BIG BEWS!!!
Did you mean BOOS?
LOL...How manny Rac-Pack members will it take to successfully raid a medium size kitchen at 3:00 AM?
"Still predicting BBRW to surge strong."
You got the 'proof'...now it looks like you may have to hire a licensed investment advisor or accountant to explain it to you??
GLTY and JMO
Looks like many are exiting after the 10-K revealed the truth? Hard to argue against 'facts'.
JMO
All orchestrated from behind the curtain by ex-con Scott Sand. Good luck to anyone who still doesn't recognize the truth about BBRW after this 10-K.
JMO
BBRW Management were the ones lying to shareholders all along...the !0-K 'proved it'. Your money has gone to the lucky insiders and note holders who converted at a 50-60% discount to retail and then dumpted BILLIONS of those converted shares onto naive and uninformed investors in the open market...simple.
GLTY and JMO
All fake announcements!
At the same time their web site stated that SIML "planned to design one", but yet included a picture of some 'unidentified' Brewbuilt equipment just to try and fool the naive traders LOL.
Thanks!
Excellent DD!
LOL...They forgot to mention that their new headquarters for the new brewery is the same address as the NEVER OCCUPIED office of SIML (since it's inception) 5 yeras ago???? Pictures are in the IBOX Intro.
"ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

Grass Valley, California
ARTICLE III.
NATURE OF BUSINESS AND POWERS.
The purpose for which the corporation is organized is the transaction of any or all lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated under the Florida Business Corporation Act." Scams included!
It's the job of any trustworthy company to supply proof to it's shareholders for what they claim. Ask 'them' to show you some proof they've ever designed and built a CBD extractor, or ever sold and billed a single unit to anybody?
It's not the job of posters on social media to supply you with "proof" of anything. Some basic DD might help?
GLTY and JMO
You have been bamboozled!
“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It is simply too painful to acknowledge,,,even to ourselves...that we’ve been so credulous.” — Carl Sagan
Funny, there have been no definitive agreements (8-ks) filed regarding any agreements with other countries or companies?? No links to support of all the social media statements?
"Soon both will be in trips and eventually no bid."
Same old pattern... wipe old shareholders off the books with a R/S hoping most will double down trying to win their money back before the wife and kids find out they've been bamboozled LOL.
LOLOL Jef 'claimed' BBRW would sell $25 Million in hardware by spring of 2021. Who paid for all the workers and extra space needed in order to accomplish that? (in California during the pandemic)???? Can't wait to see an 'audited' 10-K!
"What is the RS ratio?"
Five in the last 5 years LOLOLOL.
All corporate assets are shareholder owned funds and share buy backs and dividends usually require financial evidence that shows the company actually has 'excess' capial available to do one (without jeapordizing the company's day to day operations and potential success).
Have you done any DD with the Florida SOS regarding any BBRW share buyback approval?
Each state has it's own corporate laws. That's why I suggested you do some bascic DD and contact the Florida SOS direct if you are the least bit concerned about your invesrtment funds.

"I'm sure he has a history due to the amount of money and costs that go into manufacturing the equipment he manufactures and from the time he started his company."
What a poster on social media says 'he's sure of' means little!
10-K should be out soon to confirm what has really been happening, or not happening.
"Jef has history of record millions in sales."
That 'history', as you call it, has not yet been laid out for shareholders... best to wait for the upcoming 'audited' 2020 10-K LOL.
Apparently your view of reality is being blocked by something.
Did you just make that up?? They got the notice because they are were a seriously delinquent filer under SEC rules...and having not filed anything by the deadline, they are still a delinquent filer, are they not? LOL.
No updated filings were submitted to Edgar by the 16th (final date to respond) so tic tock, tic tock, til revocation notice arrives!
"I wonder if Anheuser-Busch is still "on the radar?"
I doubt if they ever were...GlobeNewswire is a fee based company that will print whatever a company gives (pays) them to print...They don't 'verify' anything?
When was the last time BUD used 'toxic death spiral financing' to expand their operations? LOL
"The default penalties alone are worth more than the amount of stock they claimed to buy back."
Yes, and all the unpaid default fees, loan fees and interest, nust be COMPOUNDED Quarterly. Thats why it's called DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING. It 'kills' every OTC company that tries to use it to finance operations, regardless of their 'great potential'.
That's exactly why 99% of all penny stocks have failed to ever reach their 'potential'. Insiders, converible note buyers, and 'traders' have been stealing all the investor's money for years.
You forgot to mention the 4,211,058,579 outstanding shares and BBRW's outstanding debt obligations?
"Wasn't a Scott Sand relative the CEO of FBEC?"
Yorkshire was a cover company originated by Donna Murtaugh (Scotts girlfriend, now wife I think) they both had huge 'consulting agreements' with FBEC lol. They used his residence in Rough and Ready (next door to Grass Valley) as FBEC's corporate location in SEC filings.
Of course! It's fantasy IMO!
Best to check with the NYSE to see if they would even consider an application from a company that had never qualified or traded on any 'exchange' before?
"Company will be self funding from here on out!!"
LOL...they had no choice because the SEC changed it's rules in 2020 regarding toxic funders being able to any longer convert toxic notes unless they were a 'SEC registered securities dealer'.
To my knowledge none of BBRW's toxic note buyers were registered securities dealers? Thus the 1-A filing Aug 13.
An SEC required (audited) 10-K for 2020 will need to reveal everything.

"Brewbilt gave Bgreen (controlled by Optempus) $4 million worth of convertible Preferred A shares. For what? What did shareholders get for that $4 million? Nothing."
You forgot to mention that Optempus Investments is Scott Sand's (and his wife) 'cover' company for FBEC, SIML and BBRW as well as their fake 'susiduaries' LOL.
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/fbec-worldwide-pk-FBEC/stock-price
Corporate office for FBEC was his home in Rough and Ready (next door to Grass Valley).
Your DD is spot on so far by the way!
"What again is Scott Sand's position in Brewbilt!?"
He just told you where you can find out LOL. Real investment DD is finding out what they dont want you to know, not what they do want you to know, which is seldom, if ever, hidden. Any moron can simply read what's been published by the management of an OTC company.
Excellent research on SIML/BBRW...thanks for posting!
Unfortunately, most will just ignore it in favor of their fantasy outcome lol.

"The SEC's Office of Investor Education and Advocacy recently alerted investors to the significant risks of making investment decisions based on social media."
Looks like the SEC took OC millionaire down for lying to people on social media...who could have thunk it would ever happen to such a nice pumper guy LOL.
Makes one wonder how much Sand was paying him to pump this POS and BBRW?
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2021-46
LOL...potential CBD fusion into beer being touted here.. BBRW
That is a good question for the DD Support board, not a biased stock specific board like this one.
