Who says Dean doesn't have something in writing from the FDA now? You can only assume at this point unless someone from Dean's camp leaked it out.

I'm sure with the team that he has been working with, they are on the right track and have what they need for a good submission this time. The prior attempts failed because Dean was going solo (unless you count his huge Ego) and did not know all the correct rules and protocols.

It is just a matter of time for the FDA approval now.
