Well, I've seen the writing on the wall - I'm bailing out - I've lost faith in this stock and the people working (scamming) behind the scenes. I hope everything works out for everyone - best wishes. I took over a 50% lost and already re-invested it into other stocks.
For anyone new coming on board - BUYER, BEWARE - do some serious DD before you think about this one. Make sure you can see the pea under the shell before you play this shell game!
Odd - I have Fidelity and they showed the R/S last Friday as pending and on Monday it showed the EVFN and settled today.
I'm a novice at all this, but can't you file a form with the SEC and sell the restricted stock the same way insiders of established companies do?
The PR the other day stated that the "Management Announces Goal of Uplisting to OTCQX" as one of the reasons for the 1-600 R/S. Correct me if I am wrong, but back in SEP 09 didn't EVFL announce that it had met the requirements for, and was moved to the Pink Sheets' HIGHEST TIER?

Reference this R/S decision in order for DM to raise the pps so they can get listed on the OTCQX sooner than planned?
I thought they did that back in SEP 09 -

I hear a lot of projections of how much our new pps will be after the unfortunate decision to R/S everyone to death - some say 0.06.
Does anyone know how EVLN common stock (currently a market price of $4.00) figures into the equation?
Winthorpe III stated in a message earlier that DM texts him....
APOLLO RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL, SWRS, PNG Ventures, Aurora Natural Gases, Aurion Technologies, and now EVFL + EVLN = EVFN? And who knows what other companies....
Does anyone notice that when he repays corporate debt it is from his new company repaying one of his old companies. Look at SWRS = DM's company....
He successfully led the acquisition of a liquefied natural gas production and marketing business and its subsequent restructuring to a profitable entity. The business went from losing approximately $10 million annually to earning over $5 million per year on revenues of roughly $30 million. Mr. McLaughlin then led the spin-off of this entity into a public company, PNG Ventures, Inc. Further, he led a series of transactions that utilized a portion of the equity in the PNG Ventures to repay over $90 million of corporate debt.

How does EVLN hold %5.00 with a previous close date of 10/02/2009?
Is EVLN going to merge with us into EVFN?
Too many shells on the table, I think...
EVFL Merger/R/S
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=11/25/2009&mkt_ctg=ALL
Apparently EVFL will merge with a new symbol of EVFN this Friday and get a 1-600 R/S thrown on us.
See link above.
Message 40585 on EVFL board said he got a text from DM and said:
"I just got a text from DM that said watch the filings on evfl and evln over the weekend. Not sure what that means but still don't trust this guy anymore."
Do you know if EVLN is going to merge and R/S - what the hell is DM and his team doing?

This is my last post for today as I only get 3 - but I will continue to monitor the board...
R/S Comment: I am no different than anyone else who bought the EVFL dream; and although I only invested monies that would not put me in financial harm - I am extremely disappointed in this R/S decision. Shareholders rarely get anything but the shaft after R/S's are done.
If this R/S action goes forward then I feel as though DM and his crew are no better than MADOFF, as eveident by his track record.
I urge DM to reverse this unfortunate R/S decision and start managing the affairs of EVFL (our company since we are shareholders) accordingly. If he doesn't, then by what right does he deserve to run any business ever again?
It's like a SHELL GAME scam - dilluting shares, merging companies (no doubt with another company he already owns), R/S, and then attract new unsuspecting shareholders under the guise of a new corporaion with a phoney track record.
RISK is one thing - being SCAMMED is another?
Even if we can't get anything in a lawsuit, he definitely needs to be legally barred from doing business if this is what he is all about.
If I am wrong - someone point out my ignorance of my ways.
v/r.
"Shot Down In Flames"
Could someone please post the link to the R/S announcement...
NO R/S!!!
It will wipe you out!
I'd rather do a slow ride to the top and enjoy the fruits. EVFL staff need to know that without our dollars, they would have never been able to bring their plan to the execution mode.
Come on, Dennis! We believe in you, or we wouldn't have bought the shares in the first place. Your dream is our dream!
Let's get filthy rich together!
HOLD strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No R/S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fluff is right.
I, for one, would rather know specifics from EVFL about our investment and the future of the company vice Willie and Family playing music at Carl's Corner.
Come on DM - how about an honest - down to earth PR that's has substance!
I hope you're right - I'm still going strong for EVFL, but just trying to dig for data - I think we shareholders deserve transparency from EVFL - it would help move EVFL forward in a positive outlook IMHO if they would just have quantifiable PR vice the fluffy ones.
DURANT PLANT INFO - Fellow EVFL shareholders, I contacted the Durant Chamber of Commerce Veteran's Day via e-mail and asked them what was the current status of the DURANT PLANT FACILITY. I have pasted their response below SEE CUT LINE.
Note: I have replaced my real name with my SGT ROCK handle for confidentiality purposes.

Believe DM and crew need to start explaining what the hell's going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess I need to continue to datamind and learn more about the world of stocks - thnaks for the tidbit of info.
Correct me if I am wrong, but in order for a company to raise capital by issuing common stock - don't they have to be in good financial health?
It's my understanding that investment banks help companies issue stock by agreeing to buy any new shares issued at a set price if the public refuses to buy said stock at a certain minimum price.
Therefore, wouldn't DM and crew have to have a solid plan in place - especially in our current economic stance - before any bank would back EVFL?
I mean - to suggest that DM could roll out and issues himself another 200 MIL shares doesn't sound very plausible to me.
News!!! Reviving Biofueler Plans Dallas Locations

Never underestimate the ability of businesspeople to reinvent themselves. Case in point: the folks behind Dallas’ Evolution Fuels Inc. (formerly Earth Biofuels), best-known for co-owning Willie’s Place at Carl’s Corner Truckstop near Hillsboro. After nearly going bankrupt two years ago as the biofuels market was skidding downhill, the company says it has paid off tens of millions of dollars in debt and will focus now on selling “mid-range ethanol blends” at retail fueling stations/convenience stores.
Kit Chambers, Evolution’s executive VP, says the outfit has signed letters of intent to open two Dallas stores–at Travis/Knox and Lemmon/Oak Lawn–and is aiming to acquire other fueling stations in Alabama and Mississippi. In addition, says Kit (pictured), a new entity called Evolution Resources will launch soon with an ambitious plan to “repurpose existing assets to produce cellulosic ethanol.”
Guess it all makes sense. While the biofuels biz in general has had its problems, ethanol is one biofuel segment that the government seems intent on propping up.

