Good discussion today for TOMDF .....but Newco after newco..."go big or go bust"...don't worry about TOMDF or what's left of it ....."shareholders will be fine"...
"if you don't like it leave. ",,,,"investor"
GM you stated "They (TODOS) will get 52% of 3CL revenues."....from Gross revenue or net revenue?
Another stated:" Todos will sell some of their 52% to investors. Give away some to new management team. And retain an unknown amount. If I had to guess I would say 25%. " When you say Todos you say TOMDF so we pay for development then our cut goes down to perhaps 25% or less. And this is good?
Discussion should be about what's in it for us, as shareholders and do we even have a say anymore. Why sell off our assets, what about fiduciary duty to shareholders.?
I guess I will try again , let's use 3CL Pharma as an example.
TOMDF, the stock, owns 52% of 3CL for now.
We should own all of it because it is our IP and r&d
The BOD giveTollovid/r and tollotest IP and rights to a newco 3CL and retain only 52 % for shareholders and this seems okay to you....did the executive go along with that deal for their cut too???
So 3CL goes public
Do the Executive and BOD own some besides the 52% ? How much ? Salaried or new shares in Newco ?
So then another part of the company spins off ...TOMDF owned 100% but post spinoff that drops to 52%.......do the BOD and exec still only hold 52% or do they get a "job" in the newco....how are NET profits shared in the Newco
GC says no reverse split...oops had to do it sorry Bod and big investors insisted....anyone see the pattern here....what happens to TOMDF shareholders, do we get a fair cut in Newco, or 52%....but didn't we just have 100%, yes but "don't worry"
Why post a headline from a June 21 press release....trying to give me a heart attack?
Am I the only one that sees this dilution of TOMDF value go on and on with spinoffs and plans to reverse split....they even once said that 3CL Pharma could go public .....what would that do to TOMDF shareprice......
At this rate TOMDF is done...they keep diluting our IP giving it away to spinoffs that management have a share in....we don't
I sure hope it goes up a bit before it crashes.
"We are going to implement a "Like" feature in the very near future; it is already in development.
Regards,
iHub Support"
....and they have.
Todos Medical CLIA/CAP Lab Provista Submits Emergency Use Authorization Application
Well I certainly hope they get this, and for more reasons than 1
Something interesting to note about this announcement. This was released at 9:20 EST and I think most of us here would call this good, maybe great news.
But look at the market's reaction....nothing, in fact the shareprice is down 3%.
Now if you do watch the day to day moves , like I do but some won't....this is normal for a normal day. But not what one would expect with big news.
So this reinforces my thinking that promises no longer move this stock and that putting us all into the vulnerable position of a Post Split scenario would be the worst move.
Only real events will start moving this stock.
"If the uplist actually materializes in "weeks" "
"I didn't realize you already knew from watching the video that was 1000% impossible."
How so?
Why is it impossible?
Well stated VCF, I only have 1 or 2 posts left for today but I will admit answers are not easily found since most news is simply promises of this or that but no real results for some time now or copies of tweets.
Promises won't move this stock, if the stock won't move on merit then the BOD are likely going to push for a Rev split before the time is right. Pushing for an uplisting when down this low is a big mistake, let the shareprice rise on merit. If news doesn't move this stock now..... as it would appear then the idea of a split then a series of positive news releases like Institutional Investors like to hear won't do anything for the stock anyway.
Raising the price of the stock artificially just opens the door for shorters and hedgers. I've had stocks split where even the Inst Investors hedge their investment in case it fails as most will.
Inst Investors will also attach milestones to the deal and if milestones aren't met then their money stops. It's a joke
I have bought into Tomdf on 2 occasions as a calculated bet, then had the rug pulled on me when I heard about intentions to split. Like many others I would have liked to buy more because of the possible success/fundamentals but like many many others I have held off because of the R/S looming and now the shareprice is floundering also because of the threat of a split
provista are offering Videssa testing , so who owns Videssa ? Todos or Provista
Simple Poll to make it easy, cut and paste your answer and repost 'til we get a consensus. How many companies do Todos own or have spun off and what percentage of that company do Todos own?
3CLPharma 52%
Todos Botanicals 0%
Provista 100%
NCL Pharma ?%
Todos are planning on a reverse split sometime in the future and are apparently looking at the NYSE I still wonder if that is a good idea considering the terrible history of other Penny Stocks that have tried and failed.
Any thought from others here since we seem to be trending Number 1 ?
