Annual Meeting Presentation:

I wish I had more shares.
Realistically, resistance has broken down for some reason. Maybe it's just leathery. I can see no real reason why the pps should be where it is. Nothing supports this level for an exploration stage company that does not promote it's good stuff to the the shareholders.
Leads me to believe that the MM's will take control, short it and take it down, way down and when something good is reported they will take it up. Way up. They have already tested the bottom a number of times and can't find support so why not, that's how they make money.
It's ok with me. It will let me buy lots of cheapies that I know will be worth $3.00 per share in 12 months.
There are no experts here. Sounds to me like the process works and all that is needed is to scale it up to a commercially feasible output from a pilot testing perspective for a reasonable period of time.
I think I read that gold beads are being produced from solution using the autoclave system.
Carl Ager stated to me that there is going to be a presentation at the annual meeting tomorrow. We may learn some useful details about what to expect from here on out.
I would watch Level 2 real close to gauge the reaction from the market.
Personally, with what we know now, I think the stock is worth $3.00.
$6.00 to $8.00 when the pilot run in the larger autoclave is complete and feasibility analysis is complete and $15.00 to $20.00 if a buyout.
An operating plant producing $500,000,000 net annually with an outstanding share structure of 160,000,000 shares outstanding would most likely be valued at about $45.00 per share at 15 times earnings. $62.00 at 20 times earnings.
If you check the sales prices of other gold mining companies over the last year or so you will find that they tend to sell at a multiple of annual net earnings or gross assets in the ground. Frontier Gold had 7 million proven oz. Au. per ton and sold for $2.3 billion.
I sure wish I had more stock!
Greetings once again old friend. We have both roamed these boards and have been in and out of many of the same plays. To me, DGRI is just another another ticker to play the swings. It is purely technical as far as i am concerned. What goes up will come down and what goes down will go up. Pretty simple.
For long term investments it better if investors go back for about a year to fully understand the company.
It is good to have the chance to get our money back. Try not to miss the opportunity. DGRI is no different than most penny stocks. If you have been around here for awhile you know what the pattern is and will act accordingly.
Good luck and good fortune.
GM, as you know I totally agree with you that SNDY is a Gem but really is not that "hidden". It is however engaged in a process. The process of proving up the efficacy and economic benefit of the application of the MamoView endoscopic procedure to detect and diagnose breast cancer far in advance of the capability of Mammography or by any other means. One of the unique capabilities of the use of MamoView endoscopy is the ability to do a biopsy during the procedure. You cannot do that with Mammography.
It is important to recognize that the MamoView endoscopic equipment is but one element in the development of a body of knowledge surrounding it's use and the interpretation of the output from the investigation of tissues within the ducts. It's like reading x-rays, if you don't go to school to learn how to read them, you have no idea what's going on.
Additionally, the MamoView procedure requires the use of a general anesthetic in a sterile environment. Far different than a Mammogram.
To think that the MamoView endoscopic diagnostic procedure will not eventually take over as the standard for detecting breast cancer is almost laughable.
Simply from the standpoint that the incredible amount of money that will be saved with early detection, diagnosis and remediation is staggering not to mention the incredible reduction in the mortality rate from breast cancer.
Folks, this train has already left the station. There is nothing more that needs to be said by the CEO or anyone else to recognize that the die has been cast and SNDY,s MamoView system will ultimately become the most widely used procedure in the quest to detect and cure cancer.
We now know that the use of the procedure is currently detecting early stage breast cancer and pre-cancerous conditions that is leading to the removal or remediation of tumors. We also know that doctors and practitioners have been trained in the use of the equipment and the interpretation of data in over 60 hospitals in the U.S. While other methods and equipment cost $100's of thousands of dollars it appears that the MamoView system costs a mere $30,000 to deploy.
