I now have 100% control of the bank account, the pink OTC markets postings, PR Newswire postings and the Company's website.

I have repeatedly requested access to the asset lists, liability lists and equity lists of the company. Data forthcoming.

From the data i have the current share counts are as follows:

Authorized Shares: 2,000,000,000 as of Jun 30, 2010
Outstanding Shares: 1,152,459,514 as of Jun 30, 2010
Float Shares: 903,297,039 as of Jun 30, 2010

Authorized may increase to 5 billion unless i can stop it in time.

Current active trading float, to the best of my current knowledge, is around 650 million shares.
