sorry there, I meant 14, 24, 48

The figures are a part of my evaluation.
I evaluate SYMW based on market cap or market capitalization because SYMWhas no revenue or earnings yet. I use a guideline of $40 million as a reference point (equilibrium) for market capitalization. This is not the actual market cap. actual market cap is (outstanding shares)11,744,855,284 x (Fridays closing price) .0003 = $3,523,457. My opinion is with the technology SYMW has, being in phase II, rapidly pushing forward, with prompted inquiries and interest from OEMs and consumers, the cap should be 40 mill not 3.5 mill regardless of outstanding shares.JMO.) So ( 40,000,000 / 11,744,855,284 (OS) = .0034 )
IMO With a change of setiment, because of news and most sellers gone already, SWMY should head to .003, perhaps on that buying pressure SYMW does a reverse split of 200/1 (meaning 200 of it's shares are now equal 1 share) then the stock would be worth .6 (not.003) with buying pressure and outstanding shares at 58,724,277. At that point bigger investors would take a closer look! WE ALL WOULD WIN!
This just my opinion of where SYMW should be and why. Mabey it will and I'll be right, Mabey it wont't and I'll be wrong. No matter what happens I'm in the game!

My Goodies: 24,48,88 Thanks!
Just My Opinion!
I do know that there is not a single person on planet earth that is 100% honest 100% of the time. Some learn to be more honest as they grow through life experiences (age), Some through Values and Morals (character).
The only legit basis for me to evaluate JD is on quotes from public PRs (his words), not what someone else says, "he said". (learned that from the story and the circle game as a kid) With that said, even his words are forward-looking statements that are based on the current beliefs of management, as well as assumptions made by and information currently available to management.
Lets look at a few:
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - January 22, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport announced today that the company has completed a broad assessment of the current state of its technologies and of its various technical and business relationships with the objective of maximizing their values to shareholders.
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 12, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW)"I want to add that SymPowerco is grateful for the patience of its shareholders during this extended period while we developed our plans for what we hope will be an exciting year for our company."
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 16, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced the start of a new project for the development and construction of an advanced Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC")
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 18, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport announced today that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Polygenic Power Corp. ("PPC"), has launched its Hybrid Electric Vehicle ("HEV") prototype project. The HEV project will be advanced concurrently with SymPowerco's recently announced Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") prototype project. Both projects will be completed in-house and all intellectual property associated with the projects will remain with SymPowerco Corporation.
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 22, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport states that the company's recently announced fuel cell prototype project has prompted inquiries about the availability of the company's Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC"). As a result, the company will answer the inquiries with an expanded call (to develope more fully in form or detail) for specifications that SymPowerco must meet in order for OEMs to adequately test SymPowerco's alpha-stage FEDMFCs as they become available.
Stated SymPowerco CEO, John Davenport, "We are very pleased with the responses to the announcement that we are developing a new FEDMFC prototype. It was immediately clear that interest in our future products could encompass a wider variety of OEM and consumer requirements than we had originally considered. As a result, we are moving the timeline forward on the design of power output configurations, power interface standards and other operating designs and parameters that are needed for our intended markets. This aspect of SymPowerco's plans will run concurrently with the FEDMFC prototype project."
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - March 5, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced the primary objectives of the recently announced fuel cell prototype project that is intended to address several aspects of performance, durability, scalability, manufacturing methods and economics of the company's unique Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC").
GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - March 8, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced that the company has entered Phase II of its two concurrent prototype projects, the Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") Prototype Project and the Hybrid Power System Project for small Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
Stated CEO, John Davenport, "Phase II is intended to take both projects forward to the point of procurement of the equipment and material required for the assembly of the prototypes. Many aspects of Phase II are already at advanced levels of development and the company hopes to complete the remaining Phase II elements in an expedited manner."
Based on the current beliefs of mine, as well as assumptions made by and information currently available to me, I trust that JD is truly thankful to those that believe in SYMW in this development stage of the game. That SYMW at this stage with some fresh and unique knowledge is rapidly moving towards the development of a "FEDMFC" and "HEV", which there is immense attention and interest, and this year will be an exciting and profitable year for shareholders!
Now we are only a quarter of the way through the year! Last year was an exciting year for me in the market as a whole. I was buying all through this time last year when everyone else was full of anxiety and apprehension (can't go back now and buy). As a result I had many monster gains. Some of which I continue to sell an reinvest here in SYMW. In order to have an exciting year, there must be ups and downs, (I prefer the down before the up) and the only way to know how the year will be for SYMW is to go through the year.
Now most penny stocks have no revenues, most will never have any earnings to justify a high price (and maintain a high price) or a low price (and maintain a low price) So I evaluate companies based on market cap or market capitalization. I, as many that valuate pennystocks, use a guideline of $40 million as a reference point (equilibrium) for market capitalization. Based on the current news and information (marketwire) of SYMW and the math (40,000,000/11,744,855,284=.0034) I feel .0034 is where we should be, but we are not, why? I feel many were holding and anticipated being farther along than we are and upset about the further dilution of shares,(I was one also) but the others started selling. MM's picked up on this, throw some bigger sales in there, and a drop in pps, few more apprehensive shareholders sell and hence the state we're in. At some point this changes, (all that want to sell are gone and news brings in new investors)and this regularly changes very rapidly. Anyone that says we are there, or not there, is just speculating, only the market knows!
I agree SYMW will have to do a reverse split at some point. To do one in a downward cycle (selling pressure) would be detrimental, but to do one on an upward cycle (buying pressure) would be beneficial. What will JD do? When is the next PR? What will it say? Will the the PPS go up or down? WillSYMW produce revenue? What about the battery technology? With all the interest will someone help with funds? With many questions and a low PPS, I am a little bothered. With the newer technology, shorter timeline, more rapid development, and elevated interest, I am encouraged. I am in the game and enjoy all the emotion, up and down, and do not invest the rent money on emotion! Each investor must evaluate the risk-reward they want to take, take it, and with patience wait and see!
All said, I'm Just stating my own opinion and do not wish to deflect or attract someone to SYMW, I'm Just stating my own opinion! I hope for success for SYMW just as I do for all investors!