Essence:
I think a Company might have to announce an R/S. I had stock with VALCENT (who announced an R/S) - they sent forms to my house because each shareholder had to vote. Unfortunately, the R/S was approved and my shares dropped dramatically so low that they were worthless. Although, the stock jumped and has relatively maintained around $1.00 - I took a huge loss.
I am totally against R/S - I'd rather weight a while and enjoy the fruits of future gains than ti be wiped out.
Since there are relatively few (I think someone said around 185 people had stock with EVFL) - I recommend everyone unite and VOTE NO to an R/S if they announce an R/S and put it to a vote...
OKAY - GOT THAT PART, THANKS!
SO WHEN SOME PEOPLE TALK ABOUT DILLUTION - THEY TALK AS THOUGH EVFL (DM) IS FLOODING THE MARKET WITH SHARES - BUT I DON'T SEE HOW THAT COULD BE.
1)THE SHARES HAVE TO BE OUT THERE ALREADY - OR
2)BASED ON EXISTING EQUITY , OR EVEN SOME INVESTOR PUTTING SOME MONEY INTO EVFL - THEY ARE ABLE TO PRODUCE MORE SHARES.
SO THAT WOULDN'T NECESSARILY DILLUTE, WOULD IT?
QUESTION FROM A NEW GUY - IF I SELL 1,000,000 SHARES OF EVFL AT $1.00 A SHARE (SOMEDAY BABY) THEN I MAKE A MILLION DOLLARS FROM WHOEVER PURCHASED THE STOCKS FROM ME (MINUS COMMISSION FEES) - SO WHAT MONEY DOES EVFL GET?
I'M THINKING THAT BY LAW EVFL CANNOT JUST PRINT SHARES TO SELL AT WHIM TO GENERATE REVENUE - THERE HAS TO BE SOME FORM OF METRIC OF HOW MANY SHARES ARE ALLOWED OUT THERE BASED ON SOME FORM OF EQUITY A COMPANY HAS.
JUST TRYING TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE PAST TALK I'VE BEEN HEARING ABOUT DILLUTION.
STILL KEEPING THE FAITH - GO LONG - GO EVFL!
Something comes to mind reference CON why EVFL doesn't tell all - COMPETITION! This is a dawg-eat-dawg industry. BIOFUELS, ALGAE etc - there are hundreds of starterup companies (some that are backed by the Big Oil companies) - I think EVFL has a phased plan - and they want to make sure they don't get "knocked off" by the Powers-to-Be.
Someday - they will be one of the Powers-to-Be! IMHO.
Da Rock
One would think that the Durant plant would have been in operation by now - I wonder what setbacks they have had?
Biodiesel plant makes less fuel, more jobs
by Joel Arellano (RSS feed) on Jun 22nd 2006 at 9:31AM
A biodiesel plant in Durant, OK, is decidingly taking a different tack to society's "more automation, less employees" business model. Earth Biodiesel is eschewing such a view and hiring more personnel to work the plant while simultaneously remaining competitive. How? Earth Biofuels Director of Communications Rob Reed told the Durant Democrat newspaper, "The Durant facility is not automated, in part, because it's intended to provide jobs. The federal biodiesel subsidy is part of the JOBS Act, and the company receives a state employment tax credit. So there are incentives, in addition to the benefits of employing people. The Durant facility will also operate 24/7 with 4.2 shifts when it's running at full capacity; many other biodiesel facilities don't run around the clock."
The company had determined that 148 employees is the best number to run the plant while still taking advantage of the tax credits. While we have to admit we don't understand the particulars, we wish the company the best especially in such a tough industry.

I Purchase all my stocks through Fidelity.
They might be - I did, however, buy 800,000 shares yesterday afternoon for 0.0001. Trade was relatively quick with hardly any wait time.
Hello, everyone. Newbee to this post (1st posting) although I have been reading this forum for about a month and a half. I have accumulated over 4 MIL shares - low end compared to many of you all.
I seen a Wall Street CEO talking on Glenn Beck tonight about shares and dilution, but the example he gave went something like this -
Imagine sitting down at a table with a pie and you cut it in half... both you and the other person have a large amount of pie (or in the case of stocks - plenty of money).
Now imagine 4 other people come to the table and you have to divide the pie up - the slices are smaller (or in the case of stocks, the share profit is less).
Beck then asked, "So this is bad, right?"
The CEO stated "In most cases, yes; however if you had a commodity that everyone wanted it would be a way to build more infrastructure IOT (in order to) expand your business. Eventually, if handled by smart people the shares would start to rise.
I keep thinking of the post today of the demand for BIOFUELS increasing this past year.
DM and crew may have a Win Win marketing strategy lined up, but have to be very careful IOT avoid makning a business mistake.
In closing - never invest what you cannot afford to lose. Think of this stock business like fishing. Bait the hook and throw the line out - now relax and enjoy a beer and get ready for the Strike!
Take care all - LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL! GO EVFL!
