Weird, Scottrade shows a bid(s) that hasn't been filled.
All those shares placed with ARCA can't move until MSTF releases news and numbers.
Great volume early a.m. Now that we've exceeded $2, there's no going back :) It would be nice to see this continue up to FDA approvals... then BOOM! $3-$4 plus! Another BOOM on DOD contract! $4-$5 plus! Then announcement to relist on AMEX! Cha Ching $5-7 plus!
NITE and ARCA dropped off on the Buys @ .0001
ARCA was transferred/buying up majority of the shares recently @.0001...
and now has a much larger sell position @.0002
There are a total of 11 MMs, standing by on MSTF news.
Been investing for awhile, using the Yahoo Finance Board as a means of communication. So, I know what I'm doing and always have hidden gems and solid plays in the works.
Save your posts for stocks you're interested in.
You're wasting them here.
MSTF will likely break the barrier before RMTD.
GLTU
Look, we invest in stocks to make money - whether it's short term or long term. We are at rock bottom on MSTF... Which means any PR and numbers that are released, will move the stock. At what level, has yet to be determined. There are a lot more MMs on MSTF than a month ago, which tells us something is in the works. Contracts won are real and recent. MSTF has a good reputation, otherwise they wouldn't have won numerous bids, competing against many others. No matter what you say, it does NOT matter. Move on and get over it.
Not a bag holder... no loss here.
Keep moving on, nothing for you to bash here.
Losing money at this base level???
.0002 runs fast just on one PR release.
I see flem has his whole gang coming over.
Lame
Ya know, MSTF has hit higher #s in the past and the nurse division is doing well. If you want to bash, stay on RMTD.
It's our perogative.
Nice!
So true. I was looking at HTDS back when it was around .0009. Recently, just in one month, they hit pennyland at ".02" (no R/S)... running through shares like water. Even with the massive dilution, there were many other red flags, which is why I was in/out very quickly. I believe HTDS has 2x as many outstanding shares and may/may not be a scam.
With MSTF, they have been around for 3 decades. Their specialized healthcare services are in demand. Company, revenue, growth and contracts are real. You have to jump through hoops to qualify and compete, in order to get awarded government contracts. Their nurse division is able to win one right after another, speaks volumes on their experience. This is a great time to get in.
Nothing wrong with sharing your viewpoint. But why bash MSTF, when there are sooo many others you could be slapping around, that are much more worthy of your negative attention. You can't move on that's why. When you post, it's as though you have some kind of OCD... not joking. So if you're not comfortable with sharing past/present positions on MSTF, we can only conclude you've become bitter as a result of your past experience. Vast majority of us are here as investors. So why hang around a stock that's already at rock bottom, trying to inject your negative viewpoint daily. It gets tiresome. You'll get ignored and MSTF will continue to succeed.
Great DD! A large part of my portfolio is in NEPH, which has been doing well. They still have 2 FDA approvals and a DOD contract(s) right around the corner. The stock should exceed $3 shortly, and climb to $5-7 thereafter... giving them a good opportunity to relist back on AMEX.
I noticed XCHO back on 7/25/09 from doing my usual research on hidden gems. At that time, there was hardly any activity... and it appeared as if Xenacare was a dead stock. I kept it on my watch list, for many reasons. Kudos to $heff for bringing so much attention to XCHO. This company is definitely undervalued, with a ton of potential.
I will be looking for an entry point, to buy shares this week.
Agreed. I noticed ARCA has a HUGE position (highest amount), and is only 1 out of 11 MMs from this past Friday.
Why would so many MMs be all over MSTF?
Hmmm....
So you've been bashing all this time and it's just based on your opinion/viewpoint??? You didn't even answer any of Mojo's questions. From all your posts, you come across as someone who's very bitter and can't move on.
