It seems that hes trying hard to sound concerned, but whats up with asking how many shares do you hold? What would be the point in knowing that? Its odd.
Anyhow I would like to know how much is the bid at.
How much is the bid at? Post a lvl2 overview.
Try and see if you can make randy pressure emww. This is just nuts.
Can somebody please post a lvl2 overview?
Not the case, they where the latest posts, both to the left and right at the top where replies are seen, they where deleted but the replies are still there.
As far as I know the latest two posts from the Challenger page where, but it might be more. I think they specifically talked about the deal.
That's true, however it is a big amount compared to what the company has, which is nothing.
In any case I think we will know for sure next week, not much left to fill the entire order. If the order gets filled and nothing happens then you know. If they release the pr but don't report more cash or don't report a buyback then there would still be a high probability for it to be a scam.
With what money would the company be buying back shares? Have you seen the balance sheet? Its utter garbage, they have no assets whatsoever, how do you expect that they have suddenly acquired funds to just throw into the market? Add to this the big cost of the supposed deal with Challenger, how much do you think that would be? I would say 500k+
Also, if this is a scam buying a couple of million shares before the pumping attempt would be logical, they would not only be looking to sell later at a profit but also increasing interest and expectations in the mean time, plus they obviously would expect to issue more, so just keep that in mind.
You have to be realistic and consider everything, and now I'm sure the chances widely favor this scenario.
If this bid is from an insider then wouldn't that be considered as insider trading? Big risk if that were the case, plus a big negative in regards to the legitimacy of management, which already is very low.
Well there are three things that concern me in that text. First he says "No word" which I suppose means that EMWW is not informing him about whats going on regarding the pr and maybe other more important things.
Second, he advises you to do what you feel is right with your money, which means he has no idea whats going to happen with all of this, he has no confidence as he doesn't even own stock.
Third, he says "I'm told everything is still a go", so hes implying that everything could actually be cancelled, he has no confidence on the deal.
I don't, what concerns me is the difficulty to get evidence over the statements about his career on the pr. I tried contacting Nestle to check about the supposed deal he made with them but it was just by email and they never answered. I thought about calling but never did, so basically as far as I know the info about him could all be fake.
I highly encourage everyone here to fill a report form from the SEC here http://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml
Please do yourselves and everyone else a favor and don't let them get away with this.
The latest 2 posts were deleted from the Challenger FB page either yesterday or today (maybe a couple of more posts than that). Folks we need to get out of this POS soon, sh&t got real!
What happened to the call randy was going to make?
Hmmm no volume, no posts, and no answers today; I guess the stock is now truly dying.
So you asked him about the call he was supposed to do today to EMWW and he didn't respond anything relevant?
Texted? And why didn't you talked to him instead? To what number did you text? Also why would anyone believe you? You very well could be the desperate guy impersonating him on twitter.
What a weak theory, Facebook is not the place to rely on for serious information. The twitter account was deleted, don't you get it? Its all so much BS.
You can think all you want pal, that doesn't make it true at all. As I already said, it was probably a failed attempt to pump. If it was real and true, where is the comment? Where is the account? Find it and post a link at least to the account.
As I already said, that twitter account was created a couple of days ago and it has already been deleted. I was probably an illegal impersonation. Get over it.
This matters not.
What is more probable was a failed pump attempt by some holder stupid enough to impersonate someone. Yes I believe there are such people out there. The twitter account was also deleted by the way, recently created someone here said but I don't know.
Well what the heck happened with the super bid? Did it just disappear?
How much is "good support @.0008"?
Can someone please throw a lvl2 overview?
Well maybe they are faking something because Challenger is just one of the various custom labels they have. The company probably has another name. The products are real thou. However they also have a high chance of getting busted by the SEC.
Agree, but hmmm wonder who it was? So difficult to imagine ...
Its quite improbable that Challenger is fake since they have all that expensive bottling, storing, and processing equipment for the oil, but oh well you never know. I'm sure this other company, UBRG spent huge on faking their operations with some equipment so you never know.
Now what could be fake with high probabilities is the deal itself, not just on the side of Challenger, but specially EMWW. Challenger is real enough thou.
What is this post all about? Did you by any chance created a fake twitter account and gave your own number to impersonate Randy Wegner? omg this would be hilarious! And very illegal.
Thats sort of revealing, but isn't challenger selling real motor oil? Someone here did find it on some stores. Also I think you going from extremely positive to extremely negative in one day is very fishy my friend.
Could you contact him? What did he say?
I cannot find such a tweet or twitter user. Can someone post a link to eh account?
Congratulations, your Monday-Tuesday prediction has failed.
I guess the cap is overstated by some site error.
Hmmm is it me or did the float suddenly went up by about 40 million shares? I'm actually very sure the market cap is up over 100k. Hmmm
Good question, nobody here really knows. Welcome to the group.
Lets suppose this is true, why would it take so long, isn't the deal done? We are talking about months on delays, what could possibly take so long? There is no explanation since somebody said that the paperwork was done and the deal was closed, and soon to be announced.
Yes, then its 5 possibilities in total, however this is a best case scenario, almost to good to be possible. If we go with a raw probabilities calculation we would get about a 20% chance for each possibility to be true. But here is the thing, we know the company is not trustworthy, they haven't delivered and haven't done anything good, not one deal, not one dollar of profit. Hence if we adjust for this the probability of this particular outcome to come true is about 10% or less, I think most objective people would agree with this. Even the 20% is with no adjustment is a rather low chance, plus there are many other factors to consider after the merger happens, like how much did they pay, how much physical assets do they have, how much equity, how many clients, how much revenue, margins, and profits etc. Many things to classify this as a successful acquisition for shareholders, its a rather complex matter. I however wish everyone in here well. Remember that this is just my opinion.
Well there are rich people out there that like to gamble with penny stocks, it seems an unlikely case thou since why would a millionaire gamble on such a company? I know there are way better ones out there. Anyway it is possible that some insider is being left to get in before the announcement, it seems like a real bid getting filled slowly, 20 million shares or so have been bought by the same person it seems if it truly has been a legit bid for an initial 60 million shares. It seems to be actively managed as the bid is dropped when possible, and I suppose he is also buying at the ask once in a while during the day. So this is a real possibility and if its so then soon the bid will fill to give way to the pr.
However there are three other possibilities, it could be that some insider is just manipulating by attracting attention from people slowly before a pr is released and then just dump on the higher demand, it could also be that its a big old short covering, or it could be just an idiot making a supper risky bet just because he can.
It seems no volume has occurred so far and a lower bid, did the big one disappeared? Can someone describe lvl 2?
This is another big red flag, first he answered the phone and now nobody does. I don't believe the number has changed.
