Agreed. Honest due diligence is welcome, but silly accusations based on fantasy and not fact are not needed.
I suggest calling the company and asking them. There is are phone numbers and email options available.
Actually, they do. The videos were made at the studios of Ubiq.
Here is a link to the youtube channel, which was easily found clicking on the youtube icon at the top of the main homepage.
Then better due diligence would have revealed the blatant error in confusing Larry Ubqiuity with the actual ceo as listed very plainly on the compay's website. In fact, Chris Carmichael has a great video. A few minutes perusal of the website reveals all the people invovled are very well described. Good due diligence would have revealed the lies told by ripoff report and Robert Prestwood. I am not too sure, but I think what he wrote could be considered slander. I knew something was up when I saw who wrote it because the name seemed familiar to me. After about five seconds of google searching I remembered coming across the sleazeball while doing DD on something else awhile back. From most OTC companies, it appears Ubiq is extremely transparent. I highly recommend their Youtube videos.
I saw it earlier too. Again, glad it got fixed. Linkedin is not a good source for any kind of factual and real due diligece.
I bet his "followers" don't realize there are sniper programs that go out and collect twitter followers even though those followers may have no idea Val has showed them as a follower on one of his many accounts.
Thank you. That is what I found too. Don't think he is someone to put much faith in what he says!
The ceo of Ubqiuity is Chris Carmichael, son of former football great Al Carmichael. There seems to be a linkedin issue as "Larry Ubiquity" is incorrect entry. The SVP is named Larry Castro. The Robert M. Prestwood who made the ripoff report is a known liar as he posts a plethora of false claims using same backstory and names in the posts.
Glad it was deleted because it is incorrect. The SVP's name is Larry Castro. Again, linkedin is NOT the place for factual due diligence.
Here is just one of the many reports about cyberstalker Robert M. Prestwood. The hilarious thing is that he always uses the same names in whatever company he is trashing and drugs always seem to be involved.

Not sure what company you are referring to because the ceo of Ubiquity is Chris Carmichael.
Here is a link to the bod: http://www.ubiquitycorp.com/company/board/
Here is a link to the advisory board: http://www.ubiquitycorp.com/company/advisory/
Here is a link to the r&d team: http://www.ubiquitycorp.com/company/team/
It looks like those linkedin links are messed up. But, then that has happened with that website. The information is not always correct.
As for the ripoff report? It was so poorly written, I had to stop the urge to use a red pen on my ipad. The author of the report Robert Prestwood has already been in trouble in the past for filing false claims.

I am still waiting to see the great progress MediaG3 has made as touted by some here.
New co-chairman announced today. I bet he puts the fire on and gets things rolling.
Actually, does not prove anything. Even snake oil salesmen had visual aids to hock their sham.
The only made up stuff has come from Val and company. What exactly is made up by those who point out the emperor has no clothes on? I don't have room to list all the made up stuff MediaG3 has spewed forth.
The point SK is that the sheeples here make stuff up in an attempt to puff up a deflated sham. I am just pointing out the facts.
Actually, here is the truth as shown in a response I received from Startup Boise:
Sorry for the delayed response! We did not give out any awards during our event, however we did have a contest. We split up into groups of four to come up with ideas on how to get the startup community going. The two groups with the top two ideas won a copy of Brad Feld’s book “Startup Communities”. There were about 70 people in attendance so whether or not Val was a part of one of the groups that won or if he was one of the recipients of the book is unbeknownst to us. Sorry I do not have more information to give you. If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you,
Kelci Richardson
No award or special recognition. The lies out of this sham just keep coming.
What misleading statements?
These?
1. No office to walk into order service as publicly stated in press releases
2. No employees answering the phone numbers as listed for the supposed company
3. Val Westergard and MediaG3 have been sued for not paying bills
Actually, the Delaware website has not been updated. It still shows Mediag3 as having a statement not in good standing, Val Westergard still owes taxes in Idaho as evidenced by the SOS lien database.
Anyone can pay $100 bucks or so it costs for a business registration. That does not mean there is actually business being conducted. The name MediaG3 is "real" but as far as there actually being a company performing the actions proclaimed by Val Westergard, well that is totally suspect.
Seriously? That is like comparing wagyu beef to the stuff inside a Taco Bell burrito. Bill Gates had initiative. He put his words into action. He had a plan and executed it. Val is more in line with the thought, "I believe in the idea of an invisibility cloak, but I don't have the skills or wherewithall to make one." Val may believe in the idea of his super duper world changing tech, but he has neither the skills nor the wherewithall to execute it.
And hippy is not the word I would use to describe Bill Gates. Now Jerry Garcia, Janis Ian, Janis Joplin, Timothy Leary, and the cast of a 1970s summer stock production of Hair, I might call all those hippies.
I would think that would have been the first thing any of the sheeples of this stock would have done but the truth will hurt, very badly it will hurt. So, ignorance is bliss stays the course and Val periodically gets enough shares sold to get one of his vehicles out of the pound or pay court fees for deliquent bills, taxes, etc.