Let's try this again... here's Mojo's post:
Thanks for your opinion! I would like to know if you have purchased stock in these companies, and if so, at what price ? I am trying to figure out why you dislike the man so much as you have stated in numerous posts and quite repetitious as well. I have loaded the boat and remain optimistic on the future. Thanks for your concern here for my well being. Now that you have said all that you can to derail any progress here, what is your agenda concerning mstf? Do you want the company to fail? If so why ??Or is it a personal thing concerning David Walters ??? If you can answer this it would be appreciated or are going to play games here.To me, it seems you are scorned from a previous investment concerning the man? I know the risks here. Thanks for your time.~ Mojo

It'll happen... no worries.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
Yep, sure did :)
Anything can happen. Keep in mind, their nurse consultants division started not that long ago and is doing very well. We're already at rock bottom, so it can only go up from here.
As someone once wrote.
You need to move on.
If there's one thing I've learned in watching penny stocks, is that when a stock is on fire and climbing fast, it can happen in months. There's no time for a R/S. We all stand to benefit even if MSTF fluctuates between .04 to .08, which is very reasonable. We'll even take a penny to start.
I was watching Obama conduct a town hall meeting in Grand Rapids, CO yesterday. The US is so far in debt and broke, if we don't alleviate the pressure and reform healthcare, the next generation are SOL - when it comes to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. He even told the nurse asking a question, we need more nurses and thanked her.
MSTF is in a prime position and has the experience to benefit from this... which we already know in their recent contracts with the GOV.
It's only a matter of time (around the corner), when more PRs and numbers will be released. Patience...
I've noticed there are more MMs now. I believe MSTF is near ready to move.
Ya know, even if we were to hit pennies w/o a R/S (in the near term)... those who got in at the ground floor, will prosper. MSTF is required to vote and announce a R/S in advance. So if this gets announced, you're welcomed to sell BEFORE this happens. Lock in profits, then keep some shares. Buying in at this level is a super steal. Plus, I've seen stocks with even more outstanding shares, reach higher levels without having to consolidate. Keep in mind, management holds a huge chunk of shares.
Nice DD! I can see MSTF hitting those PPS numbers by then. When news and numbers come out in the near future, I can see this climbing into pennies and still being a bargain, compared to similar. Competition aren't even close to winning commercial & GOV contracts like MSTF.
Think Healthcare Reform and Nursing!
If you knew your shares would hit even the lowest PPS of $.25 by 2012.... would you hold onto enough of them to retire early? Hell yeah!
NEPH 2009 Second Quarter Financial Results!
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Nephros-Reports-2009-Second-prnews-996045852.html?x=0&.v=1
I posted on DDSS... should be NEPH's Quarterly:
Quarterly earnings are due soon. We should get very promising news, that will likely give our PPS another boost. Then there's the DOD contract and FDA approvals. Hopefully, NEPH can exceed $3-$5 plus consistently and get themselves back on the AMEX exchange.
From last quarter...
Correction for NEPH posting:
Total revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2009 were approximately $631,000 compared to approximately $387,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2008. Total revenues increased approximately $244,000. The increase of almost 63% is due to increased revenue of approximately $311,000 during the three months ended March 31, 2009 over the same period in 2008, related to our contract with the Office of U.S. Naval Research and $24,000 in sales of our DSU in the United States for the three months ended March 31, 2009 whereas we had no DSU revenue in the same period in 2008. Sales of our MD filters in our Target European Market were $91,000 lower in the three months ended March 31, 2009 compared to the same period in 2008. Approximately $51,000 of the European revenue reduction was due to less units sold and the remaining $40,000 was due to foreign currency exchange rate fluctuation. Unit sales in Europe decreased approximately 13% for the three months ended March 31, 2009 compared to the same period in 2008. The decrease in unit sales was not the result of decreased customer orders, but rather due to production delays resulting in deferment of shipments.“

From last quarter:
The company generates revenue from product sales, research and development collaborations, and licensing arrangements.
