I very much agree with your sentiments!!!
Someone let the dog out of the gate! Better call the dog catcher!
Holding long as well. Checking in periodically. No hurry to sell for me at this point!
What you say does makes a lot of sense. Have many shares myself. No hurry for me to add or sale. Just been sitting on the sidelines to see if this will ever pop for a little more profit. Essentially own "house shares" since last run-up from 08.
I second that. Just hanging around waiting for news. To me if their client base is real and their advertising concept is half what it appears, this is a no brain winner stock IMHO!
Someone know something we don't? Would be nice to have some news from the company, of course, be it good or bad!
Excellent post. I hope the new administation/SEC Chairperson takes a strong look at NSS that is obviously rampant with microcap stocks in particular, as you eliquently and truthfully pointed out!!!
I second that opinnion!!!
How in the world did they obtain your telephone number. That's gotta be scaring, if not very concerning?
Could you elaborate a little further. Unclear why that would prompt you to sell?
Which PR firm? My experience is that the SEC usually wastes little effort on pinksheet companies. Unfortunatley have seen a few that were pretty shady to say the least in which many notified the SEC with written complaints without action. Very sad they don't have more manpower to enforce the rules. Let's not forget Madof was scaming for years and despite complaints to the SEC, they were inept to investigate. Frustating problem. Hopefully with new leadership taking over things will get better?
Who are your sources?
thanks, have completed these before but SEC always states: "will look into the matter," without much ever being done, of course!
Excellent read on your part. I fell for much of the hype myself. It doesn't take a "rocket scientist" to understand that today's PR is totally discongruent from what had been issued previously. Previous PR's left me, and I am sure others, with the belief that uplisting was essentially a done deal or near completion for RCCH. Now they imply that they are in negotiations with other shell companies (i.e., need cash/resources) in order to uplift. It's too bad their previous PR's were not as precise and forthcoming. They have essentially placed false hopes upon us the shareholders with their vaguely worded PR's until now, IMHO.
I am not a basher at all. It in fact behooves me to rant against stock I own. Fortunatley, however, I know better to risk much on pinksheet stocks.
What is deeply needed, not only in this case but with many on the lower board stocks, is stronger oversight to ensure truthfullness and honesty. Unfortunatley if you issue the statement"this release has foward looking statements," that seems to be a way to say we are not obligated to be held responsible for anything we may promise or say if things do not come to fruition as we intend (i.e., a way of legally stretching the truth).
In this predictament, RCCH and Gene has now lost considerable credibility in my viewpoint!
If others read this differently I can understand. But all I can say is don't let your emotions take precedent over logic. Go back and read the previous PR's and today's for comparison.
"Makes my stomach churn" from the way I grasp it!
Who is the "Great White Owl" and how do we know it is factual?
Unfortunatley for me I bought into the hype, but your reasoning looks very logical given the present information we now have, boo hoo for me!
We all hope you prophecy is correct, holding long. Made a nice bight last April during the run up and essentially on "house shares," if you will. Therefore no motivation for me to sell anytime soon!
Your guess is as good as mine. One would suspect with big time clients, low float and higher PPS they would ultimatley be in position for an uplist. Of course they would have to be fully reporting as well, which according to their latest PR they intend to do so soon!
Unheard of in pinky land. I believe some have not yet come to that realization what we are potentially sitting on here,i.e., pinky land to green-land!!!
Exactly, foolish to sell with such a gap. I don't understand it either!
Starting to look more like a long term play to me. Thoughts of flipping earlier with much of the speculation and uncertainty. But my perspective on recent events somewhat leads me to believe this stock is worth more and probably doesn't belong on the pinks! They seem to be holding true to form with a very tight float of 2 million from my understanding. Hopefully, as promised, they will be fully reporting soon...will hold for me for the time being. Others thoughts?
Good question? As I posted, it would sure be wonderful to hear something from the company at this point. Especially since it seems all shares are likely converted at this juncture!
True, my experience has been previously with R/S, however, you are given the precise ratio of conversion beforehand. That would be my main cavet to this situation! Now if we can have a PR with some guidance as to the company's expected or projected revenues, then I will feel more comfortable with these changes!
The same with scottrade/fidelity!
