They were part of that Cargill meat recall a few months back.
LOL.
Why? Company has plenty to sell. Never listen to anyone's advice on buying or selling a stock.
Including your dad's.
Wrong. The A/S was 750 Million last time.
The float was around 350 Million.
The quarterly had the last float around 875 Million. That's before the increase.
Can anyone get an answer from the company on how much of that is free floating? I've tried since it has been authorized and have been ignored.
No, it can't. I hope it pans out and draws interest from clients to prove a worthy expense.
Why not put a digester on site to burn the biomass, loop back in for nutrient input while wiring the electrical output to either work part of the farm or put it back into the grid?
Just an idea.
If it goes like last time, he's repping the company. Good luck with taking him down. There's an additional 500 million that is out there with a gagged T/A.
Dennis held up a vial of juice squeezed from Algae.
He told the reporter 45,000 for this vial. Squeezed from a very small supply of algae.
That was over 9 months ago.
At least produce the superjuice in the desktop and make a few 45,000 deposits instead of diluting the hell out of shareholders after telling them to their face you would not raise the A/S for a second time.
Lots to wonder about:
I'm wondering if the buyer of the oil for the first client isn't Alta3.
That 6 mill order was 50-50 BEHL-RWE. I wonder what contracts were signed between the two.
Maybe it was just a MOU. Or a BWHAHAHA?
Do you know that that PR is from October 22 of 2008? Go take a look for BCEA.HK in the quarterly. It should state what benefit, if any, s/h of BEHL receive.
Let us know what you find.
It also affects property under civil lawsuits. For example, if Nancy had an interest in a gold mine before marrying DF, and he got sued due to negligence with the company, that interest is untouchable.
But those shares aren't.
California is a communal property state. Meaning, those shares are as much DF's as they are Nancy's, in the eyes of the law at least.
Someone's broken out the brush.
It depends. Either the board would have to allow the conversion or buy Fisher's shares. I believe they did that with Shen.
Fish also could sign them away but he has yet to take a salary.
January 2011. I believe he has 2,000,000 prefs at a conversion rate of 1000 commons for every preferred.
I asked in Feb how they would handle the massive conversion. No response to date.
So with no Goodall we no longer have UC Berkley since he was working to bring them on board.
Doesn't seem like Fish's style to ask Lone Star to foget and fogive.
Who will certify the results of the PBR? Or does it not matter to clients who are looking to put nearly 21 million dollars of capital towards an infant industry?
Bueller? Bueller?
You couldn't be farther from the truth. First purchase at .0022.
Sold off 1/2 of holdings at .10.
Sold off the rest at .006.
Stick to the topic of BEHL, not my purchase and sale history, nor my emotional state.
They are already versed in Chinese from the deals that fell through with the 5th richest man in China.
LOL! Brits have no sense of humour.
For a couple grand, I'll spam BEHL's email list.
Just make sure DF gives it to a third party and then the third party gives it to me. That way, they can continue to tell people BEHL has never taken part in a promo paid for by them.
Ah yes, my mistake, Sir Green.
I guess he has been knighted?
Indeed. When I responded to one of his spam emails wondering how I could 'back up the truck' with 1/2 billion new shares, I got a response from a 'king green' stating that BEHL's market cap at one point was blah blah blah and even with the new shares it means .0233.
He then clarified that he was not advising me an an investment.
LOL.
Or Gruppo Oil.
I thought the former CEO who is now the new CEO said 9 months ago the time for comemrcialization is now.
It definitely isn't now since the new tubes are for the commercialization.
Anyone know who worked on the new tubes?
I will admit I was a big defender of DF. I saw and still see the SJC foreclosure as a very large hurdle especially when coupled with the state of funding in this economy. But there comes a time when you just need to deal straight and put that salesmanship off to the side.
Still hoping this works out, not for the s/h alone, but for a world that could use the tech to be up and running ASAP.
Love the spin on Goodall. Should we review the posts from the announcement of his hiring?
I mean, Inventor's Hall of Fame...cetainly sounds like a GET IT DONE person to me.
Kinda explains the additional increase in A/S, huh? BG gets his pay as BEHl dilutes.
GLTY, monty. But with the PPS where it is and dilution hanging over the heads of buyers here, I do not feel comfortable here.
Considering uplisting is most likely to occur in Q1 of 2011 due to the delayed audit, I have a hard time seeing where any funding is coming from with giving up a portion of ownership. That affects the common shareholder on buyout without even talking about DF's potential conversion of shares.
WHERE IN THE WORLD WILL DR. GOODALL END UP?
Probably right back at Sapphire, letting them know this is not the company to partner with.
How can one be 'pleased' to announce the resignation of the CEO we were told would make everyone 'happy'?
just venting at the first line of the PR.
Agreed. I don't know if there's any need to keep watching this thing anymore. Looks like Brian was lining up new opportunities last week.
Go review the quarterly. It lists the burn rate. Deposits by the customer for the DVJ farm are buying equipment and paying for the site work. Not to mention the need to replace whatever tubing BEHL had in inventory with the new seamless tubes.
Does no one here pay attention the quarterly? It is the financial groundwork for the audit. Meaning, if there are things that do not seem 'up to snuff' in the quarterly compared to what you have been told, read or seen, the SEC and auditors will grill BEHL about it. For example, I'm interested in the 'no promotions' thing as I thought BEHL compensated Shakerzzz during Q1 of 2010.
Nor do I. We could always call DF...LOL.
Reread my post.
I do not want a sticky. It is already there. If it is not for BEHL, then why would a moderator post it there and have the other mods leave it there for over a week?
Company is selling, IMO. Not going to authorize an increase in A/S and sit on shares when there's no cash for the day to day right now.
Please see sticky 90261 for the answer as to who is selling.
You might be right. So let's take a look at the inputs.
The largest input for producing algae oil is sunlight. As far as I know, that's free.
So then it's nutrients...poop, pee, and CO2. Anyone know where these can be had? I mean, how do greenhouses operate? Just how in the world do they make dry ice? I bet there's a show on Discovery Channel about the mysterious substance known as dry ice, I'll have to google it later. And setting your PBRs up to take the dried biomass that's been oil squeezed and put the pellets into digesters to burn and create more CO2 to loop back in, well, that's just plain crazy to think someone would want to do that.
Closed loop system means land. How much does an acre of desert land run? And then of course, there's the excavation, grading, basin set up, water lines, electrical set up. Now THAT could be expensive, especially if you set your PBR up outside of the cost sharing structure the DVJ farm allows you to partake in.
I think you're on to something here ruke. Can you tell me how you came up with 5 times the price?
LOL! Because asking BEHL these questions requires an entirely different wording than asking a messageboard full of armchair experts.
Too obvious.
Good luck pinning the drop in PPS on the manufacturer of the tubes warranty.
I'd rather see a BEHL legal bill for hiring a lawyer to get restricted shares back from half cocked real estate agents who like shady land deals and send their sons to shake down the company via massive messageboard slandering.
If you think they need sales of 500 - 750 million to obtain a 1.5 billion market cap, can you explain why you are only using a P/E of 2X when very conservative estimates should be 10 - 15X?
150 million in revenue would be .1 earnings per share. With a P/E of 10, that's a buck.
Revenue is derived from sales of omega 3, sales of equipment, royalties for algae production, monitoring and maintenance fees of the PBR acreage.
A lot of different streams to bring revenue in the door.
