I'm with you Vibe. I know the device was successfully demonstrated in live 3D and only those who did not see it do not believe. They can say what they want, but they can not prove the DViS does not work as advertised. The only thing they can prove is that Dean did a crappy job of submitting to the FDA in the past and is not always competent CEO. Since Dean kicked everyone off his Facebook and does not hang around these forums anymore, his judgement has shown some improvement. Hiring the consultants and meeting face to face with the FDA also showed good judgement.

If they do a good enough job in the next submission (coming soon) the DViS will proceed to FDA approval. It all depends on how they present it. Of course, if someone from Toshiba has the FDA in their pocket (or wallet), it could be a problem for the DViS. I'm sure corruption could run deep even in the FDA and Toshiba could loose a big chunk of their business if Dean succeeds.
