".01 to. 02 here is obvious..."
Really?! Unless the CEO starts giving up some real numbers and percentages here, USEI will never amount to much.
What is clearly obvious, with Tony Miller's lack of transparency, USEI will eventually end up back in the trip zeros just like it did last year after the Singular 99 fiasco.

My point exactly. The lack of rev numbers, and especially lack of ownership amount % in the recreational license mentioned in yesterday's update is extremely disconcerting. Unfortunately, this seems to be a familiar pattern with the CEO, Tony Miller....all fluff with not much substance.
.01 today? Lol...No. But will still be a nice green day nonetheless.
Nice jump over the past few days. Anyone know why because no news/pr's have been released.
"You bring nothing to the table..."
Actually, USEI, and it's CEO Tony Miller bring nothing to the table. Just like his fake biofuel Singular 96 that he tried to pawn off on his unsuspecting shareholders. He is a true con artist as his last has proven.
And USEI with its bogus MJ plans will definitely not make anyone a rich man......just like skt* and a*gy.
"Welcome to the party..."
It's more like "Welcome to the wake" because USEI is on life support and doesn't have much life left. This is proven by today's fluff pr that was pretty much ignored by the investment community.
The CEO, Tony Miller's terrible reputation and poor business practices are the companies biggest problem. And until he is replaced, USEI will never amount to much.
Wow, after that so called PR everyone has been taking about, the pps only went up one tick today? Not surprising since it was a fluff pr with no real numbers or substance.
USEI doesn't stand a chance and neither does it's shareholders thanks to its CEO, Tony Miller. Time to sell before this thing tanks.
Glta
What a joke of a pr. Pure fluff. Where are the hard numbers? And did anyone notice that Tony said they acquired "an interest" in a recreational license but he conveniently omitted to say what the percentage was. If it was a significant interest, he would have given us the number....but he didn't. Obviously it's a small stake like 2 or 3% and it's only just one store. So that hardly leaves anything for shareholders to profit from.... if there is any profit leftover after expenses and overhead.
It's obvious serious investors realize what fluff today's news was because the pps hasn't increased much. Most of the pr was a repeat of past pr's. Very typical, and almost laughable. And without any numbers, it's a complete shot in the dark as investments go.

Where is this " PR" that was supposed be out today?
Just another lie told by USEI' s CEO Tony Miller. What else is new.
USEI will never reach multi pennies.
TIMBER!
All sells today and the last post was over 19 hours ago. Interest in USEI is fading fast.
" You are trying too hard now bro."
Really?? Actually, Tony is making it "too easy" for me to comment on that lame *ss excuse for a business. Talk about your low budget operations.
If the grass and weeds in the front yard get any higher , maybe they can pass it off as their CBD crop. LMAO!!!
How can anyone take this place seriously. It has all the charms of an inner city crack house. So pitiful.
If this is the type of operation USEI is involved in, the pps will be back in the trip zeros very soon.

911. News coming!
That's their place of business!?? What a terrible looking operation! Looks like someone's house. Are they selling fireworks out of the basement too? Lmao.
Those pictures do not instill shareholder confidence. Very low budget looking and definitely unprofessional. No wonder the pps is taking a dump.
Lol..no, you're not missing a thing. THC is where the real money is. Although CBD's are promising for certain ailments, their potential is in a limited market compared to what THC sales will take in.
Agreed. Any owner, partner, shareholder in a business needs to know if said business is making money.
Where are the revenues for USEI? Tony talks a good game but doesn't seem to want to back it up with hard numbers.
"...being that Washington state is a "non profit" state for medical MJ, there will be absolutely no revenues for these dispensaries.."
WOW!! State law dictates that all medical MJ stores are non profit! Just as was suspected, USEI' s CEO, Tony Miller, has conned all his shareholder into thinking his two so called retail stores would make them money.
This news is the knife in the back for all USEI investors.
Washington state is a "non profit" state for medical MJ so there will be no revenues from USEI s stores.
Good try though.

Nice volume today.
Recreational use aside, medical MJ(THC) is in 20 states now compared to only 11 for CBD's. CBD usage is much smaller than medical MJ usage too.
Tony limited his revenue base by targeting CBD's instead of THC.
Don't be ridiculous. We're taking about financials on this board and not trying to make everyone feel sympathy for the kids.
Yes, CBD oil is used to help people, including kids, with seizures. And it's legal in 11 states. But that is a limited revenue sector compared to the medical marijuana market.(THC)
Medical marijuana is now legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia. And of those states, Washington and Colorado have legalized marijuana for recreational use! Everyone from people with back pain, glaucoma, cancer, patients with no appetite, pain from arthritis, and many others will be paying for marijuana. And that's not even including the hundreds of thousand of stoners in Colorado and Washington who will be firing it up.
The bottom line is that Tony Miller has limited USEI's revenue potential by only getting into CBD's. The real money is in recreational and medical pot and edibles (THC) which will blow away CBD sales by at least a hundred to one if not more.
From USA TODAY....
Medical marijuana is now legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia. Of those states, Washington and Colorado have legalized marijuana for recreational use. (2 more states are pending)
Correction...THC legal in 2 states for recreational use and for medical use it's legal in 21. 23 in total.
Get your facts straight. Medical MJ containing THC is legal in 12 states with 3 of those allowing it also for recreational use. CBD's are legal in 11 states.
Exactly! Products that contain THC are many more times profitable than products containing CBD's.
And the best quote for the crooked CEO of USEI, Tony Miller, is:
"I am what I am and that's what I am."
There a saying that's extremely relevant here:
“Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it”.
The CEO of USEI, Tony Miller, has proven with his past transgressions that he can't be trusted.
Just saw a 10 milly buy.
Doesn't anyone find it suspect that under the owners, Tony's name is listed but nothing about USEI is anywhere. Hmmmm. Not very comforting for shareholders imo.
Sure. Go back to the PR's from last year and see how the CEO Tony Miller was pumping USEI' s biofuel Singular 96 and his new partnership with Prometheus. Was supposed to bring in millions of revs, etc. Then in June, all of the PR's about it stopped cold. Not another word about it has been mentioned since.
This is what Tony does....he gets investors attention by promising the world and then he disappears until the next pump....and of course the pps tanks.
Tony Miller has a history of this and can't be trusted as he is a conman. This is the reason USEI is struggling today. Many have heard his bs before and are afraid to invest in him long term because of his bad reputation.
Those days have passed. Too many red flags with USEI, and it's sketchy CEO Tony Miller, that are chasing away serious investors. Pennyland is only a fantasy now.
BINGO!
Actually that's incorrect because CBD's are only legal in 11states.
...and solely focusing on the CBD end of the business, and not THC products, will be his biggest mistake imo.