Anyone can do the math if it becomes standard procedure for every women to undergo the procedure every 3 to 5 years past the age of 30. Very high risk candidates, every year. Over 15,000 MamoView centers will be needed in the US alone to serve this capacity on an annual basis. The basic cost at $30,000 per system would be $2.250 billion dollars. The residual and peripheral equipment required would probably add at least $5000 to $10,000 per year in revenue for each installation. Now, extrapolate world wide. If you run the numbers you will find that the stock matures at $3.00 to $5.00 as the company reaches it's rapid growth phase in the US. Add the rest of the world. ?
One of these days a credible source is going to conduct a study of the savings in terms of cost and lives from using the MamoView System. Medicare will be the first to adopt and endorse MamoView as the standard of the industry.
There really is nothing more to be said here except that if you can buy this stock under $.50 you will still have at least a 10 bagger out front of you and with world wide distribution probably way more.
Good Luck and Abundance
I have allocated my investment in SHSH at 50,000 shares. Sometimes I get near it and sometimes I sell out and play the swing. If I can make more money somewhere else before this moves on a run to $3.00 I will always do that. Once the wrapping is off the package this one runs.
You and I are playing a game on someone else's playing field and the owner of the field makes the rules. You can find out who removed your posts by going to Settings and then to removed posts. It is good to become familiar with the rules if you intend to make a good contribution to the enlightenment of the members. After our discussions I really do believe that is your intent. Actually, the term "d" was not a comment about your post but that of another.
Now, if you are really interested in doing this right, you find a way to take all the emotion out of it and do the serious due diligence that is needed on every one of these up and coming miners. Because, within the population of companies we look at there are some gems that will have the potential to make us a lot of money.. 100 times our investment!
For example, I just made 100% on my investment in a penny stock today because of some excellent due diligence by hunterj on the RBB board. that makes me $2000 richer than I was yesterday.
If you want to make money, follow those who do the work to find the tickers that can do that for you.
Realistically, penny stock investment is based on technical analysis much more than the quality or usefulness of the product and even more so on the promotion of the company and the product or service.
There are many IHUB boards that provide a good education on how to invest in penny stocks.
Well Done with that standing ovation. JH is a little too shy to pound his chest so let me fill you in on how this happened with CSOC. For quite some time he has been scouting patterns and ran across a number of tickers of this ilk that perform like clockwork during specific time periods. These are usually Bottom plays but some Bounce plays qualify.
We talked about this ticker at length last week because it looked like it fit one of the patterns. We decided to accumulate because he was pretty sure it was at the bottom and it would only be a matter of time before it moved significantly. How much? We didn't know but if we got 50% out of it we would have been happy.
We woke up with 700,000 shares this morning and a rush to judgement, selling at a profit well over 100%.
Hopefully, you all followed RBB's advice and can boast a nice win for today.
I would certainly recommend that if RBB calls a ticker it would be a good idea to act immediately.
Stay tuned for more great plays.
Good Luck!
There must be a reason Crusher showed up to dits the Preferred Stock offering. Although you really wouldn't know what his motive is from the post. Maybe he actually likes the the language.
I like it because it both acts as a deterrent to an unwanted takeover and also provides the ability to have a ready means to provide financing for construction prior to the sale of the company. The more ready to go flexibility available the better the marketability and price achieved.
It has occurred to me that we may be reading too much into the coming report. Regardless of what it says, if the company has received it they would be compelled to immediately publish it. PR and News is typically published prior to quarterly reports and meetings and conference calls, etc.
Additionally, if it is just the third party report we are waiting for and the two week pilot run has not begun or completed we are only part of the way there. When the report is received and it's a go for the pilot run then we are almost there and the pps should reflect the true value of the company. Probably around $5.00 per share.
As you know, I think the buyout value is about $15 to $20 per share.
That is certainly the proper assessment. What is odd to me is that we no longer have a dormant miner. If anything, it's likely to be the most prosperous kid on the block in very short order. You will think that .15 even .20 is cheap and never to be seen again. We both know of other companies with much less going for them that are selling for much, much more.
