Ok N**** making me post on an unofficially recognized public disclosure medium. F*** it! Statements forward looking and speculative.
What can you tell us about the City National Bank Discovery Well Package?
Pinnacle reef target with no sufficient cashflow for appropriate geoscience. Stay tuned.
When did this develop?
When I woke up to the fact that the cost of making 100bbl per day from 1 Well was less of a hassle then making 1bbl per day form a 100 wells.
Why wasn't there a PR since noted on the website?
Because PR's and a dedicated promotional campaign cost heavy cash, hence the need for cashflow.
Who will be the Professional Petroleum Engineers and Geologists?
We have expertise in house and local expertise but it all costs cashflow.
Is this a partnering project?
Maybe. Depends if Pilgrim can raise the money (through services) or if Pilgrim has to go to an outside capital source to jump start things.
What is PGPM's stake or control?
I won't give away more than 50% WI.
When will there be expected results of professional reports?
Whenever I get around to it! It sucks for the Misfits! Enjoy the ride!
Where can we find reports or permit applications pertaining to this event, and/or when?
Pilgrim needs Geoscience first and then permits.
Why was this considered a pick/choice to endeavor????
See above. Engineers identified the Pinnacle targets, I'm just trying to mitigate risk.
Looks like something is moving forward, just the stock holders need info to keep informed!
No S***! I'm halfway thinking of signaling the shareholders with a public wire stating "Misfits Unite!!!" when PGPM is ready to move. Not sure of legalities given the above scenario.
I referenced this issue in an earlier post
www.investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51980703
under question #3.
I sent Masc an explanation email also.
Hopefully he will post it.
Will do!
This was NOT humor!!!
OMG I just got hit by a hacker.
All of a sudden at 11:12PM July 20th 2010. I had the following malware warnigs spring up.

So the question I pose to all of you is what should be done ?
Operational Update:
I now have 100% control of the bank account, the pink OTC markets postings, PR Newswire postings and the Company's website.
I have repeatedly requested access to the asset lists, liability lists and equity lists of the company. Data forthcoming.
From the data i have the current share counts are as follows:
Authorized Shares: 2,000,000,000 as of Jun 30, 2010
Outstanding Shares: 1,152,459,514 as of Jun 30, 2010
Float Shares: 903,297,039 as of Jun 30, 2010
Authorized may increase to 5 billion unless i can stop it in time.
Current active trading float, to the best of my current knowledge, is around 650 million shares.
If you should ever feel the need . . .
. . . to complain.

Concerning the March 31, 2010 Quarterly Financials.
Pilgrim Petroleum posted inaccurate financial information.
Accurate quarterly financials will be posted in a timely manner.
Share counts on Pink OTC Markets, Inc. and the Pilgrim Petroleum website are being updated.
A third party auditor will be investigated for hire.
I apologize for any lack of oversight.
Thank you.
Matt O'Bryant
Still investigating, will post results tonight.
I will also follow up on other details I have come across.
Guess I better get some shiner beer for tonight.
Stay tuned.
I'm looking into this.
Once again . . . Agreed.
Without the proper cashflow a focused and dedicated PR effort is difficult.
I am working on correcting this.
I'm calling my broker.
and putting a order in for 1 share at 1 cent.