Byron Ryals was simply a reseller of two-way radios. Val Westergard was simply a reseller of Clearwire. Neither of these ventures are remarkable or stellar in regards to prerequisites for creating a wireless system so disruptive, that even actual tech research venues are steps behind it. There is nothing in the new board of directors that invokes confidence in MediaG3. Only real verifable existence of a system so awe-inspiring, a bidding war between real wireless companies would rock the tech world. If Val has such a great system, why isn't he out on Tablerock shouting to the world what he has? There is no office to sign up or phone service to call for the service that was stated as avaialable in a press release. That is a lie if one can not call or walkin to signup for service if the press release says it is true when it is not.
"It would be refreshing if you could post on the current news." What current news? This silly new board of directors? The fact that some very late taxes and fees were finally paid? The truth is, unless something verifiable is available for announcement, Westergard and cronies will not release anything because of the regulatory scrutiny on MediaG3 at this time. One more false press release would add fuel to the fire. The BOD press release was so innocuous that it hardly deemed worth mentioning.
Would make sense if there was actually a company. No one to talk to order service, no office to pay bills or sign up for service, no press release has ever revealed anything actually happening other than lies. Looks like someone spent a few bucks to prop this up from the earlier dump. Definitely not because of the greatness of the company. Just look at the track record. Speaks for itself.
The lack of an actual office to visit to order service, the absence of actual phone representatives to take orders, the absence of any advertising or verifiable press release informaton, the stellar pps, the plethora of legal issues to include skipping out rent and not paying bills, and more, certainly point to a company that exudes shareholder confidence and a reason to believe "rebuilding the core" is not just flapping gums.
How do you know those were his antennas on Table rock? What proof? A request of licensing agencies reveal nothing in Val Westergard's name or any of the plethora of business names he collects as having one antenna, much less, plural. It has been also proven the Darla's antenna and network is nothing more than a favor Val did for Darla by installing retail equipment powered by an actual telcom company. I contacted the city of Boise about those antennas and was told Val needed permission through licensing and they had no record. My guess he lied once again to someone who came to "see" the super duper massively disruptive wireless network. Curious you did not get to see an actual customer. Like one of the apartment complexes he bragged about in a press release.
All what stocks go to zero? Did you mean, the former versions of MediaG3 went to zero (that is not exactly what happened) or were you referring to some nebulous stocks? If nature runs its course here, then I would hope that it is the authorities stepping in to finally close this sham down. This is one of the worst attempts at having a business I have ever seen. Good grief, the webpages look like junior high computer class assignments, there is no office, no one answers the phone for the number given as the business phone, etc. etc. etc.
Since the days MediaG3 was an email spam scam to the current incarnation of super duper change the world wireless tech, the MDGC shell is nothing more than an opprotunity for a revolving door of one flim flam man after another to bilk the easily conned and the get rich quick fools.
Court records tell a different story. Val Westergard has numerous records of disobeying the law and being dishonest. All available through the open records act.
The point is, no one is paying MediaG3 or Imperial Wireless or Iwifi.us or Bosieiwifi or A2Access or A4Access or the Wixmax King for internet service. It is so obvious that Val installed a basic router and that's it.
When Darla and the building manager were conacted, it was discovered that Val had simply installed a store bought router for Darla. Looks like he named the server for himself while actual service is provided by a real company. I think with a little more digging you will find this was a ruse to keep the SEC and FINRA at bay a tad bit longer.
Seriously? No one can even call to get the service. There is no office. How is one supposed to sign up? What if a customer has problems? There is no one to call. Please provide the name of one business so I can call them. And, pleasssssse do not give me Darla's. And, how about the name of an apartment complex to get verification. I have a sneaking suspicion that there are no small businesses or people in apartments using Mediag3 highspeed. Darla's and Stan at the airport do not count. These seem to be set up sights for scam perpetuation purposes.
http://www.mediag3.com/media.php?id=713
So, this press release is not a lie? They really are offering super duper outta this world internet to businesses and apartments and subdivisions? Wow, I would so love to see verifiable proof of that. Now that would be some due diligence worth touting!
Another way to look at is that "a sucker is born every minute" and "a fool and his money are soon parted." It is these adages that give credence to the con "confidence man."
Kind of like the newest website...http://boisewifi.net/. Did Val hire junior high students working on a class project to design this website? Talk about lack of innovation and imagination. What is up with the goofy questions? The graph is poorly laid out. The form application for service is messed up because you can't choose more than one device, even though the drop down says to choose all that apply. Again, there is no real way to contact this supposed buisness and get wifi service.
Yes, from tin can and strings to walkie talkies. Progress!
"The new Board of Directors and corporate officers will consist of Byron Ryals, owner of Ryals Communication Engineering since 1985, a wireless application engineer with extensive experience in national marketing operations and citywide communication system deployments,"
Seems Mr. Ryals sells two-way radios. Ryals Communications is a resller of Ritron two-way radios.
http://www.ritron.com/premier.html
You are right on that HW. A fake company does not necessarily need an office space to perpetuate a scam. MediaG3 is the poster child for this.
