The company needs to get a solid PR out, the interest is dropping. The board is down 5% in boardmarks, the number of posts is way down. the volume of shares traded is down. And the SP is down.

The way I read the PR it was not a guarantee but a "hope".
We are not able at this time to say why it did not make it in time.
Maybe it was weather related or the bottling plant could have had a break down that caused a delay, we don't know yet.

They are under full production and will give Bionic new dates for its completion of process through the month of June. Among the can revisions is the publicly traded symbol for Bionic Products; this creative advertising should prove to announce the introduction of Bionic-Tonic(TM) and LadyPink(TM) to the world through the Caribbean and Las Vegas.

Sounds like product could be in retail outlets by the end of June or early August.
