•The Company has acquired 2 Television Stations, 2 Radio Stations, and 1 Cable Television Provider
•Currently have 38,000,000 Shares Issued and Outstanding. Only issued shares once in the past 8-years
•The CEO works hard to Not Dilute and the Management Team even uses their own money to finance the operations to avoid dilution
•Currently talking to a "few" Major Shareholders to Buy-Back their shares and REDUCE the Shares Outstanding
•Have Interest in 2-TV Stations and 2-Radio Stations and a 20,000 Sq. Ft. Studio all in Reno, NV these are all in the Profit Center NGenSolutions
•One TV Station is an Affiliate of Azteca America Television and the other is an Affiliate of Mexicanal
•Azteca is carried on the local cable system Charter Communications. The agreement with Charter is to Share Ad Revenue (for now.) Later they expect to receive "Carriage Fees" and a greater portion of the Ad Revenue.
•Working to bring the Mexicanal channel to Charter
•Both channels are in Reno, NV that has one of the highest Latino populations / demographic in the country with approximately 30% of the population
•Green believes that they can get a total market share of 15% of the 500,000 people in the area. The #1 channel has a Market Share of 18%. That channel competes with 6 other English-speaking channels
•We have 2 of the 3 Spanish-speaking channels and additionally one of our radio stations is a Latino radio station which helps promote our TV stations in cross-promotion
•The 2nd ratio station is the only Jazz radio station in the area
•Acquired a cable television provider "SatView Broadband" that has cable operations in Nevada and Utah
•In the process of buying another cable system
•Between all of these systems we will have a 5,000-6,000 cable subscribers that are all paying between $45.00 and $50.00 per month in subscriptions between basic cable, pay per view, and premium channels
•The cable acquisitions are Sell-Financed meaning we don't have to dilute to do these deals
•We look for systems that are too small for major providers.
•WENR's goal is to acquire under valued systems in under-served areas
•When we get to 100,000 subscribers we "might" consider selling and a fully developed system is worth $4,000 to $5,000 per subscriber
•Forecast is difficult because of acquisitions
•Month of January we have billed $400,000
•Numbers will grow exponentially as we add
•Ramping up market share for TV stations
•Believe we can make Azteca #1 in one or two years
•Revenue for NGenSolutions is $15,000 in January but just getting started with Azteca
•Depending on ratings we see $200,000 - $300,000 per month Per Channel