All Dime fans ought to be jumping with joy. Where are you? A 450 share buy brought it down to that and a 100 share purchase can bring it over .15. Think about it.
All factual data and information can and should be presented on these boards and elsewhere. However, whatever is presented should be in it's entirety or referenced to the source as you have done here.
There is now a large disparity of opinion as to what the slag pile contains. In as much as the more current data has used contemporary methods that have been certified by professionals, I would tend to lean toward that data as being more accurate.
Alternatively, if that is not the case there will certainly be more than a few folks who just may find themselves behind bars for quite a long time. The Nevada Corporation will not protect them from criminal fraud if it is found that the composition of the slag pile does not conform to the certified tests.
It will no longer be a civil matter but swift justice from the criminal courts.
Conversely, anyone who chooses to comment one way or the other on these boards about anything they want within the guidelines may do so without recrimination. That is the primary reason that no matter how much you complain about being accused of being a bad guy it in itself cannot change the perception that your motives are un-pure.
The result is achieved regardless of the motive and that in itself justifies the means for those who plan for that end.
As it is difficult to discern whether a junior is a scam or not it is even more difficult to identify the truly righteous from the truly manipulative. As a matter of fact, when confronted no one has ever admitted to receiving compensation for bad mouthing a stock on a message board. It is doubtful that anyone ever will.
It is naive to think the law of cause and effect takes a break in PennyLand so I will restate my case that you are responsible for causing effects that you may not even be aware of. Those effects may be unintended nevertheless they are no less invasive to the well being of others. I don't really mean to be squaring off on you individually but for me this is the heart of the debate.
I do not wish you any ill will and always welcome well thought out and complete premise where a logical conclusion can be drawn from the assemblage of relevant facts.
You can make all the claims you want and even become indignant but folks don't just show up out of the blue for no reason to dis a stock on the message boards.
Just trying to make a buck.
My point exactly! By the way we both witnessed a promoted gold play that went from about .20 in December to over $2.00 last month and is still in play at around .07. All that based on a few pokes and scrapes and some wishy washy un proven comments by a geologist and a whole lot of promotion.
Take that and substitute just what we know that has been released by this company so far. Does that mean given the same circumstances that SHSH could achieve a pps of $5.00+, $10.00+?
Could a third party promoter not connected to the company achieve these numbers? Could the pivot point be when they put a financing deal together for Desert Hawk? There is going to be an equity kicker that will need to be covered. It will have a discount of some kind. If the company is promoted at the same time, the ultimate equity conversion does not need to be dilutive to the rest of the shareholders but you never know. I think this is the real reason we don't hear much from them. The Desert Hawk as well as other acquisitions need to be financed and they are feeling their way through the process.
Thank fully, for once, it's a company that has something tangible to work with. And, I do think we are sitting on a $5.00 Gold Mine. The best kept secrete in pennygoldland.
CR: I am convinced that because a new crew has showed up to critically examine the company at this late date, that the only possible conclusion is that someone wants to drive down the pps to achieve a more favorable entry level cost basis. This is a common practice and sometimes it is very effective if there is a small number of shareholders.
As I have previously stated there is usually a payoff associated with the investment of time and energy in this kind of activity. It really doesn't make much sense to work on a decline in value unless there is a subsequent increase that can produce some financial benefit.
If they succeed, I would be inclined to buy more at the right price. However the real money is made by the pros. Market Makers and Shorters who drive the price up and short it back down and in the meantime cover their positions. Why? Because they are in control of setting the bid and ask minute by minute. I would venture to say that is exactly what happened when they took it to $2.00 and shorted the poop out of it. It is to their benefit to hold it down now so they don't need to cover the shorts. Whether they have been formally enlisted to beat up the stock or not, doesn't matter, they nevertheless contribute to the financial benefit of many of those who they claim to detest, real scammers and thieves who steel more from you and me in this game than all the mining company scammers put together every day.
