The authorized shares have been increased. Mark has something "big" in the works. Mark would like everyone to remember that he is a stockholder and while he cannot go into specifics every thing that he is doing is for the benefit of all stockholders in TYTN.
Three years ago Mark was not involved with this stock and it had no future, get the facts before posting
Mark has been looking at going up to 120hp for larger farms.
854 85hp 4 wheel drive yes it is a big tractor
This shipment of mini's will be in containers.
Every item that I have that I got from Mark has been a fantastic value and in some cases better than the name brands in durability. I used the Crawler yesterday to pour concrete, damn handy 6000 pound wheelborrow
Mark prefers that containers of product come in to Tacoma as it is a bigger port and customs work faster. He has been talking to the Port of Kalama about RORO operations that could be done less than a mile from Tytan. This will be happening sooner than later.
The Tytan difference is that a tractor the size of the mini from JD, TYM or any of the others has 18 to 27 hp. Mark's mini 30 hp and if he wanted he could put more in the mini.
I will call Tytan and ask them to call me when the shipment comes in and I will take that picture for you.
You must have been playing with the new "toy" today. You weren't here very much.
Mark goes to China where he visits 13 factories that he can mix and match to build exactly what he wants with the blessing of the Chinese government who owns the factories. Mark is under estimated in the US and revered by the Chinese.
Mark is also working hard at completing the retail financing piece of the puzzle. This will allow people to buy the tractors and implements without having the full amount in cash. It doesn't take much to end up with $23,000 dollars invested in implements around the farm from Mark.
Two cylinder Chinese diesel Model 2100 (2cylinders 100mm Bore)
15,000 watts single phase cont. 65 amps 230 volts 60 Hz
25 gal fuel
Mark gave me a good price on it and I have not had a day that I didn't like having sit out there ready to go.
That Genset has powered the house shop and barn for 2 days continous last winter. I would not sell it for 10 times what I paid for it.
I have run it 350 hours clearing land, pushing snow, running a chipper. It is worth every penny that I paid for it and I have had it for 3 years. Yes I am very happy with it.
I have a printed copy it is my crawler on page 15.
We have been going over the documentation because Mark got the patent as part of a deal and as you pointed out something maybe amiss in that transaction. It does not change the value of the stock because it is not, nor was it going to be, a focus of much energy. The company's core business is tractors and implements and will continue to be that. The paper trail will be run as this does effect the credibility of the company and as you can gather from prior issues, that affected the credibility of the company, credibilty is very important to Mark. I must apologize to the board for speaking prematurely about this matter. It is being looked at and will be resolved in a timely fashion.
Mark has been made aware of this weekends hot topic and he is going to send me a copy of the docs that show TYTN has ownership I have permission to post they here
Form T trade is an after hours trade.
And those in the know are holding tight
I am busy buying. I don't have anything that I can share right now. Go tytn
E-mail from Mark included link to that video
Hello Everyone,

Alamo group wanted the implements (higher profit margin) from Mark more than the tractors. When any tractor comes onto the market the same thing is said is there room for another brand, I have to say yes. JD is expanding factories to meet world demand for tractors. We are on the ground floor of a company that is also looking to supply tractors into that demand. Tytan can make changes faster to meet a need presented by farmers than most companies.
if you ignore him maybe he will go way
I am a friend of Marks which is why my crawler is in the advertising. I trust Mark which is all the DD I needed when the stock became available.
That is not the same tractors and Mark has aready stopped them from using the Titan name because of brand confusion. If they are using the name again Mark will stop them. He is protective of the Tytan brand which is good for the stockholders.
Personal use I have horses and half of my property was old cherry trees that have gotten over grown. The crawler has 500 hours on it. Mark has sold equipment to a dairy farm about ten miles from my house and they use the 33 hp rubber tired tractors everyday all day with manure scrapers on the back. Farmers unerstand that all equipment breaks. I made a damn good living for 35 years because all equipment breaks. Marks equipment is harder to break in regard to the drive train which is why the dairy farm owns the Tytan tractors. It is why my little 6000 lb 40hp crawler can push a 12 inch cherry tree down and more 1200 yds of material around last summer. I don't baby the machine at all and it has not missed a day of work because of a breakdown.
I have an IH A that is currently residing in my shop in pieces
I have the crawler and have had it for three years. I am one tractor shy of being the crazy tractor guy, I currently have four tractors. (Tytan, JD, TYM, IH) I need to put brake bands on the crawler which would be normal after three years of hard work. I am very happy with the unit.
I drive by the dealership daily. I am the owner of the crawler that is pushing down trees in the video that on the website. Bobfinal.mov I own 9 of the Tytan implements that Mark has brought in from China. I go in and look at what Mark has that is new once a week or so. I brought stock in this company because I truely believe that the value for the money in the equipment that Mark is selling is amazing. I feel qualified to say that as I was a heavy equipment mechanic for 35 years. I brought my equipment from Mark before he sold stock and being able to invest in his company has been a bonus that I strongly believe will payoff in the end.
Everyday when I use my tractor
2:30 Eastern time
So Am I
I have been away from my desk and I to know that the CEo can make this company work. He is smart enough to know that he doesnot know everything so he has experts in the fields advising him. All good
The official PR will along the lines of the letter that was posted by detailman.