MM could be lining up a run and needs shares to trade. (I like Micky's hopeful outlook explanation!)But it's just an opinion, could also be someone needs money for eggs!
I had .0002's on the bid for sometime, still no fill, so I still buy some at .0003 now and again. (Call me crazy, but I know SWMY will have it's day and I don't want to be buying on the way up!)

I thought that was funny.
I can't understand why they would have to hide it.

But check this link out,http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=SYMW&SortBy=volume&Month=2-1-2010&IMAGE1.x=17&IMAGE1.y=6 it looks like NITE had the most volume in shares. I think we are at an interesting level here, it will be interesting if some meatier news should come this weekend, (never can tell anymore, guess I'm just an optimist)
Lets go JD.... Maximize shareholder value!
Welcome ENJOY STRESS! Hope this helps.
* Authorized Shares – These shares represent the total number of shares of stock authorized when the company was created.
However, just because a company authorized a certain number of shares doesn’t mean it must issue all of them to the public. Most companies retain shares for use later called unissued stock or shares.
* Unissued Shares – Shares a company retains in its treasury and not issued to the public or to employees are unissued shares.
Restricted Shares – Restricted shares refer to company stock used for employee incentive and compensation plans. Restricted stockholders need permission of the SEC to sell.
There is a waiting period after a company first goes public where insiders’ restricted stock is frozen. When insiders want to sell their stock, they must file a form with the SEC declaring their intention. Even insiders of established companies must file with the SEC before selling their restricted stock.
* Float Shares – Float refers to the number of shares actually available for trade on the open market. You and I can buy these shares.
* Outstanding Shares – Outstanding shares includes all the shares issued by the company, which would be the restricted shares plus the float. If a company repurchases a portion of its shares, these are not considered outstanding.

I can't understand L2 sometimes.
I put a limit order 1 mil SYMW @.0003 at 15:42:45
My account shows I bought 1 mil SYMW @ .00028 at 15:42:45
L2 shows a sale of 1 mil SYMW @ .0002 at 15:42:45
So I don't believe all sales shown on the L2 are actually sales.(market sale) Has anyone noticed this before? Why not show a buy if I bought?
Maybe some news this weekend? It's been two weeks! Lately JD's been keeping us updated. If not it might be a long week. lol
I called Carleton University twice and left messages, have not herd back yet.
Stated CEO, John Davenport,
"Phase II is intended to take both projects forward to the point of procurement of the equipment and material required for the assembly of the prototypes. Many aspects of Phase II are already at advanced levels of development and the company hopes to complete the remaining Phase II elements in an expedited manner."
Although not as far along as I would like, I believe SYMW is farther along than I think. I also believe More and better news is close and .0002 won't make it to the ask. As for the shares outstanding, JD's a smart man and will deal with that at the right time. (if I didn't believe that, I would not be invested.) JMO