So, as long as the adversaries keep beating it up it will help to keep the pps down so the shorts don't need to cover. The shorts have already made their money and they are waiting for the next round to buy low and sell high and short the poop out of it again at the top of the run and then use the power they have over the bid/ask on Level 2 to manipulate the pps to wherever they want it .
After they are done with SRCH, maybe our new friends would like to take on the real thieves in the OTC markets if not some of the big boys who do the exact same thing from a more sophisticated platform.
I would venture to say they have no idea what I am talking about because they think there are some good guys as well as bad guys out there. And of course they are always on the side of the good guys. Unfortunately, they don't know who the good guys and bad guys are and generally seek and find the petty larceny often prevalent with any public or private company. What is often overlooked is the gross but legal manipulation of stock prices to be found on a daily basis because in particular the OTC Markets are not regulated with any meaningful rules that can protect the public from such manipulation.
Hopefully, this can help wake up a few to the reality they are dealing with. The reality that their negative stance actually contributes to the enrichment of those who are only in this to make a buck off someone else in a zero sum game and not from the fruits of the labor of honest well meaning folks who try their best to put together a productive enterprise both for their own enrichment and that of their shareholders.
As always, much good fortune and good luck.
CosmicRambler: I have had the opportunity to discuss their assertions with them and it is not surprising to learn that some of them are trained and educated scientists with a lot of practical knowledge of the mining industry. Unfortunately, practical knowledge of the industry doesn't get you very far when you try to understand a pioneering effort like this.
Marty, the CEO is a Finance Guy and I'm sure it's a stretch for him to understand the science. That is really true for all of us because until its proven in black and white beyond any doubt by experts, it remains we are dealing with theory based assumptions and procedures applied in a pioneering and experimental laboratory environment.
We like to say yep, seems like it should work and our advisories like to say nope, impossible it can't work.
But, you can be sure of one thing, their is payoff for those who take either position. It is different for everyone but there is a payoff.
I have found that it usually isn't what it is professed to be nor what it should be. What I know for sure is that pennyland and early stage mining companies are the devils playground and when you put them together it is the wild west all over again.
Realistically, only about 2% of all start-up, early stage, development and exploratory mining companies mature to make a profit from actually producing resources. So, I am always questioning my sanity by putting money in them. The reason I do it is because pure greed. I know that one day I will hit the lottery with one of them and make a ton of money over night. I have back tested about 1000 of these companies and the facts are the facts. SRCH and a few of my other tickers have the potential to be one of the winners.
Doesn't really matter what anyone says at this point, we are near the end game of this one and the only benefit I could see to knocking the price down would be to buy cheapies. In fact, the more you see that happen the better chance there is for the results of the testing to be positive and the better chance is we have a major winner.
Well, you better know what you are doing if you expect to make any money you can keep in Silver. This management is focused on Gold because that is where the money is.
I am more concerned about the idiot who paints the stock down to .13 from .14 with a $130 buy then anything else. Why not do it with a $13 order and accomplish the same result? This trick works both ways as you will see if this continues. The company has created a vacuum that can be filled with this kind of devilish silliness and if that is the game, I am prepared to play hardball.
It should be obvious that the value of the stock can be manipulated and that is what just happened. Game On!
I for one second your emotion. But to be open and honest the sentiments expressed on the boards really don't have much impact on the market during these quiet times. The Market Makers and Day Traders really drive the price levels where they want them and once in awhile we see a retail investor move the market with a significant overbid because they are alarmed the pps is going to low.
The swings are always played by Day Traders who buy low and sell high in the waves all day long. Not only with this ticker but any ticker that is moving.
Sure we all want to see our investment grow and grow and grow and good companies like SNDY will continue to grow and so will our investment. The timing of any significant growth in value at any given time is solely dependent upon the companies performance and the subsequent reporting of the details of that performance.
Because the probability is that the company will release information about the future growth of the company and it's past performance shortly, we are constantly accumulating shares and remain ready to buy more on the dips as it becomes opportunistic to do so.
