I agree; I would prefer we have news. If not of India revenue or of signing of the China contract then something for a confidence booster..progress of uplisting..or an update on the technology option agreement..
I was curious if anyone knew the cost of a ton of lignite?
Actually would you mind posting the link to the patent? I don't have it in front of me; it could be an interesting topic for debate. I've read it but never really focused on the sulfur aspect.
TIA ;)
Please refer to my previous post ;)
Sulfur is listed as one of the by-products that's removed by CCTC's process I believe:
"By-products of its technology are offered to industry such as methane, sulfur, tar and other crude products."
http://www.beaconequity.com/stock-alert-for-clean-coal-technology-inc-cctc/
I have no idea honestly..
There's information about it on the investor relations page of the company website:
http://www.cleancoaltechnologiesinc.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2&Itemid=3
Why is that you think they would not be able to sell them? I believe it's just a matter of resubmitting the paperwork with the transfer agent..
The India agreement I believe was signed in Dec..

I believe the last 10Q came out prior to that..

Megladon, no I'm not an engineer..but I think Thom-Ca-Ching said he was an "engineering and mines" graduate.. ;)
Well the violations were pretty egregious; I'm sure it's not being taken lightly..
Btw, CCTC can be reached contacted directly via a secure link at CCTCfraudunit@yahoo.com.

I like you petergriffin ;)
Admiral, I just noticed this from the last 10-Q
"Our engineering consultant, Benham Companies, LLC (“Benham) has tentatively estimated construction costs for each one million short ton coal cleaning facility of approximately $150 million (excluding land costs). "
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1445109/000117935009000089/f09sep10qfinalfinal.htm
If they really are 1 million ton facilities would that mean there are 100 of them?
"INK plans to pay CCT a one-time licensing fee based on production threshold increments of 1 million metric tons, with a commitment to install a 10 million ton capacity per year for 10 years, or a total of 100 million tons."

I know that's what Wayne Crumpley's been saying, but I've been disregarding that because of his shady past:

Lol; I have a B.S. in environmental science. I don't think environmentalists are that stock savy really and there are a lot of better targets than a company who's trying to reduce pollution from coal..
I don't know if it's just one person, there are multiple ids, and what kind of 18 year old shorts penny stocks. I was thinking it was some penny stock hedge fund or something, but I don't know enough about pink sheet stocks really to speculate..
Btw, Beefeater, lol, right that's exactly what happened..
Hi Teddy, Yes that's been determined..for a number of reasons, including the fact that the case number in the thread "02 Civ. 4407 (NB)" is for a different case from 2002 against the CEO of a company called ImClone:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/complr17559.htm
FYI, I'm not sure what IHUB rules are for posting and re-posting fradulent documents regarding fictitious SEC charges. I've already forwarded the thread to the SEC at enforcement@sec.gov and to Doug Hague through the company website.
Why would they do an investor tour? It's an office building. The actual work is being conducted by Benham..
Tom, I just called this number:
954-344-2727
The woman who answered was very helpful. I had a question about the Mongolian plant. She said if I wanted more detail someone would call me back on Monday. If you have a question I would call; sometimes people are more helpful if you speak w/ them in person.
Btw, I was curious about what question you're looking to have answered?
I'm joking; it just seems hard to read, sort of compressed..I just use trading software that Schwab gave me.
GL ;)
Hmmm...I don't know if I'd call that a "chart".
I found this as a possible explanation..I don't know if it's accurate:

Thanks Admiral, I've been trying to figure out why the company would feel confident enough about itself to put this on its website:
"Given the anticipated value of our stock and our financial strength, we would anticipate our company being in a position to develop or potentially acquire companies that have products and services that complement our corporate strategy.'
http://www.cleancoaltechnologiesinc.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=6&Itemid=7
;)
Also Admiral; I'd been trying to find something recent about India's total coal output:
"The state-run firm, which accounts for a fifth of India's power generation capacity of 155 000 MW, currently burns 126-million tons of coal a year, including imports of 10-million tons."
http://www.miningweekly.com/article/india-ntpc-sees-coal-imports-rising-as-demand-spurts-2010-03-09
126 is 1/5th of 630..meaning India's total current coal output would be 630 million tons?
I'm not sure how to interpret the CCTC pr which calls for an eventual production threshold of 100 million tons..100 million tons out of a total of 630 million tons would be just over 15% of India's total coal output (if the numbers in that link are accurate)..
I'm not trying to spam, I posted this before, I'm just not sure if I'm reading the 100 million tons from the CCTC pr incorrectly? I can't imagine they've secured a contract to treat 15% of India's total coal used for power generation?
This is the link I posted before showing India's total coal production in 2006 to be 447 million tons. (I think this is tons mined not burned, though?)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coal
I was confused because this said the Tianjin project was for 1.5 initially..
"TTCT will purchase a Technology Licensing Agreement for the construction of a clean coal facility in Inner Mongolia with an initial annual production capacity of 1.5 million metric tons."
http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/20100219/clean-coal-technologies-inc-cctc-pk-is-one-to-watch.htm
But the Beacon Equity report said:
"Production at the new facility is expected to reach 1.5 million metric tons of capacity."
http://www.beaconequity.com/stock-alert-for-clean-coal-technology-inc-cctc/
In other words I wasn't sure if this was actually the initial or the final capacity..100 divided by 1.5 is 66 plants, which would be too many..
How many million tons of capacity would one plant have?
"INK plans to pay CCT a one-time licensing fee based on production threshold increments of 1 million metric tons, with a commitment to install a 10 million ton capacity per year for 10 years, or a total of 100 million tons."
http://cleantech.com/news/5452/clean-coal-firm-secures-licensing-a
Btw, Learning, I can't pm; I was joking; I just thought someone else would be better able to monitor the board since I'm not able to watch much.
Sounds good..maybe Learning can add you?
Don't worry tyberg, I'm still coming after you, though, lol..
(sorry Learning)
Dramatic day..Normally I avoid message boards, lol..
Btw, anybody want to be asst. mod? It's fun to read the deleted posts..but there seems to be a lot of litigation involved ;)
It was just a repost of a yahoo post from last night, sorry.
Or maybe just to rein in the naked shorting Tom?
Honestly I don't care what happens with this day to day..I'm not planning on selling for a 10 cent profit, you know..
What's roidal?
Because I deleted them?
Because it contains slander about one of the ihub posters and fabricated SEC charges against him; that post is a farce.
I called twice; once I spoke w/ a woman and once w/ a man w/ a British accent. They answered both times; what number are you calling?
I agree; that would be interesting..
btw, I hope your foot is feeling better ;)
I don't think CCTC produces clean burning household stoves for developing countries..
Hmmm; I don't know if I'd listen to anybody really about when to buy..when I bought people were saying to wait until it went sub penny..
Envirofuels is a separate company..somebody's been posting the same thing on yahoo.
It should be interesting to hear updates on the patients' progress from Phase 1.
