I was confused because this said the Tianjin project was for 1.5 initially..

"TTCT will purchase a Technology Licensing Agreement for the construction of a clean coal facility in Inner Mongolia with an initial annual production capacity of 1.5 million metric tons."

But the Beacon Equity report said:

"Production at the new facility is expected to reach 1.5 million metric tons of capacity."

In other words I wasn't sure if this was actually the initial or the final capacity..100 divided by 1.5 is 66 plants, which would be too many..