It is always good to remember that the volatility of penny stocks provides the perfect opportunity for savvy investors to buy and sell, make profits and end up with lots more shares then they started.
Let the good times roll!
Quite frankly, I think that junior miners as well as many penny stock folks say way too much of the wrong thing at the wrong time to the wrong people. These guys have been around the block a few times and they know what to say and when to say it. We have not heard one once of speculation from them in any of their pubs and until it benefits the stockholders in some way I hope they keep it that way.
Show us the money and leave the bs at the door. So far they have told us what they are going to do. Now it's coming up on the time to show us what they are doing and what the results really are. Nothing else is sustainable in terms of value.
Realistically, the stock has not been worth what it is selling for as long as I have been looking at it for about a year. If they continue to play it close to the vest maybe we can get some cheapies before production numbers blow the lid off.
I have personally witnessed small quantities of gold produced from lab tests of the prior process that did not work overall and failed for various reasons. It has been reported in the filings that the subsequent lab work has produced gold utilizing the autoclave system and that the independent engineering lab is in the final stage of reporting it's findings to confirm the continual success of the production from this process.
There is no sense, common or otherwise that is applicable here. It's a matter of fact and nothing else. It either works at a commercially viable level or it doesn't.
Now, there you go again claiming you are the authority on how much gold there is in the slag pile and making statements that you cannot back up. As far a a "magical technological" process is concerned, there has never been nor is there now anything magical about it. Autoclaves are used in the production of metallurgical milling processes by the likes of Barrick Gold and other large producers. In fact we know of a rather large Autoclave installation that Barrick has in northern Utah. Who knows, maybe Barrick will take the slag to Utah and process it there. Furthermore, thee has never been anything magical or secretive about suspending elements in solution to achieve separation and reconstituting as a solid.
I am afraid your sentiments have been influenced by some who's motives are to find even the smallest fault with something and blow it up into a huge negative. It would be better for you to discover why someone would want to do that. It really is embarrassing to learn that we are being manipulated.
We are on the same page about something. I really haven't looked nor cared about what happened in 2010. I think the company has been Lex's personal ATM machine and he could hardly wait to sell it. And that was inevitable.
I talked to him about the NI-43-101 for the Kimberly Mine and wanted to get a copy. Couldn't find it in Canada and he ultimately told me that it was being updated. This is after I told him it was illegal to advertise it or use it in the US. But then, who really cares.
It was also after they announced the Strand Mine acquisition where there is a pretty good resource definition by a qualified person (engineer geologist) provided in the PR.
The most interesting acquisition is the Utah JV. This is where Crosby and company can really flex their muscle by raising the cash to fund the deal.
Track record has everything to do with the success of this crew and they have the track record.
Even more interesting is the acquisition(s) we don't know about. Use this one as a model. Earn out 50% by simply raising the money to put it into production. I can see a series of JV acquisitions of ready to go to production deals ahead. Some using convertible notes, some using reverse mergers into subsidiary companies and some using A/S for direct stock swaps or you name it.
The problem with the current investor group is they have been sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting for something to happen so long they have forgotten they have a valuable investment.
The market makers are and have always been in complete control of this puppy and will continue to be unless a market is created by someone. One of these days the company is going to promote itself and blow the lid off.
When, I look at the O/S and the potential net income from operations for this year alone from planned silver and gold production, the value per share reaches far into the dollars. The last time I looked the multiple for junior miners is over 20.
Otherwise, I guess I really don't get what you mean by "what is or isn't really going on". This is 2012. As far as I know the company is current with all SEC filings and they have released Press Releases informing of acquisitions and changes in management. They even had an annual meeting in December in Idaho. What more do you want?
First, I do not intend to communicate with you in private.
Second, It is my opinion that their is no credible way for you to know how much gold is in the slag pile other then from the chain of custody core samples that were previously assayed. It is quite another thing if you question the opinion of the qualified person(s) who performed the work.
