If you don't think something is possible in the OTC markets then you shouldn't even be trading here lol....
You should put all your money in right now. This is the only chance you will get, trust me.
This stock is going no where. I used to have money in this stock, until I realized that they offer absolutely NOTHING and NO ONE knows about them. All this stock does is creates invincible hype events and never delivers on them. GARBAGE STOCK.
How much potential do you guys see in this stock? Can someone please give me a summary of what is currently going on with the company? Thanks!
That's probably one reason why you should go to church, to get hot stock tips.

Blockbuster Initiates Process to Sell Company, Enters into "Stalking Horse" Purchase Agreement with Investor Group
3:47 PM ET 2/21/11 | BusinessWire
--Blockbuster Continuing to Serve Customers in the Ordinary Course
Blockbuster Inc. (OTHER OTC: BLOKA, BLOKB), a leading global provider of rental and retail movie and game entertainment, today announced that it has initiated a process to sell the Company, which it believes represents the best means of maximizing value for Blockbuster's stakeholders.
In conjunction with this process, Blockbuster has entered into an asset purchase agreement with a "stalking horse" bidder, Cobalt Video Holdco, LLC, a limited liability company formed by funds managed by Monarch Alternative Capital LP, Owl Creek Asset Management LP, Stonehill Capital Management LLC and Varde Partners, Inc., each of which is a secured noteholder of the Company. In addition, Blockbuster has filed a motion seeking authorization from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York to conduct an auction process for the Company. The auction process is designed to achieve the highest and best offer for the Company's assets and would be conducted under the Court's supervision and in accordance with Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The Cobalt agreement serves as the "stalking horse" bid in the auction, which sets the floor or minimum acceptable bid.
Blockbuster expects that its U.S. operations, including a majority of its stores, DVD vending kiosks, by-mail and digital businesses, will continue to serve customers in the ordinary course during the sale process. The Company's international operations in Canada, Denmark, Italy, Mexico, and the United Kingdom are also expected to conduct business as usual during the sale process. Blockbuster franchise locations in both the U.S. and abroad are independently owned, operated and funded, and will also continue normal business operations.
Jim Keyes, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "By initiating a sale process at this time, we intend to accelerate our Chapter 11 proceedings and move the Company forward. An auction will allow the Company to invite competing bids from both strategic and financial investors. This will also allow for the consolidation of ownership of the Company to those with a clear and focused vision for Blockbuster's future."
He continued, "The purchaser will be able to take full advantage of Blockbuster's many strengths, which include an internationally recognized brand name, an exceptional library of more than 125,000 titles, millions of loyal customers, and a multi-channel content distribution platform. Because of its ability to deliver physical content (through DVDs) and digital content (through streaming), Blockbuster can offer customers the unique ability to access any movie, any time."
Under terms of the Definitive Asset Purchase Agreement with respect to the transaction between the Company and the investor group (the "APA"), Cobalt has agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets of Blockbuster Inc. and its U.S. and international subsidiaries for $290 million, subject to adjustment. The APA has been filed with the Court today. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Bankruptcy Court and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The bidding procedures, if approved by the Court, would require other interested parties to submit binding offers to acquire the Company within approximately 30 days following such approval. Such parties could include additional financial and/or strategic bidders. Assuming qualified bids are submitted, an auction would be held within approximately one week of the bid deadline. A final sale approval hearing is anticipated to take place shortly after the auction with the closing anticipated to occur no later than April 20, 2011.
The Company and its domestic subsidiaries filed voluntary Chapter 11 petitions on September 23, 2010. How do you guys think the earnings statements will be? What price are you guys in the stock at already? And what price do you want to get in at? thanks.
I plan on loading up shares on Tuesday. Think about it this way, things can't get any worse for Blockbuster right? The only place we can go is UP UP AND AWAY in my opinion. Lock and load baby, I plan to make a nice profit on this baby.
Yes it will go beyond $10 by the end of 2011. I think that Harman will buy out SIRI or some other type of buy out.
Any predictions of the high we will hit before earnings?
Alright answer this then, if Sirius is bought out by Liberty how would that affect the PPS?
When do you think we will hit $2?
Turbo where do you think we will be trading in March?
Hey guys in 2008 SIRI was trading above $3.00 what is the difference between now and then? Why did we drop? Someone please respond, thanks.
Where do you guys think we will be in March?
That's awesome!!!
Where do you guys think we will be in March?
Lol, I sold because I have a huge position in another stock, and it is going to take 2-3 more years for this FDA thing to happen.
Well I sold the day before the stock plummeted a few months ago, so we shall see.
I took off my CBIS position today, I am not sure where the bottom is here, too risky in my opinion at the moment. I will add a position once we get some news again.
I am currently doing some deeper DD on CBIS. I will get back to you guys tomorrow if I get any replies. So far everything is looking good...
What caused the drop today? Anyone?
Buy Volume 198k to Sell Volume 12k, we are definitely due for a run soon!!!!!
Who cares if marijuana gets legalized in the states, because CBIS is already way ahead of the game because they are developing products for MEDICINAL use. So I could care less if it is legalized or not.
LOL, good strategy "i owned a good position in CBIS awhile back and watch it, looking, hoping that some good news comes to light." Keep looking and hoping pal, do some DD on this company. I made a nice chunk of cash from this stock already, and I am going to repeat. Then I will throw some change at you to help recoup your losses.
How will the dividend affect the PPS?
We should see $0.75 this week at least.
What do you mean "due bills" what does that mean?
The dividend date is remaining the 31st. So whichever shares you held before or on the 31st will count toward the dividend.
I just got off the phone with Mark. For all you guys who don't think the dividend is still on you are wrong. The dividend is still on, they are just waiting for the paperwork from the SEC. Mark said that as soon as they get the paperwork, they will put out a press release asap.
Where do you guys think the PPS will be at in March? Thanks!
That was the first number that popped into my head.
Well right now with CBIS we are waiting for the dividend announcement, that should make us pop to the $0.15 range. They are also going through the FDA process right now to get approval for their drugs.
I think this stock has endless potential, with all the new technology coming out. I have a feeling that they will merge with a company that fears the competition it will bring in the future (just like it merged with XM). I also think it is WAY undervalued where it is trading at now. I just have a feeling there is something big that is going to happen. We will have to see though.
Can you tell me some reasons why you want to invest in SIRI? I am already locked and loaded with shares, I just want to get some people's perspectives. Thanks!
What do you think is a realistic target for lets say March?