TOMDF Board trending number 2 on the Breakout Boards with 32 posts today yet we still can't get answers to those nagging questions about Revenues and the status of spinoffs etc.
I guess no one knows these things or those who do know won't tell us newbies.
Well said JFB, yes it 's good that the people know who owns Videssa,
Level 2 quotes may disappear on the OTC but not all markets are equal and I am new to OTC Level 2, had it for 13 days now...I stand admonished hat in hand for that mistake.
You have a good way with staying within the guidelines, yet getting your message across on penny stock platforms. Microcap stocks are good vehicle for those "asking such newby questions." for sure
Good video, so that begs the question....is Videssa owned by Todos, or 3CLPharma, or Provista.
GC says that Todos will be doing the work over the required next few months to roll it out and get it going , so I would think this one is tod-ally owned by TODOS?
Be nice to get some answers here today......maybe no-one knows?
".....blood clots, deaths and all sorts of nasty things......" and I thot someone said beware of doing DD on these sites yet we have one of our own longterm deepthinking "investors" quoting from Twitter and "ST" whatever that is ....what is ST?
TOMDF had a relatively strong finish today, up 0.57% on 2,825,701 shares volume for the day. There were some big orders during the day and some big asks.
Oddly enough all of the Level 2 bids and asks disappeared shortly after close....all of it. Not sure what that means to the shreprice tomorrow.
Paxlovid has not helped with the proposed use of 3CL Proteases to combat Covid .
I think Pfizer made a big mistake with Paxlovid when they packaged the treatment as nirmatrelvir and ritonavir together ......Ritonavir has been shown to have awful side effects with patients using it for HIV.
Nirmatrelvir , by itself is a 3CL Ptotease inhibitor , like Tollovid.
Pfizer also made mistakes with the treatment regimen/schedule and are making adjustments on that note.
So to take satisfaction from Pfizer's mistake is kind of counter productive for all of us here.
Exactly , I am starting to understand it too. What management say on line and even thru news releases is beginning to look simply like down the road promises with some actually real, like Florida.
The stock does not move on it anymore.
What is said in interviews and twitter is nice but not really relevant to the Company stock.
Calling TOMDF an investment is questionable to say the least. No doubt they have some great things in the pipeline but they are still a penny stock. Buying this is more like an educated bet.
Like poker but seeing some cards and betting accordingly.
Too bad some are getting doubtful about it all but it is important to base your buying and selling of fundamentals.
I would likely flip this if it were possible. I've said before I would buy more if it wasn't for the threat of a rev/split.....they don't work.
They need to be done right and with a healthy stock.
So does anyone have info on how many offshoot companies that Todos have already spunoff and how many more to come?
Also what percentage Todos will maintain as part ownership and if possible what part of net profit Todos will get and if Todos have to put money into these private spinoffs?
Reason being, Revenue promises ....are all those wonderful projections we're hearing from Todos gross revenue from all Companies or are they net revenues to Todos aka TOMDF.
Does anyone else see how this distinction is important?
A lot of info here today on revenues.
Todos now own 52% of 3CL Pharma so revenue from Tollovid/r and Tollotest will now come into 3CL Pharma then some to Todos ?
Todos Botanicals is another spinoff . How much of them do Todos own? Is there profit from this company, what percent will Todos get? Are there other Liabilities that could affect Todos?
Provista Diagnostics are they 100 % owned by Todos or is that a percentage like 3CL?
Who gets the sales from Nerd Hemp and at what percent of Net profit?
All the other revenue generators ...does all revenue go to Todos, or is it pro rated .....at what factor?
Seems to me with Tollovid/r and Tollotest going to 3CL wouldn't the most we would get from them would be 52% of NET profits?
How is that deal put together, does 3CL act on their own for Capital expenses or does Todos help out?
When others here talk about revenue from previous years are they talking Gross revenues or Net profits, big difference.
Are those numbers from previous years from Todos , 3CL, Provista , Botanicals combined at 100 % or prorated by ownership percent?
There are some big numbers being thrown around but are they just from some conversation and when the CEO and BOD say "we" are they being clear who "we" is?
Because TOMDF are spinning off private companies and those companies' total revenue isn't necessarily coming in to Todos ?
That's disturbing opinion on Paxlovid because the perspective of using 3CL Proteases to combat Covid has taken a big step backwards.
I think Pfizer made a big mistake with Paxlovid when they packaged the treatment as nirmatrelvir and ritonavir. Ritonavir has been shown to have awful side effects .
