Dilution..(Da-Loot-Son)...Why is this Important?

* Authorized Shares – These shares represent the total number of shares of stock authorized when the company was created.
However, just because a company authorized a certain number of shares doesn’t mean it must issue all of them to the public. Most companies retain shares for use later called unissued stock or shares.

* Unissued Shares – Shares a company retains in its treasury and not issued to the public or to employees are unissued shares.

Restricted Shares – Restricted shares refer to company stock used for employee incentive and compensation plans. Restricted stockholders need permission of the SEC to sell.
There is a waiting period after a company first goes public where insiders’ restricted stock is frozen. When insiders want to sell their stock, they must file a form with the SEC declaring their intention. Even insiders of established companies must file with the SEC before selling their restricted stock.

* Float Shares – Float refers to the number of shares actually available for trade on the open market. You and I can buy these shares.

* Outstanding Shares – Outstanding shares includes all the shares issued by the company, which would be the restricted shares plus the float.If a company repurchases a portion of its shares, these are not considered outstanding.

Here’s a simple example with numbers to illustrate the relationship of these different shares:

* Authorized Shares – 1000
* Unissued Shares – 200
* Restricted Shares – 100
* Float – 700 (1000 – 200 – 100 = 700)
* Outstanding Shares – 800 (100 + 700 = 800)

If it's a solid company that you BELIEVE in anyway, then the dilution shouldn't hurt it too bad. Remember that by selling shares they are effectively improving their balance sheet and cash flow by the same amount.This cash flow can then pay bills, develop a Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") and Hybrid Electric Vehicle ("HEV") prototype, (in-house). This allows them to retain control of all facets
of the project as well as all Intellectual Property rights that result from the project. Unless it's a crazy dilution of 25% or more I wouldn't be too worried.
Investors(Longs)do their DD, Then they BELIEVE, Then they invest, then they wait, and Finally they are rewarded!
Traders buy, hope for a quick pop (in pps), and sell.(When it don't work out for them, some pout publicly, start bashing, start calling people liers, and try to bring others into their misery and sad emotional state of being.)

2 rules to remember:
1) Never, Never invest on emotion.
2) Never, Never invest the rent money.

I BELIEVE (accept as true or real) in SYMW and John Davenport because I have Faith (the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen)that derives from much, much research. (a scientific or scholarly investigation; to carefully seek out) If at sometime I should Disbelieve, I will sell and submit a good-bye post with facts as to why.

Thank you Sho-Nuff for your time, effort, and Due Diligence !!

GLTA.......Let's go SYMW and JD !!
