Lots to wonder about:

I'm wondering if the buyer of the oil for the first client isn't Alta3.

That 6 mill order was 50-50 BEHL-RWE. I wonder what contracts were signed between the two.

Maybe it was just a MOU. Or a BWHAHAHA?
