Just My Opinion!

I do know that there is not a single person on planet earth that is 100% honest 100% of the time. Some learn to be more honest as they grow through life experiences (age), Some through Values and Morals (character).

The only legit basis for me to evaluate JD is on quotes from public PRs (his words), not what someone else says, "he said". (learned that from the story and the circle game as a kid) With that said, even his words are forward-looking statements that are based on the current beliefs of management, as well as assumptions made by and information currently available to management.

Lets look at a few:

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - January 22, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport announced today that the company has completed a broad assessment of the current state of its technologies and of its various technical and business relationships with the objective of maximizing their values to shareholders.

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 12, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW)"I want to add that SymPowerco is grateful for the patience of its shareholders during this extended period while we developed our plans for what we hope will be an exciting year for our company."

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 16, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced the start of a new project for the development and construction of an advanced Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC")

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 18, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport announced today that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Polygenic Power Corp. ("PPC"), has launched its Hybrid Electric Vehicle ("HEV") prototype project. The HEV project will be advanced concurrently with SymPowerco's recently announced Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") prototype project. Both projects will be completed in-house and all intellectual property associated with the projects will remain with SymPowerco Corporation.

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - February 22, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport states that the company's recently announced fuel cell prototype project has prompted inquiries about the availability of the company's Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC"). As a result, the company will answer the inquiries with an expanded call (to develope more fully in form or detail) for specifications that SymPowerco must meet in order for OEMs to adequately test SymPowerco's alpha-stage FEDMFCs as they become available.

Stated SymPowerco CEO, John Davenport, "We are very pleased with the responses to the announcement that we are developing a new FEDMFC prototype. It was immediately clear that interest in our future products could encompass a wider variety of OEM and consumer requirements than we had originally considered. As a result, we are moving the timeline forward on the design of power output configurations, power interface standards and other operating designs and parameters that are needed for our intended markets. This aspect of SymPowerco's plans will run concurrently with the FEDMFC prototype project."

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - March 5, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced the primary objectives of the recently announced fuel cell prototype project that is intended to address several aspects of performance, durability, scalability, manufacturing methods and economics of the company's unique Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC").

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - March 8, 2010) - SymPowerco Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SYMW) CEO John Davenport today announced that the company has entered Phase II of its two concurrent prototype projects, the Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC") Prototype Project and the Hybrid Power System Project for small Hybrid Electric Vehicles.

Stated CEO, John Davenport, "Phase II is intended to take both projects forward to the point of procurement of the equipment and material required for the assembly of the prototypes. Many aspects of Phase II are already at advanced levels of development and the company hopes to complete the remaining Phase II elements in an expedited manner."

Based on the current beliefs of mine, as well as assumptions made by and information currently available to me, I trust that JD is truly thankful to those that believe in SYMW in this development stage of the game. That SYMW at this stage with some fresh and unique knowledge is rapidly moving towards the development of a "FEDMFC" and "HEV", which there is immense attention and interest, and this year will be an exciting and profitable year for shareholders!

Now we are only a quarter of the way through the year! Last year was an exciting year for me in the market as a whole. I was buying all through this time last year when everyone else was full of anxiety and apprehension (can't go back now and buy). As a result I had many monster gains. Some of which I continue to sell an reinvest here in SYMW. In order to have an exciting year, there must be ups and downs, (I prefer the down before the up) and the only way to know how the year will be for SYMW is to go through the year.

Now most penny stocks have no revenues, most will never have any earnings to justify a high price (and maintain a high price) or a low price (and maintain a low price) So I evaluate companies based on market cap or market capitalization. I, as many that valuate pennystocks, use a guideline of $40 million as a reference point (equilibrium) for market capitalization. Based on the current news and information (marketwire) of SYMW and the math (40,000,000/11,744,855,284=.0034) I feel .0034 is where we should be, but we are not, why? I feel many were holding and anticipated being farther along than we are and upset about the further dilution of shares,(I was one also) but the others started selling. MM's picked up on this, throw some bigger sales in there, and a drop in pps, few more apprehensive shareholders sell and hence the state we're in. At some point this changes, (all that want to sell are gone and news brings in new investors)and this regularly changes very rapidly. Anyone that says we are there, or not there, is just speculating, only the market knows!

I agree SYMW will have to do a reverse split at some point. To do one in a downward cycle (selling pressure) would be detrimental, but to do one on an upward cycle (buying pressure) would be beneficial. What will JD do? When is the next PR? What will it say? Will the the PPS go up or down? WillSYMW produce revenue? What about the battery technology? With all the interest will someone help with funds? With many questions and a low PPS, I am a little bothered. With the newer technology, shorter timeline, more rapid development, and elevated interest, I am encouraged. I am in the game and enjoy all the emotion, up and down, and do not invest the rent money on emotion! Each investor must evaluate the risk-reward they want to take, take it, and with patience wait and see!

All said, I'm Just stating my own opinion and do not wish to deflect or attract someone to SYMW, I'm Just stating my own opinion! I hope for success for SYMW just as I do for all investors!
