I think something is going to change next week. The MM's are not trading like they've been in the past months.
the next couple of weeks should be interesting....
I say we skip the appointment, and just show up at their front door.
Hell, i will be glad to join you...
I'm in Los Angels... how far are you?
Has anyone noticed the low volume?
NITE is off the BID, but still on the ASK for .0002.
Any thoughts?
This is what I see...
Apricus Model Numbers: AP-22 & AP-30
Does anyone else agree?
When I called SRCC, the model numbers that were pending certification were #'s TS-30S & TS-22S.
The 2 model numbers were TS-22S, and TS-30S.
Status of the SRCC certification on Trendsetter's Evacuated Tube Collectors.
I made a couple off calls this morning into SRCC to inquire about the pending certification from TSSP. What helped was the post that <gravestonedoji> posted. The site had the new model numbers I needed for the tube collectors. With the model numbers I managed to inquire about the certification directly into SRCC. They were actually pretty helpful. I pretended to be a potential customer, and was inquiring on TrendSetters pending certification before I made the huge investment.
Status is near its final stage for certification. There are only a few documents pending and should be complete by early next month. The contact mentioned that i should be able to start the job by June.
I'm a little at ease now that I know this is actually taking place.
Im trying to find the model or name of their solar collectors that were pending the SRCC certification. Does anyone have any idea what the model number is?
I picked up another 10Mill @ .0002
This thing will either kick me in the a**, or reward me in the near future.
I hope it's the last of the two.
The Trade took place around 11:42 this morning. I went back to my e-tarde account to find out if the trades came up as green candle sticks, or black. The trade was a combination of 3 candles, 3mil was a Red candle stick, and 6.5mil was a black candle stick. Anyone else buying at these prices?
Do any of you know the difference between the color of the candles stick on trades?
I always thought it was:
Black = MM trades
Green = Buy Orders
Red = Sell Orders.
Any thoughts?
I plan on it... and have a good reason to punch Dirk on the face if no PR's are released.
He needs to start doing his job....
Linda,
I’m feeling cheated as well... I’m on the same boat with all of you. I feel that the company is holding information or stack pilling PR's. The link to the EXPO in Southern California should be a great opportunity for exposure. It’s only a week away, and I hope they plan on attending the show. This is exactly the type of market TrendSetter is going after.
On the other hand... I'm to the point where I think we, as shareholders need to demand an update. Why has it taken so long to get the financials released? They are 2 months passed due from their last commitment. This is unacceptable... and I feel the person responsible for the delay should be terminated.
Here’s a challenge for Dirk Atkins... It’s your job to make sure you look out for the shareholders best interest. It's time to step up to the plate and start doing your job. Shareholders have the right to know what is going on, so reply back to our emails, phone calls, or give us SOMETHING.
Don't Leave us in the dark!
I asked... it was a business meeting some wherein California. I was unable to get the details. But that was not the purpose of my call.... this show could provide them with the exposure they need. Specially if their new Evacuated Tube Solar Hot Water Collectors are certified by the (SRCC) before May 1st.
SoCalbuilderexpo is different than other regional trade shows by not charging a fee for attending, over 25 FREE seminars, and panel discussions presented by industry experts..
This would be a great show for TrendSetter to attend.
I tried calling today to see if they had plans to attend the show, but it seems management was out on travel.
I will try calling again tomorrow.....
http://www.socalbuilderexpo.com/index.htm
I was able to pick up 7 Million shares at $.0002 earlier this week. I was sitting on 13 Million and felt the number was an unlucky number to be sitting on....
People.... this is not a stock that will make us rich in the near future. I don't see a revers split any time soon, in fact I was told that its not being considered at the moment.
Im just speculating... but I would imagine the stock price would hit $.01 to $.02 after the financials and share holders meeting takes place. I would also imagine that the company is pilling up PR's.
Honestly... I don't think he reads the emails. I have tried calling today, but the operator tells me that their extreamly busy at the moment.
I wonder if their busy finalizing contracts, new marketing plans, or press releases.
I guess we will find out in the weeks to come....
Hawaii Update - Senate Bill 64
Currently, homeowners who install solar water systems can get a state tax credit of 35 percent, a federal credit of 30 percent, and, if they use one of HECO's approved contractors, they can also qualify for an additional $1,000 rebate.
Is TSSP, HECO approved? We need exposure in Hawaii... lets all flood Dirk Atkins with calls asking for a plan to cover this state?

