The more look at this investment the more bullish I get. Maybe it was the fact that Dan had the flu that made the CC sound demure. But looking at the facts in black white I have to admit this company has the ability to do something special. There is no doubt we have a train moving at a very fast clip. We are generating revenues and have stellar growth and activity to look forward to. Good luck everyone.
Started with approximately 5,000 subs at the beginning of 2011 and will end up with 10,000 subs by the end of 2011 or beginning of spring 2012. Then possibly 15,000 to 20,000 by end of 2012.
What kind of yearly revenue can WNRC generate with 15-20,000 subs?
FB post from WNRC:
It was a successful conference call which showed the commitment on behalf of management to the present business plan. The next 12 months will see a great deal of growth without the issuing of debt.
So what's next...
3rd Qtr results and next step in evaluation of LOI which is hopefully an acquisition of 4,000 subs.
Agreed. It is pretty easy to read between the lines. Tariq and Dan mentioned 2 more systems that fall into their short term strategy along the Nevada I-80 area. They mentioned one was in Lovelock and I didn't understand the name of the other one. In the call they stated that they can increase profit by $40,000/month for each of these systems by doing the work in house as opposed to the current owner contracting out. That's a huge amount of cash to be stockpiling for future acquisitions.
Tariq did mention that once they reach 20,000 subs they would look out of state and into negotiating for a large system (50,000 to 100,000).
I'm not sure how people cannot be excited about the call yesterday. Dan and Tariq are going to be aggressive and build out the current systems, continue to gain subscribers internally, and look to acquire systems within range of their current systems along the Nevada I-80 area.
If you put this altogether it takes a system that they bought last year for $500/sub to an increased rate of $3,000/sub in the Nevada area. And also building their initial subscriber base of 5,400 subs to 15,000-20,000 within the next 6 to 12 months through internal growth and acquisitions.
Subscriber forecast through 2012:
Currently = 6,000 subs
with LOI subs grows to 10,000 subs (from that we can deduct LOI is for approximately 4,000 subs)
By end of year 2012 : 15,000-20,000 subs (my personal take on this number is that the 5,000-10,000 additional subs is through internal growth)
It sounds like WNRC will be looking at other systems that a hedgefund is currently running that are in the Nevada I-80 area. These 2 systems are Lovelock and ???. But WNRC wants to fully integrate its existing systems before purchasing/bringing these 2 additional systems online.
Bid higher!
Possibly an On-Demand website to order movies, pay-per-view, etc?
Only 7 days till the Conference Call...anyone ask any questions yet?
Welcome back to the $0.20s, folks. Don't unpack...this train ain't staying here very long.
Look at those Bollinger Bands tightening on the weekly.
LOL. Hold on folks.
zut WNRC January 23rd, 2012
Any guess on the number of subscribers?
That's a great question. Is it a $3 mil revenue company with 15,000 subscribers who have cable only or 5,000 to 10,000 subscribers who already have the triple play?
Double your revenue, double your fun.
Can't wait for the Conference Call to find out more about the possible new subscriber base.
Approximately 5,400 existing subscribers
+ new internal subscribers since Satview added Triple Play
+ new subscriber base from new system
= 10,000+ subscribers!!!
The conference call is going to be great folks!
Yes. Possibly getting ready for people to submit questions for the Conference Call?
Whole Foods did a nationwide LivingSocial deal a few weeks ago.
$10 for $20.
Here's one way of looking at this (see ChuckD's notes from Feb. 2011 CEO interview http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59432930:
Currently there are approximately 5,400 subscribers. Each subscriber is worth approximately $4,000 at full build out (cable, internet, & phone).
5,400 subscribers x $4,000/subscriber = $21,600,000.
Divide that by 38 million shares and you get a price per share of $0.57.
Future:
38 million shares are reduced to 30 million shares and...
1. a subscriber base of 10,000 subscribers yields a price per share of $1.33
2. a subscriber base of 15,000 subscribersyields a price per share of $2.00
3. a subscriber base of 20,000 subscribersyields a price per share of $2.67
Even a 5,000 subscriber acquisition DOUBLES WNRCs subscribership!
I'm also curious about internal growth since the Triple Play was announced. Get your DVRs folks.
Just think about it...between what Dan and Tariq are saying in the last two press releases (see below) WENR Corp can buy undervalued and underserved systems with cash, easily absorb these systems, and then run even more ads to more subscribers. And let's not forget WNRC can offer its triple play which brings in even more revenue. Its genius. WNRC = CASH COW!
Dan Green of WENR, "The agreement will also allow WENR to finance future acquisitions through positive cash flow."