1 share really! really?
Great info. Thank you.
Killer tip. Thank you.
and great advice.
Technically all three of the project types i mentioned a week or so back. Discovery well, rework, producing property acquisition.
Amount would be based on project production and reserve estimates.
I do get your point though, is it really worth it to be listed out there.
Although, I did one time have a group out of frankfurt loosely offer a million towards a project.
Pilgrim has technically 52 current Wells that EOR tech could be applied.
I have to dig for the latest inactive well numbers.
A majority of these are on properties near Electra.
I'll post more property data on the website hopefully this week.
This is again why producing property acquisitions would be great.
True.
However, When I made the comment, I was thinking more like enticing European energy hedge funds with heavy bucks to invest in Pilgrim's oil projects or Pilgrim's equity instead of individual investors purchasing smaller lots of equity.
I believe someone mentioned a while back that putting your shares for sale at a high amount (in our case say a $1.00) would inhibit short traders from being able to manipulate the stock.
I know this would assume all (or most) shareholders put thier bids that high.
Would this even work?
It's OK. I feel much more comfortable talking about this then behind the scenes financial dealings that I do not have full disclosure ability to discuss.
Step 1: injectivity test on each individual well to gauge maximum volume of gas injectable over a 6/12/24 hour period.
Step 2: Inject in 3 to 5 wells at a time dependant on injection system volume over a 6/12/24 hour period. Then move to next 3 to 5 wells, then next 3 to 5 wells, etc
Step 3: Determine suitable gas flood well based on previous tests (could be multiple flood wells dependant on total well count) and inject for days, weeks or months at a time. Could also be 24/7/365 assuming the flood well is properly engineered to accept all of the gas volume injected.
Hope that made sense. I'll try and post a better explanation on the website.
I'll have to look into this.
I believe it will cost money to delist, I'll investigate how much money.
The biggest benefit is to entice interested investors in Europe.
I thought it was the right link.
As I am not affiliated with Arcland and since I am an officer of Pilgrim not Arcland I can't make any disclosures about Arcland's business dealing or decision making processes.
So again, I have to be real careful what I say so I dont get into any hot water.
Once a decision is made on thier end and I am notified of that decision I'll post details.
A combination of the two.
In Pilgrim's case we would conduct a cyclic "huff-n-puff" regiment to multiple wells and then roll to a 24/7 drive regiment.
It's nice to start with the cyclic first to get cash flow up and then later move to the dedicated well drive scenario.
i dont see why they would stop anyone talking about shorts if they are founded statements ?
Instead of being angry about shorts Start showing growth and progress not only here on the board. In public via PR's and show oil flowing or income of any sort and movement and you will see growth in the stock value and shorts will be burnt. especially when a pink moves dramatically they will be burnt so bad they won't come back for a while until they see weakness. And one PR does not cut it. Constant communication from the company is the key.
I have to be real careful what i say.
People are interested in investing, they are getting a bit more time to decide.
Personally, I would rather have the cash to invest in producing properties that are a best fit for pressure maintainance.
In defense of RP.
Someone posted a while back about regulatory investigation.
From my due diligence, RP has NEVER been investigated by any regulatory organization.
If he had, I wouldn't of taken this position.
Also, please note, Pilgrim Petroleum is regulated by FINRA and NOT the SEC.
RP is an extremely intelligent, highly educated person with mountains of professional experience. He is also a distinguished veteran serving with the United States Navy as an officer and naval aviator most notably during Gulf War 1.
Its all a function of CFM (cubic feet per minute)
The permiability of the resevoir and the wells overall condition down hole will determine just how much inert gas is injectable into a well.
We like to divide the produced gas to multiple wells during one injection cycle in order to maximize the amount of inert gas going into the resevoir.
We also like to gather data that corresponds to time, amount of gas injected, and optimal oil recovery rate.
One value is a book value, and one value is a street value.
And yes, a new assessment will probably be needed in a timely manner.
I'm not justifying it either, but . . .
ding ding ding, give that man a prize.
....really don't know how one man can/could do any justice to a single company and put forth 100%, considering the above instance.
Off Topic conversations:
I have been informed by investroshub admins that conversations on this board should remain "On Topic"
I have had some posts "concerning shorting of our stock" removed from the board by site admins. (not moderators)
I should post something about the Netherlands-Germany World Cup game just to see if they stick to thier rules.
Something tells me that they would let that one slide though.
I am not going to be a hard ass on this by any means.
However, I do have to say that posts #15538 and #15539 are technically "Off Topic"
Will post details of the technology on the website as time permits.
1 currently.
Once we cashflow we have a 2nd generation Nitrogen system being brewed for prodction.
To Whom It May Concern:
Please allow this letter to serve as notification of a 30 day extension being provided to Arcland Energy Corporation to either provide payment or conduct 3rd party mediated negotiation of the $10 million dollars (US) plus interest due to Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation from the notes issued to Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation on July 10th 2008 for the sale of American Petroleum Corporation, Lariat Energy Corporation and associated assets.
Receipt of this letter via certified US postal mail shall represent the starting day of your Company’s 30 day time extension to settle Arcland Energy Corporation’s afore mentioned monetary obligations to Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation.
Thank you,

Or, in my case, the great efforts of the Shiner brewery!
Excellent point.
Possible solution:
Take their lease produced water, run it through a centrifuge (relatively low cost) charge them for the water disposal, make some money, and have all the irrigation and livestock feed water you could ever want.
Pollution PPM content so low you could drink it.
Again, loving the positive dialog.
I also have access to a great propellant fracturing technology (3rd Party) that costs far less than traditional fracing and that doesn’t damage the groundwater.
Oh, and it works great on oil wells, 300ft TD minimum.
First, I'm going for rework of existing pressure depleted marginal wells. So no crazy expensive drilling here.
Second, I should share the economic valuations of producing inert gas on site vs. piping it in from a dome.
Denbury are a bunch of idiots. The costs of producing on site are a fraction of the capital required to build a pipeline from Mississippi to East Texas.
BTW . . . loving the positive dialog.
