But if you do do it the way Guyer did get it on record in front of the public then get a good attorney involved...i know I deal with pulling permit's with these kind's of people they think they were born to rule over you and no one can over turn his decisions, it sounds like they have you under their control...GO CGFIA

Thank's Davidio and Ficose but after doing research on powells house I'm not interested the house must of been grandfathered in years ago and someone gave to her it is right on the side of the highway and on the corner of CGFIA'S property i don't know anyone who is going to buy that place especially in this down economy i kinda feel bad for her the most i would even offer her would be 25,000.00,That is without looking at it to it may look pretty bad, she would probably take it but no one would wan't to live there on top of that it is in the minning district or industrial district,one day that place is going to start minning around there...GO CGFIA

Hi impact I do not know if you heard the first public meeting i heard the whole thing and one of the first remarks for the board and for the record was(By the way this is not my opinion this is factual) Guyer telling the board of all his associates that were with him of their qualifications(Degrees,experience,etc)and than telling the board of wally's and his associates experience there was no comparison Guyer and his team put wally and his team to shame,The board understood Guyer because he had his teams Qualifications on paper with them and yes an educated board that has been through high school and the colledge systems here in the USA understood exactly what Guyers Implications were and they clearly understood and noted it...This is why i believe Guyer requested to go in front of the board to begin with because Wally was brow beating him to death and still is...The facts are clear and are on CGFIA'S side

Since i have this on my mind for this board and new members this lady that is supposed to be moderating the public hearing coming up i believe is the one who had to leave early at the first meeting in 2010,so she was not able to vote,now as stated these people are professional politician's so in my view now it is making sense why she left early last time because of a possible future meeting and needing someone to moderate it that is supposedly neutral because her vote for original public meeting is not known...After all there is no doubt in my mind this is how politican's work...GO CGFIA

All i know is what i heard,The man moderating the first hearing said he he has to go with Wally's reccomendaitons because he was lacking experiance on the matter sure there political pro's and have educations and are buisness professionals But there not professional Geologist and if they are than they would have to be constantly staying current with the laws and regulations,Maybe that is why this Lady is going to moderate because she has more exoeriance we will see if it gets that far...I believe the Political environment and public is pretty much the same as 2010 if not even better for CGFIA'S side(Job's down and plenty of layoff's in other industries,Gold is the only thing green today i think) never the less the fact's are being recorded...

In the county I live in if you get 3 years behind on realestate taxes the city will auction it off for taxes due, i won't say what county i'm in or everyone will come out and buy them up...I am going to keep an eye on her's that would be a good retreat from Florida and i can watch the production at the mill when it get's started...GO CGFIA

Hi Brendan,I will buy the lady's house at the public city tax sale when it comes up she won't ever sell it in this realestate climate we are in here in the USA,I would be doing her a favor,Than i would have a little shack(1200 square ft.) in colorado...Also I think CGFIA'S Attorney who wrote the letter concerning Hinnis will probably be more than happy to take on DRMS pro bono to me they would no doubt win that argument and be an easy win under his belt...GO CGFIA...

Hello CGFIA Investors and workmates I looked up Janet Powell's house in the Assessor's office on the San Juan County's website she owes back Taxes for 2011,I think CGFIA can get a good deal for her property she need's the money...Here in my county if you do not pay taxes for 3 years the city will sell it to the public for taxes due,I have bought a few properties that way...GO CGFIA
