or - rely less on Joe and more on yourself?? If everyone hates the guy so much, stop asking him what his opinion is. I don't care what JoeNatural thinks, so it doesn't matter to me where he sees WDDD going. Enough of the back and forth on the board
if you bought in at .26 last week - doesn't seem that way right now. looks to be rebounding nicely off of the lows (and mass hysteria) following both the postponement and SJ filed by ATVI.
I'm guessing the lessons of VRNG have taught many folks a lesson too
seems really, really oversold here
Fwiw - hogmark says he's an employee, until proven, he's just another commentor...IMHO
WOW - look at the movement on this today - to the moooooon!
(*kidding, just amazed to see any, always nice)
it has started. the Poutre is speaking
same here. sucks that i also have a bunch in the 4's and thought i was getting a deal, but it is what it is. Believe that holding this for a while will yield positive reults...just need to get through these next hairy 3-6 months
Interesting:

Good article on VELT and its fellow competitors.
"its not if, its when"
my job here is done, may or may not have saved Alan's life :)
That author has always been pretty middle of the road. I would in no way classify him as a basher. imho. Not a pumper and not a basher.
did this a while back. blood pressure down (same with SP), but makes the reading easier
@ postyle -
Couldn't agree more. Liked what I heard. Nothing earth shattering, but all-in-all a solid job that blew their past earnings calls out of the water
buying at 2.89. like this sub 3
added some more down here at 3.23. Earnings call tomorrow, preso on the 18th as well.
Piece of news out today:

Crossing fingers for better numbers tomorrow. Never smart to catch those falling knives, but I'm giving it a shot here
good article. although not directly tied to VRNG, it almost justifies their action against GOOG. The judge's description does not fit what VRNG is doing in this case, as he defines a patent troll as a company that uses patents strictly in a blackmail sense "discovery will cost you 2-3 million, let's settle for far below that and avoid any of these issues".
In VRNG's case, they've proven they're willing to take their case as far as it needs to go (and win). Although an NPE, not a troll in the good judges article (and not intrinsically bad either).
good stuff Joe!
Joe / Cartier - wish this is how discussions on this board typically were wrt MIMV. This is what we could use more of (i.e. rational discussions around the company, what they are doing right vs. wrong).
I searched for MIMV on my Galaxy 3 today (strangely for the first time, usually browse on my laptop as there's no android app yet), and the home page transforms itself perfectly...almost app like. The search functionality seems to have made progress as well.
I'm just going to ignore the spam on this board from here on out. Focus on any decent conversations, and hold this assuming the dd that I've done will play out.

assuming he's on the payroll of course mimvi pays everyone to write these articles /s
proof that the commenter is Harrison Painter??? Or is that just pulled out of the air. You discredit yourself more everyday with comments that lack any factual basis
that is a huge redesign of that site. good to see. nothing to get too excited about, but i like it. thanks for posting.
(236, all yours to comment on now)
thanks 236. u like those numbers????
agreed with this...plus - the bad news that would have hit the company at earnings is out there and relatively understood now. I'm of the opinion that it's up from here.

MIMVI Inc - September 30, 2012 - Cash: $300,136
VS.
Mimvi inc - June 30, 2012 - Cash: $10,521
Welp...I find that a nice addition to the SEC Filings. An additional $290k in cash. Possibly the MSFT infusion (that someone said would never show). Can not say for sure. But the evidence and facts point to cash being on MIMVI's books now.
Good work team.
236 - please continue
not sure what to make of this chosenuno
what questions - give some examples. (why do i pay attention to you...sigh)
236. what questions have you posted to the "new" (not new in any way) blog that have not been answered?
1) doesnt every single company/ blog monitor the comments?? it would be crazy not too.
2) no "company representative" said a new blog was going up. an iHub poster claimed he/she was told this. there is no way to verify any of this.
why are you asking me this? if you want those answers, do your own dd. It's not my job to convince someone to buy or sell this stock. Posting the latest blog item from MIMV was simply an FYI.
.32's are back...next stop, the MOON! (kidding, probably .33 or .31)

Mimvi Mobile Search Redefines Context
February 4, 2013
Mimvi is increasing the power of mobile search and recommendation by redefining “context.” The origin of the word context comes from the term “to weave together.” Mimvi is weaving together web content and mobile devices. Most of the contextual ad serving solutions today rely on tags or keywords to drive recommendations for the user. Traditional ad serving solutions were originally designed to inject pertinent ads driven from keywords that took users to pages on desktops and laptops for both advertisers and publishers. Mobile devices have made it necessary to redefine “contextual” search due to newfound irrelevancy in the old ad models and formats.
mimvi_iphoneSome of the most recent statistics suggest that approximately 20% of all Internet access is through mobile devices, and it’s projected to grow quickly over the coming years. This makes improved mobile-centric search and contextual ad serving crucial. As with any new channel of technology communication, this convergence has unique obstacles and opportunities. The overall relevancy and effectiveness of the traditional paradigm of search and ad serving is impacted as a result.
“Device disruption impacts all parties involved from the user, to advertisers and publishers” states Eric Rice, Mimvi’s Chief Revenue Officer. “There are bandages being applied to the problem, but none of them have been solutions until Mimvi.”
Mimvi’s mobile search and recommendation technology, is redefining the way contextual and relevant results are discovered. Mimvi’s technology addresses the contextual challenges in the mobile space for online publishers and advertisers through its innovative product, MimviLink™. The core idea behind Mimvi’s contextual search and recommendation model is creating complimentary advertisement placements based on the content that a user is viewing, in real time. This is something of tremendous value and new to the marketplace.
for the 315th time, that is not true 236:
