I am starting to believe this myself. This is dead right now until they announce news on any new formula for their drink and have it approved.
All this constant 'to the moon BS' and a little pop here and there does not make this a great stock.
Down 20%... Up 10% .... Does not make for a good stock. Not sure how anyone can be gung-ho about it right now
I hit reply too quickly. Ok thank you. I figured it was that ... Just wanted to know what it stood for
I still would like to see them churn out something. Have we even seen them produce any fertilizer on a prototype scale ? I have yet to see anything and I've been here since 2012
Dumb question but what does 'EPC' stand for? I understand it is the engineering feasibility /
Is it salt in our wounds if I added to that quote ' which got in front of the Hardee site...?'
Ugh. Still accumulating though.
This is such a dumb post. I know I have my comments about where MINE is going but this cr@p is exactly the same as the overly positive spin that people put on here.
Nope. RS and THEN more dilution. Not the opposite. This will NOT move no matter how many boards you put it on.
They are in chile drawing off the checks they made from their RS a year ago. Money goes a long way down there.
It will
Move with the RS then down the toilet as it did last RS.
Well this is going no where fast....
Once they start filing you know the RS is coming. Oh... And maybe a MOU or some reports saying ' we have gooooooolllld in them there hills'
Yes thank u. I didn't know there were three levels :(
The whole premise of BION is to be able to take solid biomass waste and convert it into syngas. The syngas is then a feedstock to the next few processes which ( in Bions case) happen to make nitrogen fertilizer / ammonia etc. The great part about the entire 'modular' process is that natural gas can be used as an alternative to syngas should it become really cheap. But also on the latter ends, syngas can be used to create all different types of fuels by adjusting the air / oxygen mixtures during the gasification processes ( resulting in different types of syngas for the final product).

Where's the Pirate ol one eye.
No. We cannot change the numbers if the past but you can question them. Just accepting them at face value is complete ignorance if you are an ' investor'. But if you want to make a quick buck then there in lies why you are accepting them.
You make it sound like my 'bag' is a heavy burden. It is not. It lies with people who have opinions and draw a conclusion if fact and disseminates it as such. Do your DD. Don't just accept it.
I had stated before that I was disappointed Vit fizz chose the route of these ingredients. I think they could have done a better job and really promoting a 'more healthy' beverage. It is not a water substitute and it is not a healthy beverage. However my comments should not be misconstrued to the point that I don't believe there is a market or niche for the beverage. I think it does have a market potential. And spark I've shows this.
I am just saying do some more digging before you use reviews that are easily faked to support your MO.
GLTY
That is a bogus response.. "It is what it is..." It may be my opinion because its difficult to prove... but the supporting basis lies with statistics as you used in your message.
You can have your 10 opinion all you want. It doesnt make others like it and it doesnt 'prove' the amazon reviews are valid. In fact it even justifies the bogusness ( if that is a word) of those reviews with you stating its a 10 out of 5.
But I digress...
Bottoms. If you are using statistics, statistics would say that those numbers are flawed. It pretty obvious the reviews are coming from investors / people on this board. Read through the reviews. They are bogus ( at least most if them are). Some are even calling it healthy or alternatives to water. Ha. Who calls something with three preservatives in it 'healthy'?
And 95% 5 stars? Come on. That shouldn't be used for defense or supporting evidence. Looks like something out of a climate change deniers handbook.
Buuuuut. I could be wrong. Even sparky ice's review are mostly bogus.
That aside. The company is executing and rolling out product. If they continue and we see done good numbers... Perhaps 2-3 cents by Xmas.
I know I know it's a sparky ice article but if mine gets to be a 100-200 mil company in two years... That's a pretty good investment for today's numbers. Even with the share structure

The news will be a reverse split probably along with another MOU or report that there is gold and copper in a mine somewhere. But nothing has been done
No. I'm not here to rain on anyone's parade. But that's what it is right now. A parade. There has been no update on what they are doing with regards to the ingredients list, FDA letter etc. You can't just wave your hands in the air thinking it will magically fix itself.
First off. I out it this way. A perso. Puts out a beverage on the market without doing his/ due diligence and blatantly outright misses the fact they have a 'supplement' or what the FDA regards as a supplement as an ingredient? That's a huge red flag. When it comes to starting a company, you need to execute and know how to execute. That was blatant misstep. Will he recover. Maybe. But throwing rumors out there and coincidences doesn't build a solid foundation of being sure.
Thorne was asking the right questions because they need to be answered to show how the company will execute. Marketing alone will not bring a company to the big light. And Pepsi co is no where near buying this company out. If I was Pepsi, is look at what they just did, putting a beverage out to market with governed ingredients, and think that would be more of a liability than a positive thing. Just my two cents.
As I said. I am long. But I'm down a bit. I took a chance and I can live with it. But I'm not making up stories to make me feel better. If like facts.
On a side note. Thanks for the info on building international brand. I still have some hope but I am not as happy as a camper as u or some others here. I need facts and to hear something from the company to feel better about it.
GLTYA
Send a few pics
Does not warrant a 1.2 billion dollar company just because you've seen and bought them. .50 is a farrrrrr reach unless you have some other analysis.
You don't need fluff PRs but in that sense your positive outlook is very fluffy in itself without substance.
No news. No idea how product is selling. I am invested but far from happy and not even close to your enthusiasm.
GL
Please explain your reasoning?
No news. Products don't seem to be out there. Just need some insight from people who really think that highly if this stock.
Calling it a 'company' is an over statement.
Oxidizer valve is used to mix two forms of fuel. Probably liquid oxygen and some other liquid fuel. ( or air and
Fuel). It usually looks like a Venturi that uses either a ball actuated or variable pneumatic valve to control flow of the liquid into the flow. The fuel will either be pressurized or get 'sucked ' into the Venturi created by the low pressure due to the in the Venturi. Think of a stream or tier that pinches. The flow increases at this location. With any fluid, this creates a low pressure. It also is a good place to 'mix' fuel. Which in this place is oxygen of some sort.
Hope that's not too wordy.
Looks like I hurt your feelings... Truth hurts.
For the record I never said your were my savior. I said you THINK you are a savior. Big difference. But u wouldn't know cause you're so high on yourself. Good luck with all that name calling. It may expose you too much.
So OOS thinks he's the savior.
Relax. You do not bring 'extra info' or enlighten us with much. While I applaud your attempts at being positive, most on here have far better extensive knowledge of this company than any other penny that I have seen. We just don't fluff it up like you... The OOS.
In fact it's probably better that way ( quiet) so we can weed through the Pom Pom rituals.
You're so high on yourself that you read past what most people have said about you thinking they are promoting/ and enjoying your post in some positive way. They are not. You took it upon yourself to write in this board because no one else is? We don't have to thank you for it ( nor does the company).
It's actually nice to be able to read good info without sorting through fluff like yours. People are long here and have done their DD. Keep it low key and quiet so we can get meaty news not bogus fluff and some Flag waving lunatic who thinks he should be paid for regurgitating anything at all.
Were not your life stats or ur bragging about who follows you on tweets. So quiet down and keep the info on BION and latest developments. Many of us have been here a long time. And I'm sure you were not here then. But you can claim all you want. Doesn't make a difference. Were here for BION.
Are you from central or South America? I am asking because it's the way you talk ... And it would explain a few things.
Good luck and please stop enlightening us with your stats and your bragging
Dude. You state they have developed ( past tense ) something. It is still in development. This technology is so new that they are still experimenting and getting it right. Have you ever developed any sort of technology before? From the ground up? I have. Several times and all too often the business people ( as u describe they need) sell something way to premature or under budget/ under schedule something just to make the fast buck. Believe me id rather have something months late and right than on time and is a pos that you are spending lots more money to support / catch up.
Partnering / beta sites etc is the way to go. Sh&t. They have Honeywell as a test site. If you know anything about tech, they are a big company on sensors and such. Especially optical sensors. So... Look at their news on 6-19. That correlates to what Honeywell makes. Put the pieces together.
I pasted the link to NASA earlier. Not sure if there is a foothold there. I don't like to speculate too much but it is interesting to see inspection there. Not many companies doing in process inspection.
So I hope they keep doing this. Because hat makes a great product is time to get it right. Steve jobs had 10s of years. He was broke and went to microcr@p for money. Only then did apple really take off. So bad analogy because it took apple quote a bit of time to get it right.