SymPowerco Announces Fuel Cell Prototype Objectives
GARDNERVILLE, NV -- (Marketwire)
03/05/10
SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced the primary objectives of the recently announced fuel cell prototype project that is intended to address several aspects of performance, durability, scalability, manufacturing methods and economics of the company's unique Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC").
The primary objective of the program will be to dramatically improve reaction kinetics at the FEDMFC's anode. The methanol reaction mechanisms in all Direct Methanol Fuel Cells
are more complex than those of hydrogen resulting in excessive voltage drops (activation polarization) that occur during the activation phase of the reaction. SymPowerco expects to advance its bipolar plate designs and operating parameters with a view to increasing both the rate and quality of methanol reactions without an increase in catalyst quantities. Particular attention will be given to improving reaction gas removal from the reaction zone in order to optimize both fuel flow and catalyst availability.
Reducing Activation Polarization will require the development of an advanced "Balance of Plant" ("BoP"). As a result, various FEDMFC support equipment configurations and operating parameters will be tested. The objectives relative to the BoP design and testing will be two-fold. The first objective is the improvement of reaction kinetics, as stated. The second objective of this aspect of the project will be to test the scalability of single stack and multiple stack configurations operating with a single BoP design. The company is of the opinion that increasing fuel cell output with multiple stack configurations need not cause a proportionate increase in BoP power demands, thus indicating increased energy efficiencies in multi-stack configurations.
SymPowerco Corporation develops advanced fuel cell and power delivery systems for the rapidly growing personal transportation and portable power system markets that are being created by today's energy and environmental challenges.
Except for historical information contained herein, the matters set forth above may be forward-looking statements that involve certain risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ from those in the forward-looking statements. I love when a good product goes on sale!
That's what I personally see here. I'm still a believer, picked up another 4 mill, will pick up more too! Maybe this isn't the best PR, but it will come! The FE DMFC is around the corner, and I'm willing to wait. I just don't like chasing! I Really enjoy all the posts here, positive and negative! To each their own. To those that left, happy trading and good luck! To those who stay or are new to SYMW, Lets watch this come to Life!(and change lives!)
LETS GO JD, I BELIEVE, BRING US A PROTOTYPE!
Kobalt picks, 24, 48, 88.
LV Pics: 14,17,31. Thanks
Yes, I'm still here.
I'm just getting caught up on today's action. The dilution finally caught up with us, guess the .0004's finally pulled back to .0003's. I thought .0004's were holding up good, but not even the pinks like uncertainty! That what we had after the lackluster PR's and dilution.
I think the biggest let down was my own expectations. By that I mean, like SHO, I thought we would be at .003 not .0003 and the PR would have been more clear and certain. I to am hurt, a little bit angry, and wondering was I wrong to believe?
there are three option for me at this point, sell all and say good bye, buy and average down, or just hold and see what happens now! So with emotion thrown aside this is what I think;
This technology is starting to catch the attention of many and may even be bigger than solar or wind energy. SYMW has this technology and is moving forward with a prototype. I think The next PR will be soon and more clear and certain with details and time-lines. I think the facts say this is still coming together, it's just going to take longer than I would like.... So I will not sell, nor will I average down (yet), I will hold and watch (however painful it might be) because as fast as this tanked on uncertainty, it can skyrocket on clarity! Investors don't necessarily need the product to invest, just knowing the truth about were it stands and the potential of it. I believe JD understands this and will step it up with information and details, but only time will tell.
To those who sold and moved on, good luck on the next one! To those who are still here, your not alone in this ride! It helps me to think back when I first found SYMW, followed and studied it for months, then jumped in! I was so full of hope and excitement! The truth is, it's farther along than it was then, so why loose the hope and excitement? If it has to go down before it can go up, then lets get it out of the way! (JMO) GLTA!
A Cheerleader.......
....as I understand, is one on the sidelines, not in the game, and generally entertaining. (sound familiar?) But as most on this board, I'm in the game!
(It's impossible, as far as I know, to be both at the same time.) lol
The following is info taken from SymPowercocorp:
* SymPowerco, through its majority owned subsidiary Polygenic Power Systems, has acquired the rights to an advanced power producer, a Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell and the rights to use advanced battery technologies in hybrid applications.
* Over $4,000,000 has been invested in research and development of the SymPowerco FE DMFC. The development work included the successful construction and operation of a 5 Watt multi-cell FE DMFC that supplied power to a complete hybrid power system. The 5w unit included an electronic subsystem control package of sufficient capability to handle the entire FE DMFC development precess to near-commercialization.
* The completion and testing of the 5w unit proved the feasibility of the Flowing Electrolyte DMFC program, answered many research and development questions and paved the way for the ramping up of the FE DMFC program now being undertaken by SymPowerco.
* The company has acquired the exclusive rights to use a new Flat-Plate rechargeable alkaline battery technology with our FE DMFC. The Flat-Plate alkaline battery technology is inexpensive, environmentally far friendlier than NiMH, NiCad and lead acid batteries and has no "memory" effects. More importantly, this battery is far less expensive than Lithium batteries of comparable capacity. This battery technology is inherently safer than Lithium batteries that can overheat and rupture.
* Although SymPowerco's FE DMFC forms the heart of our Hybrid Power Systems initiatives, the company will leverage all available technological advancements in order to produce state-of-the-art power supply technologies.

