FORT WORTH, TX, May 10, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- NuMobile, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUBL) recently announced a letter of intent to acquire an original design and manufacturing company based in Shenzhen, China with approximately $22 million in annual revenue from China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCTR). Later today, NuMobile plans to release a Webcast providing more information on the proposed transaction. The anticipated structure of the acquisition is intended to position NuMobile to execute one to two more acquisitions during the next year in order to pursue a national exchange listing.