Tariq Ahmad, President of Satview Broadband a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR, stated, "Our team has performed exceptionally to assimilate the Elko acquisition into our operations. We now have the ability to acquire and absorb additional systems with ease."
That's great news! I didn't remember seeing that link on the WENR Corp. website the other week when the Financial Statements were released.
Anyone know the next steps to getting on the OTCBB?
To get to the final pay day, WNRC needs to increase the subscriber base. Each increase in new subscribers should send the PPS sky rocketing.
I'm interested in the new subscriber base since June 1st or since the triple play has been added.
The conference call cannot get here soon enough.
October time!!! The conference call date should be announced soon.
Weekly chart is looking strong! It really should be no problem blowing through $0.31 going into the conference call.
Good day.
Let the anticipation to the Conference Call begin.
"Given the Company's new focus, this is the most exciting release I have had the pleasure to make. I look forward to upcoming opportunities to communicate with shareholders on our FUTURE PLANS and progress," said Dan Green, President of WENR.
I'm looking forward to Dan's statements about FUTURE PLANS! I'm hoping his future plans include thousands and thousands of more subscribers. As of June 2011 WNRC had approximately 5,600 subscribers. Can you imagine what another 5,000 subscribers would do to this stock by year's end?
Anyone care to read between the lines...
Tariq Ahmad, President of Satview Broadband a wholly-owned subsidiary of WENR, stated, "Our team has performed exceptionally to assimilate the Elko acquisition into our operations. We now have the ability to acquire and absorb additional systems with ease."
You might have to change your board name soon and lose the "hidden" and replace with "huge".
Exactly....look at the Presentation to Investors dated June 1, 2011.
Dan estimated the total revenue for this year to be $3 million. WNRC is right on target for the year!
From the Financial Statements:
Revenue:
2010 = $168,000
1st Half of 2011 = $1,500,000 :)
Net Income:
2010 = $40,000
1st Half of 2011 = $400,000 :)
We are headed in the right direction, folks. Profitable!
WNRC - Financials for 2010 and First Half 2011 will be released Friday 9/23/2011, 4:00 PM EDT
WENR.net
ChuckD you are a good intelligent trader and I'm glad that you have invested here at WNRC. I'm looking forward to riding this stock to dollarland with you.
WNRC has 5,000+ subscribers who spend $50+/month. Dan's been working hard on increasing subscribership within their service areas and also increasing the amount of $ each subscriber spends per month. He's spent his summer by upgrading the infrastructure to the "triple play". In his spare time he's been working on a stock buy back and some financial reports.
In Dan's June 2011 Presentation to Investors it is his goal to increase the subscribers to 10,000 by year's end. If my math is correct that's like double the subscriber base they had in June.
I'm happy with what Dan has done and I believe over the course of the next serveral weeks we will see that not only in PR's and a CC, but in the stock price.
**************************************************************
I'm not going to get into that other stock which both of us own cause other than you that CEO doesn't have any monthly subscribers.
Looks like someone bought to many shares closer to 0.30 than 0.17 and is trying to lay blame on the CEO instead of the bad trades. IMO.
See you at 1/2 dollarland.
Great news! Looking forward to 1/2 dollarland soon.
WNRC - Great news! This should propel the stock to 1/2 dollarland by the conference call in October. Can't wait for the official news to come out for the stock buy-back.
And I love the upgrades to triple play. This action can increase the Company's revenue by as much as 40%. The upgrades will be beneficial to the shareholder with higher profit margins and an increase in subscribers.
WNRC, a cable television operator in Northern Nevada, announced it is now offering "Triple-Play" at its Elko and Wellington Nevada cable television systems. The Elko system is being upgraded to expand the area of service where these additional services will be offered.
Expansion in the ELKO market just like Dan stated in the shareholder investment presentation. This is moving forward towards Dan's goal of 10,000 subscribers at year's end!!
Is it Wells or Wellington, Nevada? The investor presentation doesn't mention a Wellington, Nevada just Wells.
So who is going to get the last 0.19's? Onward and upward...September can't really come fast enough can it?!?
Better make that a 4-bagger from here.
I heard 2012 is a good time to visit dollarland.
Let's review the June 1, 2011 Investor Presentation:
End of Year 2011 Goals:
1. 10,000 subscribers
2. Revenue $600,000/month
3. Reduce Outstanding shares to 30 million
4. 2nd Channel on Cable
5. Small Cap Financial Network launched
Estimated Asset Value of $42 million.
So Dan gave us an update 2 months ago that stated WENR Corp's goals by the end of this year. There is still 5 months to go for Dan and crew to complete these goals.
I'm looking forward to seeing 2nd Qtr numbers this month and also it will be the first time we will see NGEN's #s too (probably nothing much but I'm curious).