Quarterly revenue increased to $5.0 million from $3.2 million in the comparable year-ago quarter as sales of the company's once-daily tramadol product rose an impressive 76%. The once-daily tramadol product logged in sales of $3.8 million in the first-quarter of 2009, up from $2.2 million in the first-quarter of 2008. Licensing revenue for the recent first-quarter totaled $1.2 million compared to $1.1 million in the same period a year before.
Now that, the company's once-daily tramadol has been launched in the U.S. too, its sales can be expected to grow appreciably, which may ultimately improve its bottom-line results. In addition, the looming FDA decision on depression drug DDS-04A, if positive, is a near term catalyst that could drive Labopharm's share price higher and traders and investors are placing their bets. Will DDS-04A reach the finish line? ...Stay tuned.

MSTF is a sleeper with lots of potential.
That's why we have sooo many MMs.
Geez... I remember a month back, when there were only a handful of them.
Now there are 2x as many MMs - new ones too.
Patience Folks... MSTF, their Nurse Consultants Division, only started in Aug 2008 and has been successful in their business model. With our Nation's healthcare agenda and their vast experience in this industry, they will continue to succeed. When PRs and numbers are released, those who held on... will be rewarded. We are extremely undervalued compared to similar.

Company Background
Monarch Staffing, Inc., formerly known as MT Ultimate Healthcare Corp., provides healthcare staffing services to both commercial and government sector customers. The Company's principal operating subsidiaries are Drug Consultants International, Inc. (DCII) and Drug Consultants, Inc. (DCI). DCII places technicians into technical jobs in both commercial and government sectors in the United States. DCII performs various information technology (IT) and staffing services for Equant. The Company operates its healthcare staffing services business through DCI. DCI furnishes personnel to perform a range of pharmacy, nursing and other healthcare services in support of the operations of government and commercial facilities, including its largest client, the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). In August 2008, Monarch Staffing, Inc. and DCI announced the launch of Nurse Consultants, a new operating division focused on the nurse staffing business.
You know MSTF is growing rapidly, when they keep hiring, expanding... just to keep up with demand. Their Nurse Consultants branch (MSTF) was launched in August of 2008, and has won numerous contracts already. I read that Monarch Staffing was up against 23 competitors (bid process), when they won those Government contracts. This is a NEW operating division, that's going to bring in a ton of revenue.
Awesome gain today on no news! If we can stay in the $1.40 to $1.50 ballpark... getting above $2.50 to $3 will be easier... considering we have "2" FDA approvals coming. There's always some kind of leak; so this upward trend seems as if good news is just around the corner.
Thanks! Yep, many more MMs have been added and those were transfers. They realize MSTF is a hidden gem... we're going to start moving soon - limelight, PR, revenue, contracts, Obama's healthcare agenda, etc.
More like a MM transfer of some kind.
Even bid sitters have to wait a long time to get .0001 crumbs, if they're lucky.
We believe you cdnkid10 and you're a huge asset to our board :) We appreciate your DD. I don't think the company is dumping shares either. They're growing by leaps and bounds - Staff, Revenues, Commercial and GOV contracts.
I don't believe anyone is lame enough to dump shares at 1s.
You don't make any money and lose out on commissions/fees.
L2? If you see more new MMs, I'm going to assume they're transferring those .0001 shares to them. If we see more MMs for MSTF at 2s, 3s, 4s... it means they're prepared to start moving this stock, as PRs come out.
Anyone get any 1s from the 60+ million that just went through? Or is this someone selling to MMs for nothing... or MM internal transaction only?
I suggest you sell the rest of your shares, since it's not up to others to do DD for you. It seems like you want out anyways.
The current version of MagShoes are getting international recognition and will continue to sell.
The TSA has been testing MagShoes for awhile now. IDO is working on a new version of MagShoe with explosive detection, that will get TSA approval. It'll happen in the near future.
Can't wait... LOL.
I bought almost 40 million shares of .0002s since the last two PRs - both VERY RECENT dated 7/20 and 7/31 PRs. I'm not buying anymore, seeing how bid sitters are getting ones.
You nailed it! My point exactly.