IMO
Spiced it up?
Something is fishy. Especially with the narcissism ( if it can be called that)
Why the #%?!|\<> would try price the shares below the existing pps. This happened with ast| and all hell broke loose. It shows no confidence in where they are and does not bode well for strength of stock.
Ugh!
Who talks like this????
It's like the cicada rhythms... Every 7 years or so a brood pops up. I wonder if this is another brood popping up or just one lonely cicada in the tree who woke up too early / late
When did u get this message?
Señor c. Thanks. I was getting to this. ( about whole foods) I will try to find a few more links about stevia.
The thing is that public perception if stevia is that it is healthier than many others. It is not an artificial
Sweetener. But as a supplement. So why not captioned in that.
Look at mcd9nalds. It has a public perception now that it is unhealthy and it is difficult to shake. They have been trying to
Promote healthier items but it has been difficult. If vitamin fizz promotes itself as a healthy alternative to soda, they missed an opportunity to do so with the ingredients. Back in march there were several people here saying the bottle formula will be differently is not.
Will it sell. Yes. But again it's another 'me too ' product. I wish they combined the opportunity of a great name with a supporting healthier choice of ingredients. Perceived or actual. IMO
SS. I've done enough DD. I said I wish they used stevia. I hate the taste of Sucralose and in my opinion I'd rather have the stevia made from a plant rather than the sucrose modified with chlorine.
My healthy comment was more directed towards all the preservatives.
I agree with the other post. They could have marketed this and made it with a few more healthier choices. It's an opportunity missed. While the initial 'newness' of the product may turn out well, the longevity of a more natural product marketed well has the staying power. They have the name but the ingredients imply something different. This is the reason why I said a few posts back that thy have to execute. And I think this is an opportunity missed. It's a 'Me too' product. I hope it can run a little but this won't take it to a red bull status IMO.
In addition there may be statements that go against your opinions ( and others). Just because this is the case does not mean DD has not been done. It's a typical tactic to try to minimalist someone who has something against you inorder to present your case. Not needed here. I value your input. Do what you will but don't throw out generic statements of ' this is why DD is needed'
Sucralose... Blahhh.
Who was it that was calling this a 'healthy' alternative to soda?
I was really hoping for stevia a few less preservatives.
Jmat. You may want to get a little more info on how many units are sold at locations. Pick another beverage ( aside from your cokes pepsis or red bulls) that are up and coning and see how many are sold in a monthly basis. 100s of units are way too high. In addition you are overly estimating how much people like it prior to it being sold for a few months.
I admire your positive outlook but it will probably be like 5-10k locations. 5-25 units per month of the better flavors at each location. The market is getting saturated. I walked into 3 cvs' today. There is now an entire door full of flavored 'waters' or non soda waters at each location. There must have been ( and are at every location) 10-12 brands. If we were first to market, then numbers would be higher but we will be in with the others. So it will not be that rosy. Still though, will be interesting to see how it transpires. If a big name comes into marketing, expect the higher side of my estimate.
IMO
Why would you say ' clueless'. He obviously had a concern and is basing the value on present day sales and stock OS.
It is a risk and ( as I have said before) I and many others are willing to take.
GLTY
Long since mid '12.
Probably will take a few more years for this sleeper to awake with vengeance.
Good luck.
Why 2.5 days?
Hey Wally. Smart 'investors' take in all information ... Not just listen to flub. You can throw around names etc but your implying that I am not smart is BS
The statement stands. With 2.5 billion OS and another 1 billion that can be used for alternative means f debt reduction and marketing, just using the 2.5 billion at 10 cents ... I ask you the question, does it justify a 250 millions dollar company? You cant even acknowledge the question.
Like did.... In a conversational and constructive way. Don't pull your penny stock tricky wording out to justify / sugar coat/ divert your lack of intelligence and thought processes
Line. That is comparing apples to gorillas. Erb* was a total p&d.
If this stock sits at 10 cents, will it be worth $250 million? Aside from any AD increase? Not many companies in the penny stock arena including this one would be worth that valuation this early in the game. Even if try sold $1 million in product. It's not worth $250 million as is the share but bak eye or restructuring would have to take place prior to that.
Unless you're just in this for a quick buck?