Lawmakers Approve Plan To Finance Renewable Energy
DENVER (AP) ― A bill that would allow communities to help homeowners and businesses finance solar, wind and energy efficiency improvements won unanimous approval in the House Transportation Committee on Tuesday.
The bill (House Bill 1350) will allow people who invest in renewable energy and efficiency improvements to pay back loans through a property lien.
The bill now goes to the full House for debate.
Rep. Alice Madden, D-Boulder, said more people would invest in high-priced improvements if they could afford it.
"Even with rebates, the average homeowner might not think they can afford to install energy efficiency or clean energy improvements in their homes," she said.
Pam Kiely, program director for Environment Colorado, a coalition of environmental groups, said homes and businesses can help themselves.
The bill won wide support from community leaders, who said it would allow them to promote their own energy efficiency programs, in addition to state programs promoted by Gov. Bill Ritter.
"Financing energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources has always been a challenge. The governor has asked every Coloradan to work with him in cutting the state's greenhouse gas emissions," said Boulder County Commissioner Will Toor.
Ken Recelson, spokesman for the Colorado Solar Energy Industry Association, said it costs about $24,000 for solar electric power systems and another $10,000 for solar hot water. They said some of the costs are covered by rebates. He said it's cheaper and better to install it in new homes while they are being built.
"Retrofits are tough," he told the committee.

I know that they have added to their sales staff. In fact... their main focus has been sales for the past couple of months.
We might see some news on some sales figures when they release the financials. I get the same feed back you all get from Atkins.
But the new BILL is great news for all of us... if passed by the White House, this would extended the Federal Tax rebates or credits into the next several years. I believe the federal tax credits is 30% off the cost from the unit.
Correct me if i'm wrong...

Orange County Commissioner Proposes Solar Water Heaters For Fire Stations
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Orange County commissioner has a green way to save money in the wake of budget problems.
Commissioner Bill Segal wants to replace all the water heaters at county fire stations with solar water heaters. Segal says they are more energy efficient and it's a proven way to save money.
"Solar heaters are an old proven energy-saving technology. This is the green-era and it's terrific, but there are a lot of new technologies out there. They're not proven, they may be very labor intensive, repair-intensive. Solar water has been around for a long time," said Commissioner Segal.
The plan still needs final approval by the county commission.

County to explore solar water heater mandate
by Nathan Eagle - The Garden Island
Solar hot water heaters can save families thousands of dollars on energy costs and reduce the county’s reliance on imported oil, yet most homes persist without the technology, officials said yesterday.
After developing legislation with community members over the past three years, County Councilwoman JoAnn Yukimura said she has plans to introduce a bill at the local level that could change this trend.
The proposed ordinance would require solar hot water heaters on all new single-family units and duplex residential construction on Kaua‘i.
“We are moving as a global community from cheap, abundant fossil fuel to scarce, expensive fossil fuel,” she said. “We need to protect our community against ever-rising prices and dependence on fossil fuels.”
Yukimura will serve on an expert panel discussing the technology at 6 p.m. Monday at the Mo‘ikeha Building in meeting rooms 2A-2B. Apollo Kaua‘i, a grassroots energy alternatives group, is hosting the meeting.

The Hawaii Legislature is considering a law that would require all new homes to be built with solar water heating systems.
The plan would apply to homes built after Jan. 1, 2010 and also would end current state solar tax credits for any home built after that.
The Sierra Club says Hawaii would be the first state requiring solar water systems in homes.
The plan is being considered as oil prices move well above $100 a barrel and gas prices in Hawaii start to top $4 a gallon.
Opponents of the measure say it would drive up home prices and would likely be unnecessary because many builders already are installing solar water heating or offering it as an option.

Anyone buying at these price's?
I would imagine that they would announce the following:
Patents Pending.
New Product to be released.
Increase in sales.
Increase in Staff.
Who knows... perhaps a revers split if the PPS hits $.01 / $.05
Just speculation...
They are off the bid and ask. Could be a good sign... perhaps we will see financials today, or no later than end of this week. With a date and place of the shareholders meeting.
House passes $18 billion in new taxes on biggest oil companies
http://www.9news.com/rss/article.aspx?storyid=87168
What if money is being raised for R&D, and new Patent's?
The last time I spoke with Dirk.
He mentioned that he was expecting the final draft from their CPA Firm on the financials on Tuesday 12th in the AM. That was this week.
Has anyone else gotten a chance to see if they have a date as to when the financials would be released?
Also, who plan s on attending the share holders meeting. Dirk has informed me that the date has not changed and would announce the location real soon.
House Democrats Unveil New Energy Tax Package
Last update: 2/12/2008 7:07:35 PM

Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Democrats who lead the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday unveiled a new bill to extend tax breaks for investments in solar hot water heaters, wind-power projects, and buildings that are designed to be energy efficient. The Democratic-controlled chamber is seeking to pass a wide-ranging, $17.5 billion renewable energy and building-efficiency bill even though Republicans have repeatedly blocked their efforts in the Senate. In renewing their push, Democrats are relying on the same financing plan that produced Senate opposition last year: repealing tax breaks granted to oil and gas companies. "The American taxpayer should not be subsidizing oil and gas companies during times of record profits and record prices at the pump," said House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., in a statement. "We need an energy plan that reduces our dependency on foreign oil and invests in clean, renewable technology that will create jobs here in America." New York is a big winner in the bill, while the oil companies that reside in Texas would lose out. Under the bill, Congress would provide tax credits for transportation projects connecting with the New York Liberty Zone, the area of Lower Manhattan that was damaged in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Oil companies would lose some $13.6 billion in tax breaks granted in 2004 for domestically produced goods, and another $4.1 billion from less favorable tax treatment for some kinds of foreign income. Republicans are almost certain to cry foul, reflecting their view that the U.S. should focus on increasing domestic oil production, such as through drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Democrats have tended to focus on making the economy more energy efficient and encouraging investment in renewable energy. Under the bill, Congress would extend for three years, until Dec. 31, 2011, tax credits for investments in wind-power developments, geothermal and trash combustion facilities, and other projects that generate power from so-called renewable energy. For projects that get up and running starting in 2010, the total amount of tax credits that can be earned would be limited to 35% of a facility's costs. The measure is estimated to result in tax breaks of $6.57 billion over 10 years. Congress would also extend for eight years, through the end of 2016, tax credits for commercial investments in solar-energy equipment. Companies are currently able to receive a credit of 30% of the cost of solar-energy projects, with no limit, but those credits will expire at year's end unless Congress acts. Congress would extend until the end of 2014 the tax credit for homeowners who buy solar panels or solar hot water heaters. The tax credit would also be more generous, doubling to $4,000 from $2,000. Democrats are counting on making their case by pointing out that oil companies are earning record profits as oil prices hover close to new highs. ExxonMobil Corp. (XOM) earlier this month reported the biggest annual profit from recurring business ever posted in U.S. corporate history, while Chevron Corp. (CVX), the No. 2 U.S. oil company, also had a record year. -By Siobhan Hughes, Dow Jones Newswires; 202-862-6654; Siobhan.Hughes@dowjones.com (END) Dow Jones NewswiresFebruary 12, 2008 19:07 ET (00:07 GMT)
Financials are done... just going through the last sign off's. I would expect to see something by next week.
Anyone planning to attend the shareholders meeting?
Couple of things...
1- Have you seen how many views the interview has?
Friday 9:55PM California time... 1092 views.
http://www.wallst.net/audio/audio.asp?ticker=TSSP&id=4388
2- Today... Yahoo Finance has finally given TSSP its own message board.
Its out.... it took place this morning.
http://www.wallst.net/audio/audio.asp?ticker=TSSP&id=4388
John Edwards solar speech.... Mentions Solar Hot Water.
I found this post on the Yahoo:WWAT -Message Board.
http://www.lcv.org/newsroom/press-releas
"..reclaim the spirit of American ingenuity that has driven great advances and helped us overcome great challenges in the past. Right now, we’re sitting by the side of the road, as foreign companies race ahead with developing green technology. Bell Labs invented the solar cell in New Jersey in 1954, but, today, 90% of solar panels are manufactured overseas. China’s (STP) even produced a solar billionaire.
First, I will cut carbon welfare sub-subsidies for oil companies to raise money that will be invested in renewable fuels like wind, solar, biofuels, and turbo charging our energy efficiency technology. Second, I’ll spark a new era of innovation and competition by modernizing our electricity grids. New, SMARTT grids will let entrepreneurs create renewable energy and then to sell it back into the grid.
[APPLAUSE]
There’ll also be safer, more efficient, and more reliable. Third, I will seed innovation by giving low-interest loans to homeowners and small businesses for new technologies like solar hot water and electric systems. These systems are expensive, as all of you know, up front, but they pay off for families in the long run, particularly when excess power can be sold to their neighbors. Four, I’ll create a new market for energy efficiency. Right now, utilities profit from selling electricity, but have absolutely no incentive to help their customers use less energy. We, I will call on states to separate utilities’ energy profits from their sales, as California has done, so that they can profit by meeting customers’ needs with more efficient technology. Now, don’t get me wrong, getting to the new energy future that all of us want to see happen for this country.."
I don't have real-time trading information either.... but it looks like someone just purchased 46,000,000 shares. Can someone help us confirm this?
They left out EMKR... huge contracts announced this week and more to come...
Did you know that E-Trade had a no commission or broker fee today? Today was just the case were some of us could sell and buy back for tax purposes. I was one of them... and still hold my ownership of over 10,000,000.
Next year will be our year.
Lets get some call's in too Dirk... and see when financials will be released. Emails will not get answered...
"TrendSetter’s systems are the first to be approved for rebates for a commercial project in the state of California"
This should say it all... we are the first for California to be approved for rebates....
They don't respond to emails... the last couple times they responded to emails it ended up on message boards.
Just call the company... be patient. If Dirk is not available, then try again later. Don't get frustrated with the unanswered emails... I felt the same way before.
Was it an email when you asked the question or was it over the phone?
Ok... this is my last one.
But this explains how it all works...
