The EV motorcycle....I want to see it in action and specifications on the bike released, then the company taking pre-orders before roll out on the assembly line. That would shut the mouths of predators that only want to see, and who knows why, HPIL go under.
The Quarterly Report demonstrates goo faith by the officers of BORK to clear the books so to speak and get things moving; hopefully things will start moving forward but it will only with proven value in the product.
No news, no deals, no contracts so you say. Wow, I didn't know you are a member of the board.....perhaps you are a fly on the wall that knows everything. You are not telling us anything new.
What investors should want to see is a business plan as to how they are going to market their product and having reports of significant sales to clients. The proof is in the pudding. If the pudding is good and properly marketed people will eat it up; otherwise is only good to be thrown out.
We are yet to see that the transmission wire to electrical facilities has been proven better and also more cost effective than what is commonly in use currently. That is my main concern as an investor. If the product indeed is superior to its competition and can be proven to be so, then the product will sell itself.
BORK claims over 2,000 satisfied clients. See their website.
This provides no proof of anything. A full report is essential to establish any credibility.
Let's see, one could have bought in at .014 cents and recently sold for around .020 to .022 for a very healthy gain, or put a sale stop at .020 and let it ride. Buy low when it is heating up....let it gain and then put a sale stop on it. If it doesn't dip to that lever then you just continue to ride it up. Take the gains as the come and be happy, or be a pig and get slaughtered.
Where are your facts about his involvement in the pornography industry?
So, you have seen this happen in the past have you?
pLEASE explain to us WHY you think that PBYA is a great play for growth and income,
You obviously do not read or care to acknowledge disclaimers. Goals are simply that and there are often mitigating factors that can delay accomplishing various goals. I fail to see how you whining about it does anything positive as if he is going to loose sleep over a disgruntled investor or whisk out his wand and poof.....make things happen exactly like you want it just so you can be happy.
Hardly a dump when the price is moving upward.
833,407,945 shares of KYNC are currently being shorted as reported by Marketwirenews, contrary to the claim by one poster that no brokerage house will allow KYNC to be shorted.
A company cannot control the price of its stock. OTC stocks in fact are driven by Market Markers more than anything else. The power to borrow millions of shares "shorting stocks" of a company gives the market makers a lot of lee way to push the price up and down and play the margins for their own personal gain and seldom lose unless great positive news or a reported terrific financial period pushes the stock up quickly and that is the reality.
Market Makers, not the CEO of a company control the price. They drive it up and down to their own benefit.
So, you are saying that you are 98 years old? lol.....
I am sure the Board of Directors of HPIL would be most concerned about having a man leading their company that isn't on the up and up. I am sure that they all just can't wait to be indicted for securities fraud and end up in jail.
It is almost comical, if it were not so sad, that BORK, which appears to only have promises is moving up over one cent, when companies that are "up and coming" and actually have products are being murdered by the Market Makers.....I just wonder what gives with BORK.
Post your proof?
What makes you think that Géza Holding AG is PHIL financial report?
Thank you for the news.
Please give us facts? If they are lying about the loans, then someone should be going to jail, but I suppose you think they like risking that idea? How has it helped them to lie?
And "dumpers" are people that have taken advantage of buying low and smiling as the "pumpers" are at work so they, the "the dumpers" are able to dump their shares, take the money and run.
So, where is your proof that he cancelled the sale? One would expect it to come out in a news release. I have contacted the company asking why we have not heard anything about the sale and transfer of the shares if it indeed did happen.

The applicant pool was extremely competitive, with around 2,700 entries and an acceptance rate in the low single digits. Honorees for gold, silver, bronze, and general excellence across industries and categories are featured online at inc.com/best-in-business.
Like I said, if an engine can be started up with a power source and then keep the power source re-supplied by itself, then say "impossible" as much as you wish, but if that is possible then it is in effect perpetual motion, refueling itself and not stopping. I don't care what the "lab boys say," when it works, it works... putting an end to your theory of the impossible.
Market Makers have covered. Now the price will go back up and up and up, until the market makers again manipulate the price downward to cover the shares that they will once again borrow to help push up the price.
The proof is in the pudding. They already have perpetual machines. They are called solar powered quartz watch movements. Some of you need to look up the word "perpetual." The power is an outside source, solar energy. So what, it is still perpetual.
It is what it is. If it begins with an outside source and generates its own power to keep in motion then it is perpetual. What is it about perpetual that you don't understand?
Mr. Jagman5, a machine requires power, let's say like energy from batteries which have to initially be charged before the machine can work, then once in motion has the ability to recharge batteries, then that would be perpetual motion. Micro machines in watches which are recharged either by solar energy or a small generator, kinetic energy, are perpetual machines as they can keep recharging and going and going as long as the re-chargeable capacitor doesn't burn out. A solar powered watch movement is in effect perpetual. It does not stop as long as it is exposed to sunlight and the power cell is good. Kinetic watches require motion for the generator to turn and generate electricity so it cannot perpetually recharge itself except through kinetic energy. But as long as the capacitors remain charged from the kinetic energy created by a turning generator, it has energy to power itself.
If an electric motor started up by power from stored electricity in re-chargeable batteries, can also recharge batteries by itself or rotating wheels without reduction of power to the vehicle, providing both motion and restoring the energy required to create the motion, it is indeed a perpetual machine. Perhaps static energy and generated energy would be enough to keep the batteries fully charged. The fact that it needs an initial push doesn't disregard its perpetual status.
You don't know much about the diamond market, do you!!
Lots of money in NFTs.
I don't think share holders of the SEC, if notified of possible fraud would
stand idly bye and not demand accountability.
Market Makers still covering. Expect HIPL to shoot off like a rocket very soon.
Market Makers are covering millions of shares. They are anticipating HPIL to start a climb up so they are buying low to return shares to the owners and possibly borrow more as the price surges. Good news is on the dawn....
The shorts are covering their positions right now. If you don't like it, then bid up the price. Once the shorts stop manipulating the price down expect on good news for HPIL to start moving north again. It has nothing to do with the value of the company right now. It has to with the shorts pushing the price down, buying low and reaping their rewards when returning shares to the owners. Has nothing to do with pump and dump.
You must think that companies can lie on news releases and suffer no consequences for fraud, you think?
You all get scared now and sell your shares to Power11. The SEC takes a criminal view of company officers that would lie about business transactions. I have an idea, pack your bag of proof and report PHIL to the SEC. They might give you a reward.
Expecting a price surge as progress and news is released on advances of the company, that is why the market makers are now beginning to cover their short positions, pushing the price down because they don't want to be caught with their pants down when they can no longer control the stock price. Millions of shares are now being bought back at a low price but this cannot continue. When increased value is evident, the market makers will no longer be able to control the price.
Just My Opinion
I agree. Mr. Brown took a company to a value of $500 million dollars. He isn't playing games. Some people seem to think that all OTC companies are out scam share holders. That isn't true. When they grown the company and do things right they are greatly rewarded. It is not just providing a service and doing business, it is the money.
