50 million traded yesterday and already over 12 million traded this morning. THIS MORNING! This stock will follow RPCs track from last week. As more hear about today's news, tomorrow's report, and next week's announcement, we'll see the stock price above $1 easily.
Don't be left without shares in hand for tomorrow's early morning run after BMRs early morning release.
Lunch is over - more buying to come!
Minimum $.50 by the end of the week. Reason: Week long coverage by BMR and imminent buyout.
Sure wish MCLN was acting like POSC this week.
Buyout Imminent!!!
The money is just rolling, baby!
Three reasons:
(1) Earnings will be out soon and they should be at least decent;
(2) Conference in May is upcoming. MCLN is on the exhibitors list and we should receive a lot of attention from this conference (lots of big boys attending): http://www.cleanmed.org/2010/exhibitors/list.htm;
(3) Everything Dannol48 said, reiterated.
This R/S is great news! It's great news for two reasons. First, it allows us to keep our AMEX listing - extremely important to shareholder value and company PR. Second, as astute stated by someone early, the magnitude of the R/S will allow us to jump to around the $5 mark. This is the base mark for big investors, who we are trying to draw in once we brush FDA approval. This is a very strategic and well-timed move on the part of ANX. It is obvious that they waited until this point - imminent meeting with FDA within 2 weeks!!!
Cherry is back in! I was out for a bit and really lost faith, but with news like this, this stock should see green today and for many days to come. Let's hope and pray that the Qtr results will back up what has been alluded to with all of the recent news releases.
And yes, as said many times by our humble lady, TXX, until we see some news about an increase in $$$ in a 10K, pps won't truly appreciate. I think, however, if you're not buying now, you're nuts! This is not a spec play!!!! These execs are intelligent and hard working, have 100% of their skin in the game, and have positioned themselves well. Benjamin Franklin always believed that success was made of 3 things: (1) hard work; (2) preparation; and (3) timing. One's efforts can only be put into the first two. The third just happens. Well, these guys have shown every sign of putting in the first two, the third is coming to fruition, and now it's about to happen for these guys and this company.
To all new or potential investors, you've made a good choice!
To all longs, we'll be there soon!

Take a look at Medclean's booth number. Then, take a look at Medassets's booth number. Coincidence? I don't think so.

WOW! What an amazing turn of events. No PR for months and then we get hit with record setting 10K. Some wanted a homerun and I think, for an OTCBB stock, we got a grand slam. Coupled with the amazing numbers, improved business model and management's hard work coming to fruition is a new designed and fully updated website. Please check it out:

If that doesn't impress you collectively, then I don't know what else will. These guys are doing a great job. Investors always want to find thos penny stocks before the rocket to the dollar range. WELL GUYS, HERE'S ONE OF THEM!!!
LONG MCLN!
On the way back up! Houston, we have lift off!
PPS needs to close above .025 today. Hitting .027 was amazing!
Your link doesn't work...please repost.
We are up from .017 to .025 in two weeks time frame, yet we still have the heavy negative bashing going on. Come on guys...things have moved up slowly and considerably. It's looking very good for the longs!
Good overview of RMW and options for hospitals:

It seems, however, there are quite a few private competitors out there:

That being said. We are the only public company, and certainly, the only company contracted to do business with MedAssets and Ventura. I think these business alliances will help put us at the forefront of this industry soon ~ patience!
Should close above .02 tomorrow. Looking to close above the 50 DMA by Feb end in prep for earnings. Where did you read the EPA guidance at?
12/19/2009, the day this board went to crap:

Bought MCLN today. Everything I see looks good. Could this co. be bought out? Price? The potential looks huge.

This is an exact quote, not a fabricated response from a PR company.
Tex, you MAY be in the same boat (and I doubt it). If you are, we want you out. If you aren't, we want you off our board.
Constructive counterpoints that represent weaknesses in MCLN as a viable investment are always welcome. Unsubstantiated, childish rants that can't be ignored or deleted make this board as useful as the Yahoo Stock message board -- I left that one and came here to read and post with other serious investors. You are not one - PLEASE WALK THE PLANK!!
Exactly. Why doesn't the ignore button work on Tex?
FlobFlob, great point. Tex has previously withheld certain email responses, but now he chooses to gladly and freely share this negative or dangerously vague one.
Hey Tex, how long did it take you to type up that phony response? Seel your 5 shares and go home already!!
I'm tired of hearing your unsubstantiated and useless ranting and raving. I previously, however, choose to ignore you. Now, I would like to formally request that the moderators remove you from this board.
PLEASE READ. Just a reminder that we are dealing with seasoned, succesful veterans. Although past performance is not an indicator of future results, I am happy with my LONG term investment in MCLN:

