Loop--My tears of sorrow for your good friend and mine (through messages) will not dry for a while to come. His kindness to ALL was an empowering attitude on this board. Men such as he are hard to find, and I will truly miss his positive thoughts regarding the members of this board as well as the company. I am sorry. ST1640
OT: teecee--do you have an e-mail address where just any old body can reach you? ST1640
OT: Houston Cabal--my second message is for all of you great IDCCer's--you guys simply MUST read Shoveling Smoke by Austin Davis. Loop, you, in particular would surely dig this writer. It is a fun read. It will add to the festivities and moral building news of today. BTW--would our attorney, Jaworski, be related to Baylor University's Jaworski Wing in the law school? Does anyone know?ST1640
RTD--and Dozer--are you still with us?
OT: Nieves--so very glad you are back and posting once again. You were missed!! ST1640
OT:JimLur, As always, I thank you for all you do for us.ST1640
OT: Bulldozer--Wrong ST, but thanks for thinking I was as erudite as STINVESTOR certainly seems to be. ST1640 Viv
OT:Loop--Your battle is almost won, is it not? I must say to you after two open heart surgeries of my own---I've never felt so GOOD in my life as after feeling so BAD. Comparison and appreciation, I reckon. Good luck; I am so very glad you are back. ST1640
OT: rtd: I'm so sorry. Didn't get to see the Cougs play, but I kept up with the scores. At least they won the first round. Will do better next year, for sure. Viv ST1640
JimLur: Thanks for letting us know re Loop. He is a favorite on this board. ST1640
OT: rtd: Hey, ol'friend--congrats on the Lady Cougs. As I once told you, unless they are meeting the U of A Cats, I'll be backing them 100%. A win for them will surely bring out the Maker's Mark for a well deserved toast. ST1640
my3sons: Just gotta love your attitude!ST1640
Loop:Your contributions to this board are significant.Thank you, and please know that positive thoughts are flowing over you at this moment. ST1640
rtd: Glad to see you posting. Have missed your initials appearing on the board. Punkin and Hookrider--Texas has other parts too, you know--West--that is--and the great Permian Basin. Wish all the fields were producing as of old--we wouldn't be paying OPEC prices, eh?? Sorry, guys, I don't usually interrupt--but my fourth generation Texas blood rises once in a while. Good luck to all of us IDCCers.ST1640
Long IDCC
Mschere: Should not the third paragraph from the bottom of the application read 'advice' not 'advise'? I know this sounds picky, but this is presented by a company known for its intellectual capacity, is it not? ST1640
rmarchma:Many thanks for your efforts to keep us informed. ST1640
JimLur: It is not possible to thank you enough for all you do for this board. ST1640
F6 Nor will mine. ST1640
OT: jai-Congratulations!!!Life is indeed beautiful for a new first time parent. ST1640

OT:rtd: mail--ST1640
mschere: No access ST1640
JimLur:Thnx for the info and the URL of institutional holders. Appreciate it. ST1640
mschere: You are so well informed re IDCC and its institutional ownership. Could you tell me if TIAA-CREF are still holders? Thnx ST1640
mschere: You sure as heck got that right! And "ain't" that a scary thought?!!ST1640
You said, "The way things are progressing..in two years all the leading "designated" 3G leaders will be CHINESE companies."
Bulldzr: It's not a wonder that you love the game---your daughter is so talented! If there's a greater thrill for a parent than watching his or her offspring do well in the game of their choice--I don't know what it is. Best to you and your family. Viv ST1640
cls: Moose is north of Phoenix. No fires there as far as I know. We have three around Tucson, but none are near me. So very dry here--expect a difficult summer. Rains not due for 2 or 3 weeks and no guarantee even then. ST1640
rtd: I know that you are one happy camper with Rice coming out on top in no uncertain terms in the final game tonight. I was delighted for them!! Trust you and your family are fine. The local fires are not affecting me thank goodness. Viv ST1640
To Texans on Board: Can't believe there is no comment on the superb Tim Duncan and the marvelous Spurs. EOM ST1640
OT OT: Loop: I'm with your mother she sounds like another Texan I'd like to know.. From my profile you know why. ST1640
OT: rtd--As I just told Bulldozer, I hope you guys get to see some of the NCAA playoffs in Oklahoma City. Of course, you know that U of T is there and I know that doesn't necessarily exhilerate your viewing--still Cat Oosterman is somekind of pitcher and well worth watching. I'll be plotzed in front of the TV for four days as I could not make it to Oklahoma City this year. Take care of you and yours. Viv ST1640
OT: Bulldozer: So very glad for Rachel; I know she has had a great year and has many more in front of her. And now your young son is becoming a star also. Do hope you get a chance to see someof the NCAA Softball from Oklahoma City. My 'Cats are headed that way once more, but I find it very interesting that softball is making great strides every year toward parity. Our little pitcher is a Freshman, so I anticipate seeing her play for the next three years---that's providing the creek don't rise and I hang around that much longer. Take care friend--I still read all of your posts as well as RTD's and a few others, but don't get around to as many as I find the constant haggling somewhat of a bore. Good luck to you and your family. Viv ST1640
JimLur: Just received the transcript. Thnx a 1,000,000! EOM ST1640
JimLur:--No, I didn't. EOM ST1640
OT: JimLur--thank you. The weathering gets a bit tough now and then, but I'm still hanging around. ST1640
OT-OT: tucker, as I read back the message I had sent to you, it came to me that it should have been "no great shakes," not 'great shanks' as your agent. I've been away from the Great State far too long to try to speak in the vernacular. Shank is something you do to a golf ball, right?! Well, not you maybe, but some people! ST1640
OT: tucker--'fraid I'd be no 'great shanks' as your agent, but thanks for the offer. Good luck. ST1640
OT: Great pic, Guys. You look like a bunch of winners to me! ST1640
DannyD.--Welcome back! eom ST1640
OT: JimLur--May the coming years be filled with joy for the two of you. EOM ST1640
