I dont even know why I am shocked that the update is late. Jorge never follows through.
It would be so easy for him to begin to develop shareholder trust if he just stuck to his Darn Word!!
CXAC is a pathetic POS, and I wish it werent but the CEO has not follow through
I should have attached this page which shows the release date:

I hate everytime there is a PR, because we can be sure that the PPS is going to drop since more than likely Matt is diluting.
I agree two separate votes. One for the RS and another for the increased AS. I dont have a problem with a RS, but difinitely do with the increased AS, and together could be very very TOXIC for the current shareholders
Insureman, its good to see you are still the staple of this board. Maybe if we ever take off, we can meet for a beer and talk about all the craziness that has happened over the years.
Well Booger, we may get some action on this one in time, but I am not holding my breathe. I was lucky to sell before everything with a small profit and have free shares now.
Maybe another investment we have in common will take off too. We will see how everything pans out, but I dont have any trust in old Jorgie. Though, he has been making good with his communications he said he would do, but it will take alot more to make up for his repeated tardiness.
I agree that the RS will be good if we uplist. Though, I would like to have a clear understanding of the intentions of the increase AS is for and how used. My only fear is that we get diluted and diluted until our share value is essentially nothing. For instance, if there was some type of guarantee that the shares wouldnt be sold under a certain strike price, such as $1.50, securing the investors invesment to a certain extent.
Granted, that will not happen at least IMO, but would love to see something like that. With that being said, I believe in my gut that its the right thing to do and hope that Matt does not screw the investors. And I realize he and others have shares too, but they often get options, etc which would make up for their share reduction.
thats the part that has me concerned
You are correct and I am not going anywhere as I believe in this company. Though, the that last part really concerns me.
I am not sure I would. I have serious concern with the proportionate increase comment. Sounds like the existing shareholders are going to get screwed to the wall. Unless, they make some type of provision that they dont sell any of the new shares below $2, or dont sell them for a specified time, and definitely not issued to executives as compensation.
It appears to me that matt isnt looking out for the shareholders. Though, I dont know all the facts. I am rather discouraged right now, and have lost faith
I agree with you to an extent. My understanding (which I could be wrong), is that the broker (ie MM) are suppose to provide you with the best deal possible. Which, appears did not happen.
There have been instances in which I put in a buy for .0044 and got it at .0043, so I would assume the same would hold for sells.
Like you said, it wasnt for a large amount of shares, and few have said that it was prob a result of fat fingers. But, I would question why the MM allowed the transactions to go through.
That is, if I am correct about them supposedly required to provide the best deal. Maybe that only applies to the big boards, or not at all.
It would be amazing (to say the least) if your $100 pps became a reality.
Thugh, I would jump through the roof if we hit $.75pps
Thanks.
Can anyoe explain the video in a few sentences, I am unable to view it at work. If not, I will watch it later tonight. GLTA
I figure that we wont look good until a few years from now, from the investor perspective. And with that, I am looking years out and what CBAI provides, along with all the purchases. Its like playing Monolpy, you buy and buy and you may be a little cash short in the interim, but if you hold on, you end up owning everything.
We have made many purchases and appears that we continue, which I am all for due to the current state of the economy, prices, etc. The purchases will obviously have a negative affect on our pps, since ussually the company being acquired share price increases and the acquirer goes down (at least from what I have seen).
As Pit has said, there is not alot of money in this industry. That may be correct, but as time progresses and people are more educated and funds flow, the money will come and we have a great opportunity for profits. That is if we become a major player, which it appears Matt is focused on. I would love the pps to be much better, but I am not too worried about it or dilution if it is for purchases. Now, if the dilution is for operations, then I would be concerned, but from my understanding that is not the case.
I believe in the future of the company and that we are moving in the right direction but regardless, it may not come to fruition. But, I like my chances and I continue to buy. Thats my two cents, not that it matters
you forgot, I'm Just Saying
The reason CCEL pps is much higher

Normal Q??? What is that? Do you think the Normal Q is the Annual report? If so, that is the 10K
Dont mean any disrespect, but its Texas de Brazil in Town Square and it is definitely more than a mile but it is close and a straight shot down Sunset going West.
You may have gotten City Center confused with Town Square, or you thought they were the same, which they are not.
Yeah, I live in Vegas, but am heading to Santa Barbara tomorrow for the week. Also, i was out of town the last week for business, otherwise I would have stopped by then and updated everyone. Sorry, but another time no problem.
I am not sure since there were a few cones and tape in the parking spaces near the church next door (there is a Hispanic Church next door), but not like there was around CBAI and the parking space near them. So, I really dont have an opinion.
With that being said, the building is definitely large and impressive. I drove around it a few times.
yep the photo didnt go through. I will try again
I decided to stop by the building today since I have never actually seen it and there was a bunch of cones with caution tape around the entrance and parking spaces. Granted it may be nothing, but I figured I would forward the picture I took to you all. I dont post often and if the picture does not go through, I can always email it if interested.
Though again, I seriously doubt it means anything. I just figured I would stop by since I was in the area.
thanks, been here for almost a year now, but rarely post. Though, regularly read the posts, and DD which I greatly appreciate
Well, I just joined the million share club. Dont post often, but I enjoy all the DD, as others have communicated too.

Yep... I guess I couldnt get my photo to go through. Dont post too often. But, I keep up with this forum
When we take off, I plan on restoring my Dad's 66 GMC truck. I think this 454 would be a good addition. Also, my 68 Camaro is already done but it couldmt hurt to add a few enhancements even though it is already amazing looking. ahahha

Yeah, appears exciting. Las Vegas and Nevada has been trying to diversify for years. I should see about setting up a tour since I live in Vegas
I did notice that too and liked that
I cant wait until the word about CBAI really gets out and hope Mr Longs connections are correct. I dream of the $100pps people have been mentioning, even though I dont think it is realistic. But amzing things do happen
Good article, but it doesnt appear to be from an independent source. See the excerpt below:
The Company completed construction of a 17,000 square foot facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our facility has the capacity for storage of more than 250,000 blood and tissue samples.
Maybe I am reading to much into the the word "Our", but it appears to be more of a marketing article, since it does not reference comments from Matt. Regardelss, I like it and hope it helps and Mr. Longs connections are correct in many
look on pinksheets
I am going to dream out loud for a bit. Imagine that we post a small profit for the quarter ended, which is significant IMO since last quarter we had approx 2.7 mil loss (if I recall correctly).
And the same day the Q is posted (which is hopefully after hours), a PR is relased saying that we have secured a government contract and Insurance contract.
Now that would really have the shorts soiling thier pants... Just dreaming out loud.
I second that... Nothing will give me more joy in seeing the shorts sweat and have to cover. I realize this sounds bad, but I truly hope they loose their shirts.
thanks and it will be intersting to see how it plays out. If I recall correctly, their costs are quite more than our. I beleive you mentioned a backend 35k fee.
I just hope that DR. KURTZBERG or associates have any politicians in their pocket. hahahaha
Mr Long,
Please forgive me if I sound stupid, but I have been able to fully dive into your post. What to you mean by this statement? If you could provide your thoughts, I would appreciate it. DO DR. KURTZBERG AND DR. WAGNER HAVE A CRACK IN THE ARMOR? YOU DECIDE
