No kidding... If there were enough regulations to stop penny stock fraud you would not have to be here convincing others on a public forum of a obvious scam while the regulators let it continue to trade. You don't think that is criminal? Answer one question does the SEC consider most OTC stocks to be scams.. No matter what your answer is the SEC will look bad. Why because they let it continue.