Third, Management has stated in the filings that they believe that because of the samples that have been subsequently taken for bench testing that it is likely that the actual gold content varies to one degree or the other throughout the slag pile.
It is contempt before investigation that bothers me more than reporting facts incorrectly. That wrong can be righted. It is difficult to overcome contempt if it based on a finite knowledge base.
As far as I am concerned a person can have numerous PHd's and a lifetime of experience at something but if that person is unwilling to examine all the facts before reaching a conclusion, all that education and experience is wasted.
Frankly, I am surprised by your insistence that you are so sure about your theory.
I am aware of individuals formally associated with SRCH who are now associated with other gold mining operations of one kind or the other.
I personally have met the individual who invented the original process and sold it to SRCH. He has never been associated with SRCH or any other mining operation that I know of.
Charles Ager SR. was the mind behind SRCH along with his son in law and a few other cronies who acquired the project from Verde River Iron Company. They raised the seed money for the public company. Ager was involved in Delgratia and The Searchlight Mine that he contributed to SRCH. Ager strongly promoted the development of the failed process and that is why he and his son in law are no longer associated with the company in a management capacity. Ager has a reputation for pressing the outside of the envelope with pioneering concepts base on nanotechnology. I am not aware that any of the concepts he has developed ever worked. It should be noted that it was not Ager's concept that was employed originally, but that of another.
However Guggenheim, the famous New York real estate developer purchase the project in the 30's I think and tried to get the gold out of the slag and failed.
Before you pass judgement I recommend that you thoroughly investigate the numerous incidents that gold has actually been produced from the original but ultimately failed process and the current process under development in it's final stages of third party validation.
I am always amazed by reading half truths and professing guilt by association. There should be no doubt that anytime there is a pioneering effort involved in anything it deserves a much higher degree of scrutiny and rigorous study. Usually, that effort is applied by those who have an interest in investing in a project. When the sole purpose of investigation is to find and or uncover fault, lies, untruths and scams and such, it may be a righteous endeavor or it may not. It depends on one's motive.
I believe it is important to present facts that are found from the actual hands on, real time credible experimentation or application by recognized professionals.
After all, is it likely that all of the owners, management and sub contractors are crooks, scammers and liars?
If I were a professional in some capacity and given the task to find out what is real or not about some operation you can be sure that I would find out. Mostly by hiring experts to report the facts and only the facts. Then evaluating the data and reaching a conclusion.
That is exactly what the CEO of SRCH has done. He is not a technical expert at anything except maybe finance but I grantee you that he knows what is going on with the development of the process and what it's current status is and what it is likely to be when it is finalized in a very short period of time.
For anyone to draw some conclusion about this company because of some past association is absolutely ludicrous.
Sir, I recommend that you read every SEC filing for the past 5 years and then you may find yourself qualified to use your experience to determine who is telling the truth or not.
The quote you make reference to is a disclaimer giving legal notice. Again, to fall into the trap of quoting out of context is not becoming a researcher of your caliber. You know full well that the slag pile has been core drilled and assayed under chain of custody and subsequent samplings have been taken for bench test purposes. All previously published in SEC filings from time to time.
I thought I addressed the Production Question but here it goes again.
Permitting actually means the final permit to begin production. The end of a series of permits from various agencies usually. That is what I believe is meant by Permitting. No one waits to for a permit to get ready for production of any kind. They are ready to begin mining as soon as the final permit issued. Part of the permitting process is to inspect the operating systems to make sure they work properly before they are applied to the production process.
In the Strand Mine PR it is stated that production will begin in the Spring.
It has been stated elsewhere that the Rescue/Kimberly Mines are being rehabbed and getting ready for production this spring. I believe they have pictures up on the website.
So, if you really want to know for sure, just give Crosby a call and ask him.
Desert Hawk is a privately held corporation I believe.
