It's more like "Welcome to the wake" because USEI is on life support and doesn't have much life left. This is proven by today's fluff pr that was pretty much ignored by the investment community.

The CEO, Tony Miller's terrible reputation and poor business practices are the companies biggest problem. And until he is replaced, USEI will never amount to much.
