Three reasons:

(1) Earnings will be out soon and they should be at least decent;

(2) Conference in May is upcoming. MCLN is on the exhibitors list and we should receive a lot of attention from this conference (lots of big boys attending): http://www.cleanmed.org/2010/exhibitors/list.htm;
