I don't know...what's the difference between .004 and .003? Company has shares to sell. That's why HDSN is on the ask.

If he gets undercut and pulls back, that means the company plans on selling no lower than .004 right now.

If he undercuts, well, the chance to get shares at .003 becomes greater and greater.