Nirmatrelvir , by itself is a 3CL Ptotease inhibitor , like Tollovid.

Questions about spinoffs and what Todos get out of it are all good questions.
To say that one should do their own research is a good point but it would also be important to acknowledge that there are answers in previous posts that could easily answer the 4 or 5 questions that continually come up.
Is it taboo to ask how revenues will be shared now that Todos has decided to split off their profitable divisions into private entities.
All kinds of numbers are quoted but fail to say what they represent in Net revenues to TOMDF.
It is like a government selling off its profitable entities to privatization for short term gains....why do it?
A lot of info here today on revenues.

Once they start achieving more and more of their goals , like Florida the hardest part next is to get the word out,
Advertizing is terribly expensive, getting people's trust is an issue but i hope we can do it so that the shareprice will rise on merit
From what I see on other sites , North Americans are very skeptical about natural treatments. If their doctor doesn't approve it they won't touch it.
"The Company expects the new PCR testing business to become material to the Company’s financials in the fourth quarter of 2022 and will initiate protocols to add cancer genetics and pharmacogenomic testing to further improve its genomics offering" YAY!!!
"NYSE Minimum Share Price $4.00" BOO!!!
"...and that's all I have to say about that"
EOD trading interesting, Volume was 5.5 million at close but earlier at around 2:30 PM .....2,228,000 shares traded in 1 order with little effect on the shareprice....
then a very short period later there were a lot of big orders (one was 995,000 shares) and this late buying drove the shareprice up to .0185 near close.
If you follow the MACD in charting it skyrocketed at EOD with that flurry of big orders.
So normally I would say that this could have been someone wanting in and/or some good news is on the way
TOMDF:
1)I was under the impression that Nerd Hemp is a vending machine made by Affy Services or is it a company that stuffs the machine with their products....and what is sold in the Ammo Machine called the General Store . Is that what I think it is?
2) From Sept 12 news/update..."With The IP now formally in 3CL Pharma,..." GC
From the sounds of it 3CL Pharma pretty well own Tollovid and Tollovir , Tollo Test, they hold the IP, they are responsible for production , manufacturing, and the money raised is to be used for further development by 3CL....is that about right?
I wonder what the split will be on profits and costs from Tollovid and Tollovir sales going forward ?
3) Does anyone know yet what 3CL Pharma are going to offer to those who participate in the Crowdfunding ?
The Competition?
" What causes ‘Paxlovid mouth’?
One potential side effect of Paxlovid is dysgeusia. Dysgeusia is a condition where a person experiences a constant bad taste in their mouth. The bad taste is normally metallic, bitter, salty, or rancid. This condition can also affect the way food and beverages taste when eating and drinking."
Crypto craze was fun when it lasted , but those beautiful days of volatility are over for now .
It's in the hands of Bots and HFT's right now....hope some day there will be a catalyst to move it up again.
This is my 15th post...too bad since we're trending # 30 on the Breakout Boards as we speak
Ciao for now
And look how Crypto is working out, been there done that, even got the T Shirt
Averaging down in a penny stock looking at a reverse split preparing for more dilution would not be recommended by a financial advisor since it involves putting more cash in, but of course it will bring down your breakeven price.
That's why putting money into a company like Todos is more like an educated bet than an investment.
Good feeling tho when you're sitting closer to breakeven.
Been there done that.
TOMDF: I was under the impression that Nerd Hemp is a vending machine made by Affy Services or is it a company that stuffs the machine with their products....and what is sold in the Ammo Machine called the General Store . Is that what I think it is?
TOMDF is trending on iHub based on user activity

Happy Hour woooohoooo, who's going to go first?
That's very kind of the 4 of you coming here to save others from making the same mistake you did...Kudos to you
Over the counter in Israel would be good,
I use another Covid treatment/preventative that has been OTC in Israel for 2 or more years .
Since then some trials are done, others ongoing but the product is now authorized in 22% of the world market but not Europe or the Americas yet
That's the point....there is news, which are just more promises, that are already built into the shareprice and then there is news that I call great news which will likely be something real, that actually happens. We need the second type
As far as buying more on the dips, not going to happen with the threat of a reverse split hanging over our heads.. that would be crazy
That is one of the big reasons why TOMDF is drifting down with no volume, lower highs and lower lows....the threat of a split
Stock price is languishing at .0178 range....we need some great news before Happy Hour or else it won't be happy.
