insurance.
AJ
FYI...objection to the form is attorney's way of communicating "be careful." Stay well.
Legal folks are entitled to earn a free living...some kind of cabal or something.
Looks to me like someone needed a European vacation.
When was the last time you spoke with Billy regarding UOIP shareholders interests? Event date, please. Stay well. AJ
Billy is a fine, southern gentleman, looking out for the interests of UOIP shareholders. I think that was the conclusion drawn by at least one shareholder attending Court.
