ddls, You seem to be forgetting about the natural progression of technology. It seems like just yesterday the HP Scientific calculator was the best thing since sliced bread. The XRAY was the only "state of the art" "Gold Standard" device and they said it could not be replaced by anything else.
But as we all know, the technology improved and proved them all wrong. This will also be the case with the DViS. Portable 120V 3D Real time imaging will be the next step in medical imaging, yes on humans as it uses less radiation than the current "gold standard" devices.
I know what I know and I've seen what I've seen.
Ask anyone that went to the open house and the DViS is a slam dunk as long as the consultants submitted the paperwork right and the FDA has not been paid off by Toshiba.
I'm with you Vibe. I know the device was successfully demonstrated in live 3D and only those who did not see it do not believe. They can say what they want, but they can not prove the DViS does not work as advertised. The only thing they can prove is that Dean did a crappy job of submitting to the FDA in the past and is not always competent CEO. Since Dean kicked everyone off his Facebook and does not hang around these forums anymore, his judgement has shown some improvement. Hiring the consultants and meeting face to face with the FDA also showed good judgement.
If they do a good enough job in the next submission (coming soon) the DViS will proceed to FDA approval. It all depends on how they present it. Of course, if someone from Toshiba has the FDA in their pocket (or wallet), it could be a problem for the DViS. I'm sure corruption could run deep even in the FDA and Toshiba could loose a big chunk of their business if Dean succeeds.
HANG IN THERE. BE COOL. Its just a matter of time before submission and approval.
Predictions from 2011 that did not happen:
The SEC and/or FBI will arrest Dean.
Dean will go to jail.
IMGG SP will go to $0.000001.
Imaging3 will declare bankruptcy.
Dean will be loose a law suit in court.
The assumption this is dead is also speculative and has no meaning. Investers continue to hold their shares and everyone is waiting for the next move. There is no massive (Thanksgiving)selloff as was predicted. The next move will be a full and complete submission followed by approval by the FDA.
The checkered flag is in sight!
Its not dead now. The paddles worked. Nice close. 8.2 and climbing!
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
Dean is still working on our Christmas present. It will be ready by the end of the first quarter. The FDA will reply to his submission with a thank you note saying, "We approve the DViS!" The shareholders will receive the gift of a huge increase in the SP. Those who do not believe will receive a lump of coal.
God bless us, everyone!
Happy Holidays to all!
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
No, IMGG is not at .05 yet? It is not at .10 yet either and not at .45.
Why would you have to go to a hospital to get an MRI? There are plenty of MRI centers that are not attached to hospitals. They have spare rooms and can just wheel the DViS in there and plug it into the standard wall plug.
Why would you have to scan all patients back to back? They can be done one at a time or several per day immediately prior to or after the MRI.
Why would you keep the techs from going to lunch? Its not like a FORD assembly line. Do the scans, go to lunch, then do more scans.
Several days is correct, three or four per day would take a week. Two before lunch and two after. No problems there.
"rental of an MRI or other predicate device for several days" ???
Why would you speculate they needed to rent an MRI or other predicate device for several days? This can be done on patients who are getting MRIs anyway and just take them to the room with a DViS in it to have the second scan done. It sounds simple to me, no added cost for the MRI, you just need the patient to volunteer (or pay them a few $$$) for the second scan.
Yes, the flags in the booth were Red, White and Blue! The DViS is Made in America!
I think some checkered flags at the booth would have been good too.
Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either.
Bogdan said,
Imaging3 is in possession of the written minutes of the October meeting
and
lack of written documentation of the agreed-upon protocols
Dean has this in writing and will submit as required. The FDA can't deny the approval now.
Thanks for the reply NAP, I believe the FDA is not out to screw people and there is a written audit trail (meeting minutes) that follows the meeting. I don't believe what was posted that the FDA did not commit to anything or put anything in writing. There are lots of opinions and accusations in that post you replied to. I believe all of it to be false.
Who says Dean doesn't have something in writing from the FDA now? You can only assume at this point unless someone from Dean's camp leaked it out.
I'm sure with the team that he has been working with, they are on the right track and have what they need for a good submission this time. The prior attempts failed because Dean was going solo (unless you count his huge Ego) and did not know all the correct rules and protocols.
