Actually it would depend on if Bogden is filing a Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 bankruptsy.

Chapter 7 is a liquidation of assets. (Normally used for someone who has little or no liquid assets)

Chapter 13 is an adjustment of debts in which a monthly payment is made to the bankruptsy trustee for distribution to creditors. (Normally used when someone has significant equity or property and wants to keep it)

Unless you were one of the buyers at .011 or lower then your +36% ;)

I rarely post but read daily. Though I am down on what I currently hold in TYTN I am up overall. I originally bought at .012 for a quick flip back in 2009... got sidetracked/busy at work and missed the opportunity to sell for a profit... so I averaged down. I had the majority of my purchases from .0004 thru .0009. My average of all shares was .0007. I sold 2/3 of my position on 5/16/2011 at .0039. for a profit of nearly 7k (6k and change) So even though I am currently down in my holdings, I am up overall and continue to average down. My current average is .046, so YES it is possible to still be in the green with TYTN.

They are playing games, I had an order in at the ask for 10 minutes this morning not getting filled they filled me at the bid and dropped the ask. MAXM is purposley driving it down.

My average was .0009 I sold at .0039 and pulled out my original investment.... hence when I bought back in after pulling out my original investment those shares were basically free ( buying back shares from the money I had already made)

My $ came thru 15 min prior to close so I was able to grab another 1.7 Million shares @ .0018 bringing my total up to just over 3.5 million, half of which are free shares from the last run.

IMO if this was dillution you would see the Accum/Dist falling and it has NOT.

BUY the fear, today was a huge opportunity for people, just wish they could all see it!

On site financing is usually through another bank and the dealer gets a kickback. This sounds like TYTN will be providing the financing ... which means they will be collecting the INTREST on the loans... not just a kick back IMO