The upside is ahead. With this turn around in qqtr-to-qtr profits and management's commitment to keep menu items at bargain prices, I think we will see continued growth in revenue from BK. I also believe that adding international expansion and restaurant renovations to the bargain price commitment, will result in an increase in market share. BK is performing nicely in the midst of a global world storm.
Agree 100% - Pre-buyout planning and strategizing is underway.
Today's news is eloquently screaming -- WE ARE PREPARING FOR A BUYOUT!!!! This Icahn advisor is sent in to advise boards on how to properly conduct due diligence before a buyout. Come on people! Mr. Icahn wants at least his $1.85 pps out of this deal. It is a matter of time, possibly a month or two, and we will exceed the $1.85 pps. I'm sure there are at least 2 proposed buyers of ANX. With that in mind, Dr. Kostas was sent in by the big dog so that the deal went over smoothly. ENJOY THE SMOOTH RIDE UP! I KNOW I AM!! LONG ANX!
Agreed. Upward trend plus it being a Friday, the buyers will be out in full force. No one wants to sit idle by over the weekend without shares in hand for Monday morning.
kingfisher1964, great post! I agree 100% -- most notably on the issues of issues changing hands and the reputation of management. Since the Socius deal was announced, the stock has mainly traded sideways or spiraled down. With this much money involved, institutional ownership changing hands, and new management seeking liquidable capital to leverage a new company direction, it's expected that the pps would make this movement in the lull between a great Qtr and the absence of news preceding the next qtr's results. That's why I agree that this is a time for the larger players to position themselves in the stock.
As for management’s reputation, why would several highly regarded and very successful execs take over a company with no future? Why would they, within their first year, work diligently to sign agreements with other major public and private companies in their respective fields, to seek and get sales and operational authorization from the most difficult state environmental agency, and to seek and get major financing. It's ridiculous to assume that they did all of this work for any reason other than to make the company extremely profitable and eventually increase the pps for shareholders, investors, and management alike.
For a company of this size and magnitude, this was a great amount of work. Time will only tell if it will pay off; however, I think it will. Assuming a continued 10-25% increase in profits and revenue, quarter after quarter, which I completely believe is possible and will occur, I also see a pps of $1.25 by Christmas 2010.
Exactly! At .015 right now. Looks like others agree with your opinion as well.
Excellent post! Glad to see you on this board.
.01-.12 is very realistic in my analysis. As high as .15 in the near term, IMO.
FYI - MCLN has strong movement again today. Resistance at the .031 level. If it breaks, it should run as high as .08+ in anticipation of QTR results expected in early Feb.
After Hours ... going green after hours on moneycentral. Why? Up 3%.
COMPLETELY AGREE! Hereis an example of the type of people running this company: http://www.neco.org/awards/recipients/jaesposito.html.
I think it is safe to say that they know what they are doing. Although the current pps doesn't reflect a huge profit for me (or others on this board), I consider myself very lucky to have the opportunity to do business with this high caliber group of executives, especially at the 2 to 3 cent range.
Patience, not money, is the hardest investment in this endeavor.
Currently, the contentment of shareholders shouldn't be their concern. Their concern should be the same as every other successful management team's: (1) to ensure the company is profitable; (2) to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner; and (3) to drive and grow business. In achieving those objectives, they have fidicuary duties such as the duty of care, the duty of loyalty, the duty of obedience, etc. Within that operating realm, they do not owe you a duty or obligation to ensure that you are satisfied within their press releases or that the pps is high enough for you to be profitable.
Let's hope they never care about whether you're happy with their PR stance, but instead let's hope they are concerned with the bottomline, dollars and cents. If they take care of that, then everything else will take care of itself.
If you search active message boards for posts referencing MCLN, you'll find posts regarding MCLN. However, more than likely just pumping since no has mentioned it on this site. I've switched sites because I was tired of the endless pumping.
Has anyone heard of a potential buyout offer? Knuckleheads at the yahoo message board are screaming about it.
