They may setle this this month i do not think this lady is stupid she owes taxes according to San Juan county assessors office and she is trying to sell this property has anybody keeped up with the realestate epedemic were having? It's not getting any better...It seem's to me it would be in her best interest to settle this as soon as possible...If not i will wait till she owes 3 years back taxes and buy it at public auction for back Taxes like they do in my county...GO CGFIA...