If it's a solid company that you BELIEVE in anyway, then the dilution shouldn't hurt it too bad. Remember that by selling shares they are effectively improving their balance sheet and cash flow by the same amount. This cash flow can then pay bills, develop a Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") and Hybrid Electric Vehicle ("HEV") prototype, (in-house). This allows them to retain control of all facets
of the project as well as all Intellectual Property rights that result from the project. Unless it's a crazy dilution of 25% or more I wouldn't be too worried.
Investors(Longs)do their DD, Then they BELIEVE, Then they invest, then they wait, and Finally they are rewarded!
Traders buy, hope for a quick pop (in pps), and sell.(When it don't work out for them, some pout publicly, start bashing, start calling people liers, and try to bring others into their misery and sad emotional state of being.)
2 rules to remember:
1) Never, Never invest on emotion.
2) Never, Never invest the rent money.
I BELIEVE (accept as true or real) in SYMW and John Davenport because I have Faith (the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen)that derives from much, much research. (a scientific or scholarly investigation; to carefully seek out) If at sometime I should Disbelieve, I will sell and submit a good-bye post with facts as to why.
Thank you Sho-Nuff for your time, effort, and Due Diligence !!
GLTA.......Let's go SYMW and JD !!
What an exciting ride around the block !!
I love the "childlike" thrill of entering this vast world of online investing!! ... Pumpers, Bashers; Buyers, Sellers; No News, NEWS; Low Volume, High Volume; even the Red-minus and Green+plus! Sometimes it's the journey that's most entertaining!
For those searching for what, how, and why, don't be seized by the paralysis of analysis!
For those who are negative here, go somewhere you can be positive and be positive. It may change your life!
I have done my DD and believe in SYMW! Tens of thousands of dollars and am long. The most relevant info to me today was found in in JD s response to MickeyMouse in His e-mail (message #15984)...
I'm trying to build a fuel cell and a company, I'm not playing politics and trying to figure out why people are buying or selling on a given day. .....JD
What seperates a Great CEO from a good CEO is the ability to deligate responsibility! Thats why I love this statement,
Effective immediately, Polygenic Power Corp will be responsible for the implementation of the development plans for SymPowerco's various technologies.
Good Luck Race Fans !! Lets Go Racing !!
SYMW is so Big on the BUZZ CLOUD. Mabey some will belive like us longs, after their own DD, and become an investor in SYMW not just a trader. I'm holding mine till .05, then only selling enough to get my initial investment back. This is our year, the time is right for SYMW!! GLTA LONGS!!

So sorry! went back and checked, got 84,266 after the bell. wonder who got the other 84,266. Hope I get some more before the PR. I'll be gone all day tomorrow, and for me it's not if it's coming, it's when!? I invest in something because I believe in it, not to get rich quick. But in 4-6 weeks when this is at .01, I'll say again .0005 ...WOW THAT WAS A LOW PRICE! LOL!... and that was quick!
I had a buy in for .0005 for the last 15 min. and they would not sell to me. then they go away after the bell. something don't seem right. Are the MM trying to scare people to sell their shares and the set some up for the window! I'm a little upset Because they showed them on the ask for .0005

I'm spreading the Great Green News of SYMW! Thanks alot for the info.
I'm new here and love the positive sediment for SYMW. Yahoo is full of bashers.I have many Mil. shares and am long! New to L2 also and wondering how to find out which brokers like Zecco or Scottrade go through, like PALC, HDSN, NITE, etc. where do you find such info? Being an avid outdoors-man, I see endless potential for an electric UTV such as Yamaha Rhino! To have the quiet electric UTV at 1/3 the battery weight and without having to plug it in to charge is the ultimate dream! GO SYMW!