It is just a matter of time for the FDA approval now.
SURE, CALL THIS YEAR TO AN END. Submission will be in the first quarter of 2012 and approval in the second quarter. Then INGG will go to $3 - $10 depending on who you talk to and all the longs will be happy. Lawsuits will be dismissed and the DViS will take over the medical industry.
Yes, the count down to FDA approval is on.
Just make sure the law suit contains all the required details so the case does not get thrown out and you have to make an appeal. Be sure to learn from the lessons discussed here.
No, you didn't miss anything, There will be no big sell-off?
Dean has a nice location, right in the middle, next to some of the big names:
http://rsna2011.rsna.org/floorplan/default.html
type Imaging3 in the search
It seems to be a nice medium sized booth. Not too big, not too small.
I know this is old news (RSNA), but its a new article:
Imaging3 to Open Exhibit at RSNA 2011

Yes, Dean is innocent until PROVEN guilty. Now, go ahead and tie up the legal system for a few more years. Dean will not go to jail. The DViS is Real, FDA approval will come soon. The checkered flag is in sight. AND as xtrachz would say, "Long and strong to the final gong is the victory song!"
You missed your chance to see the images at the open house. Maybe Dean will have another open house and you can go.
FDA APPROVAL WILL HAPPEN SINCE THEY HAVE A MACHINE THAT DOES WORK!
BUY NOW. FDA APPROVAL IS NEVER, EVER GOING TO BE TURNED DOWN.
RSNA would be a great time for Dean to come up with a professionally produced video that demonstrates how the DViS performs in real time 3D. I agree. Show it at the RSNA. Since he can't do a live demo, a good recorded demo would be fine. Maybe invite the industry pros to a private showing at the lab. This is the best chance to get the buzz going in the industry, so just do it Dean!
In reality, there will be no handcuffs and no jail time for Dean. The only thing in the future is FDA Approval for the DViS!
Oh yeah, instead of handcuffs, there will be a checkered flag waving!
No working device? I guess you were not at the open house. Ask around. Everyone that went to the open house saw the DViS working. The problem is and has always been the submission process. Dean is on track now and the next submission has the best chance to get passed by the FDA.
The truth is that Dean is not dumping his shares of IMGG.
YES DEAN HAS CONSULTANTS
AND THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.
Each consultant specializes in a different area that is necessary to work the DViS through the FDA approval process. These consultants are not just from the west coast, but from the DC area as well and have knowledge of the FDA approval process. They went with Dean to the FDA meeting, met with the FDA face to face and everyone is on the same page with the FDA now.
I would say they have done a dandy job thus far.
HANG IN THERE. FDA APPROVAL IS COMING.
There is a reason the consultants have not been named. Stockmaster Flash hit it on the head. they are working with dean and don't need the constant harrassment that comes from the shareholders and doubters alike. To them, when the phone doesn't ring, they can get more work done. Makes perfect sense to me.
The only people concluding IMGG is a scam are the ones didn't go to the Open House and have never seen the DViS in action.
Asking for "Live Patient Testing"? You asked Dean to put his arm in the DViS and prove it works? Dean did that at the Open House which you did not attend. That was your chance to see a live person getting a real time 3D image shown to all in attendance. Ask any of the 70 people that attended and they will repeat what they have posted on the board since the Open House.
The DViS works
The DViS is Real time 3D
The DViS is NOT a scam.
The DViS will be approved by the FDA.
Mugs, seriously, "paid off to lie to the FDA"? Thats a serious charge. I suppose you have some proof of this? We should get the SEC to arrest these criminals.
I disagree with your statement that Dean and the FDA are far apart. The FDA met face to face with Dean and the consultants and they agreed on the road map to submission for the DViS. So, they confirmed they are heading in the right direction. Please post the information you receive from the FOIA and we can interpret those contents.
Any investor who takes the CEO saying FDA approval was "imminent" in 6 months deserves to be taken to the cleaners. The DViS is the real deal but it has to get through the everchanging world of the FDA to become a recognized force. Now that the FDA and Dean + consultants are on the same page, its a step closer to reality (notice I didn't say "imminent")