The devil wants you to sell cheap so they can buy and reach the promised land faster and leave you in that dark place. The angels what you to buy so it gets them to the promised land faster with a smoother ride. In the absence of a defining catalyst that clearly points the way this is definitely the devils playground and those who really control the action can swing you anyway they want to, any time they want to. They are called Market Makers. If you look at this mornings chart you will see this being played out in front of your eyes.
If you think SNDY is worth holding long then throw your shares in a drawer and come back and look at them in 6 months or a year. You may be quite wealthy.
If you are a Day Trader, let the good times roll. You are a very necessary contributor to the value of the stock and a great balance against the MM's moves and counter moves.
Good Luck and Good Fortune to all.
You seem to have an interest in SRCH but I really can't tell from what perspective. I don't really have time nor do I care about politics but would be more interested in motive if there is one to be found. You are probably aware that there are more head fakes in pennyland then an NBA basketball game and getting from one end of the court to the other in one of these stocks is a challenge.
If you really have the stomach and fortitude for it I have always thought there must be a connection between Luxor and Nanominerals Inc. somehow. Luxor's investment in SRCH never really made sense to me unless Ager is the most convincing salesman on the planet.
But, in a few short weeks we learn the truth about the process. I am really pleased that Luxor as well as the guy in Florida can loose a ton of money if it doesn't work out just like me.
They are not called scammers, they are called market makers. Some due diligence and work on your part will give you a better understanding of what I call the devils playground. That is where buyers and sellers come together in Pennyland to play with the market makers who buy and sell among themselves and short sell and buyback all day long. If you don't know what they are doing and why it is easy to get trapped in their game. The fact is you and I are already trapped by thinking we are long term investors in any penny stock. There is a lot to this so dig in and go to the education boards on IHUB to learn the ropes.
You could be absolutely correct but MM's are also in the business of making money and killing the goose that laid the golden egg is not in their best interest or game plan. Most likely, if the volume is there, they will move it up to accommodate the day traders and keep the goose alive for as long as they can. We have allocated funds exclusively to HBRM to play the swings and end up with a long term position.
Nobody cares about the Searchlight Mine or Agers past in this business. We are all in pursuit of whats happening now.
The Searchlight Mine is a legacy of C. Ager Sr. and to my knowledge has not been proven to be anything one way or the other, ever.
FYI:
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/shoshone-silvergold-announces-letter-of-intent-to-acquire-a-50-interest-in-the-gold-hill-district-properties-held-by-desert-hawk-gold-corp-2012-02-15?siteid=nbsh
The idea conveyed is to obtain the permits needed to commence a mining operation within a year. To me that means you are actually mining when you obtain the final permit after construction and fulfilling all other requirements. You will not get a permit for the operation unless it is fully operational in every way and that is when you commence mining. Why wouldn't you? Additionally, this operation id in Utah a very friendly mining state as far as I can see.
Otherwise, it is mentioned in other company press releases that the Strand Silver mine and Kimberly or Rescue Gold Mine would be in production this spring. That the Kimberly or Rescue Gold Gold Mine is actually under construction this winter to improve and update the infrastructure. It was mentioned that about 50% of The Strand Silver resource was at or near the surface and easily extracted and delivered to the mill to convert into concentrate. An Engineer took numerous samples and produced assay results that were reported.
The Kimberly gold mine was the subject of a NI 43-101 study some years ago as mentioned on the website, There is no link to the document on the website and no record of it on SEDAR. When asked about the document, I was told that it is being updated. However as you know it is not legal for a US based company to use this document for resource definition for a U.S. Property. Crosby and company had nothing to do with this little anomaly. Lex had no idea what I was talking about.
Having researched many mining operations throughout the world, this one looks as good as they get considering the quality of management, the availability of financing and the quality and quantity of the resources. Why this company is not in the limelight is beyond me.
Also, how the price of the stock conforms to almost perfect 5 point spreads between trades is suspect.
