Well then they can tell the business community to go private and do what they want. But if they want to trade their stock publicly using the market then they have to be current with their filings.. There is a reason why the system lets this continue because it benefits more then just insiders monetarily. That is why Roger Glen took money and that scenario goes round and round through the brokers DTC and so forth.
Hey Brad you sent me a private message that was pretty pathetic.. Warnings do not cut it with me. If a company does not file it should not trade PERIOD. Just 1 small rule. Now how complicated is that.
No kidding... If there were enough regulations to stop penny stock fraud you would not have to be here convincing others on a public forum of a obvious scam while the regulators let it continue to trade. You don't think that is criminal? Answer one question does the SEC consider most OTC stocks to be scams.. No matter what your answer is the SEC will look bad. Why because they let it continue.
Your mind set is the same as those who run the system. Whether its a small investor or large investor they work to protect us but they fail miserably in doing just that.. Thanks for your honest reply.
In the world of the broader markets, penny stocks don't represent very much money.
That's why.
Well then what about them being on top of penny scams which is much broader then just INSIDERS.. They continue to let it happen. That in itself is criminal
I couldn't agree with you more. The regulatory agencies and the Fed should have been on top of the credit mess as it was happening, and they weren't.
No regulations to stop it is that a simple enough answer for you?
Just about anyone with the way the OTC market is set up. Like I said they get away with it over and over..
Hope so nufced
I think many who read your words can see through BS..
People in these are trying to make a few hundred dollars. The major players wouldn't even bother for those kinds of figures.
Yes in the OTC as well. Great platform to NSS
No its actually about Naked short-sellers
Again if you stand behind this statement you made don't waste my time. What risk if the Company no longer exist's.
Janice,
Tell me janice how long was criminal behavior going on to get where the markets are now.. Why was it not stopped before it reached this level.. Who did not do their job or should I say who was above the law and created loopholes to steal. Or did you forget about those multi million dollar bonuses for the ones running the very companies that are liquidating while screwing millions of investors...
Naked short-sellers may have no shame, but they're about to take a fall. Chairman Christopher Cox of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission told the Senate on Tuesday that he will issue an order creating measures to curb the practice of selling short stock in major American financial firms without borrowing the requisite shares.
The practice of naked short selling is already illegal, but the rules are widely flouted and are not subject to much oversight.

MYTH HUH...
Oh he is a witness... While increasing the Auth to 800 billion and writing a opinion letter that makes a whole bunch of sense..
What does it have to do with Frizzel.. What about the SEC they filed a suit RG was not mentioned and a whole lot more.
There were many not mentioned.. That should have been
Janice trying to take away attention to the real scam? You keep banging on this tiny penny stock CMKX.. How do you know I even hold it.. Why was Roger Glen not mentioned in this so called scam he was right in the middle of it .. The big pump started when he came on board.. He even knew about URBAN giving out stock at the Denver race like candy.. Stop diverting attention from the real scam.. Or is that your job?
Urban was able to do what he did because the system allowed it.. You seem to continue to make excuses for the ones who regulate the Market... Pretty nice Monday huh... How did the market get to where it is today.. Common sense rules excuses is pure BS
Another thing PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP TO THE TRUTH..
They are filing for Bankruptcy.. LOW?
Yeah right the Grandfather clause had everything to do with not covering failures to deliver. The problem with you is you stand behind a system that got us in this MESS we now have..
Right BS OTC Companies are virtually all start up companies..
Grandfather clause had everything to do with screwing the investor something you keep screaming on this Board about. With regards to CMKX there was a substantial FTD.. Don't like it tough.
The Grandfather clause had nothing to do with CMKX because CMKX did not have any significant FTDs.
Has to do with Profit and LOSS still want hIm to be more specific.. Share price will effect a penny stock much more then a Nasdaq stock.. So again be more specific. WAITING
Tell me how many in the system that are paid to protect us LIE.. Lets get to the KINGPINS in all this not just a former Prison guy by the name of URBAN.. What was the Grandfather clause set up to do.. Also are you from Venus?
Be more specific..
operating statement?
Right he lied... In PR's no less huh.. Also at the party in front of the SEC..
Well whoopee Doo Compare that too Bear Sterns, Lehman Brothers, Citi, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac just to name a few and thousands of others.. Tell me how did they do what they did.
BE SPECIFIC
Tell me how URBAN was able to do what he did EINSTIEN..
Have you read the News lately. Or are you from some other planet..
I think criminal behavior is wrong.
No you are just pontalba. A anonymous poster with a talent to point fingers at a man you could only wish to be..
You only wish..

Cheers and Huzahs to a man who truly lived life.
We are all the better for him having been here; all of us - not just the CMKM family. We will never know in a public way all that he did; truly a role model for each of us.
Enjoy it Bob, you've earned it and very richly deserve it!

When the stock price is deflated it sure does effect a company who are you kidding..
Maybe this current Market and financial system which THE COURTS are a part of would not be in such a turmoil not to mention on a verge of a complete collapse if they were not so corrupt in protecting those who have stolen for years in the trillions of dollars. WHO is losing now.. OH YES THEY ARE DEPENDING ON TAXPAYERS TO BAIL THEM OUT.. Americans are getting the picture and had enough..
Certainly someone should. Maybe he and O'Quinn wouldn't have lost so many lawsuits.
That is the most stupidest statement I have ever read on a board. They would want it to die to walk away from covering any short position thus they make a 100% profit.. Nice HUH.. That statement you made just gave you away..
Huh? Why should shorts want to "kill" any company? If it dies, they'll never be able to make any money on it again.
Even if the outstanding goes to 27 billion so what.. There has been no valuation other then some Pink Sheet stock price which continues to fall HGLC is now .0012.
Many did not buy where you did while Alan and others pumped it remember it went as high as .0009.. I myself do not mind positive posts on a stock that has facts to back it up this stock has nothing but HOT AIR. Your post speaks well of your charector. What about the many who lost buying on the pump while you and others sold for a profit of course they do not factor in
This thing has made me money
Not as simple as buying back and canceling
They bought the shares in the market so they would reside in a account at a brokerage house. Tell me what is so complicated with cancelling shares they claimed to have bought..
Well if TA's records are what count we are in big trouble since they are being sued by the SEC..
No you read again as stated in a 8k..
The Company will ensure that all of these shares of its Common Stock repurchased; are cancelled by the Transfer Agent in the week commencing Monday August 25, 2008. And then this PR.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080820/0426962.html
These quoted number of shares of the Company's outstanding stock will not be updated with the Transfer Agent until next week as the Company's CEO is travelling until Monday. The date on that PR above was Wednesday August 20, 1:42 pm ET
Poor choice of words if you ask me..