Let us know how it goes. My shares haven't converted yet, stuck in "pergatory" for the moment!
Strongly concur with your conclusions...gives us that PR. The silence is nerve racking to say the least!
By George you may be right. Hopefully this will turn out to be one of those bright lights, if you will, within this troubled economy?
I am not 100% sure, but are we witnessing a short squeeze here?
I have MMUH both converted in Fidelity and Scottrade, both showing bid at .5 and ask at 3.00.
Scottrade showing recent ask of 7.50 down from 10.50. Who knows how real? My experience with R/S is that we may not be able to trade this for a few days, hopefully I am wrong. The main fear I have is how we did not get a PR beforehand confirming the exact ratio of the R/S. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this company has a sense of honesty and nobility and will not shaft the common shareholders! If the recent ask is anywhere close to reality then I won't be as disappointed. But again, a lack of warning previous to the R/S is not a positive sign, IMHO.
Well, I hope for our sake you are right! I don't know how reliable "Manny" is or what he truly knows? But the only thing I can see at the moment is a 1:500 R/S. Still having problems digesting that one!
I am somewhat of an optimist myself, but I am trying to "see thru the fog that is upon us though," with again no clear PR from the company ahead of time to give us more definative guidance. I don't know who this "Manny person "is or if he really exists, but I can only speculate on the facts objectively as they present themselves. This is what I know: there is an OTCBB posting a 1:500 R/S. My scottrade account show $.50 ask. Everything else to me is an unknown at this point! I therefore am torn between fear versus that emotion of "hope springs eternal," within these unknown variables!
I'll have to reserve faith that MMU again is profitable and has significant potential!
I will say I have been involved in R/S before with other stocks that I have held. Usaully those have been to keep their share price trading at a higher share price to keep from being delisted from their exchanges. In all those cases however, a PR was out prior to conversion deliniating the ratio of the R/S. Therefore giving the shareholders forewarning. I am not happy in this case because there was no true indication of the amount of the ratio of the R/S beforehand! We all obviously knew a reduction/conversion was in the workings, but as many recall, various estimates by posters had been speculated (i.e., best guess was 1:65 split).
As can now be summated the new price per share will possibly open at approximatley .50, that is if what my accounts are posting are truly accurate!
IMHO it is somewhat disigenuous for VRGD/MMU not to gives us a PR prior to this change letting us know what the conversion factor would be!!! For those of us holding long it seems the best we can hope for is that MMU is as profitable as advertised
and will attract investors based upon their potential/earnings?
Other thoughts welcome!
My scottrade account is showing the same with no change in share number. Also I have some shares with fidelity, it as well is showing the same share count unchanged!
I'm giddy about the run up as well! To be honest doesn't bother me if someone like Rifleman wishes to "shoot off" baselessly.
Dialogue is fine and can be constructive. It would be more benefical for all of us especially if he would provide honest DD for his discussions, however. His tirades and rants are somewhat comical, to say the least, and I am personally suprised anyone can take him seriously here! His postings sort of make me laugh. Especially I liked the last one in which he indicated "the staff had been thown out of their offices!" Honestly does anyone truly believe that!
Come to think about maybe they are doing the right thing and cutting costs, good for the bottom line and maybe not such a bad thing;that is of course if any that has any truth to it.
So if Rifleman has anymore jokes to tell, well I could enjoy a laugh, especially in these difficult economic times!
Possibly someone could know something prematurely? Another thought is this is being pumped by outside forces to a certain extent. Honestly hard for me to get a handle for sure though! Not an overwhelming volume on the last few days, but up just the same and I will glad except it! Let's hope it continues just the same!!!
Seems no one knows why the sudden jump in price? I am clueless as well. Have and continue to hold long and just checking in periodically. Suprisingly up on no PR or 10Q's or other information! Can anyone make sense of this? Not that I am complaining of course, definatley hope for higher levels(i.e. $1.00/pps would be nice)!
Agreed holding the faith myself. Trying to buy a little on the dip if sucessfull?
That's the same response I got from my broker. I don't wish to push any brokers, but again I was able to open an account with fidelity and had no issues purchasing RCCH with them. I am sure there are a few other brockers who might be able to as well, but you likely might wish to ask them first to see if you are able to buy!
Have never used TDA, so I can't comment!
