Todos now own 52% of 3CL Pharma so revenue from Tollovid/r and Tollotest will now come into 3CL Pharma then some to Todos ?
Todos Botanicals is another spinoff . How much of them do Todos own? Is there profit from this company, what percent will Todos get? Are there other Liabilities that could affect Todos?
Provista Diagnostics are they 100 % owned by Todos or is that a percentage like 3CL?
Who gets the sales from Nerd Hemp and at what percent of Net profit?
All the other revenue generators ...does all revenue go to Todos, or is it pro rated .....at what factor?
Seems to me with Tollovid/r and Tollotest going to 3CL wouldn't the most we would get from them would be 52% of NET profits?
How is that deal put together, does 3CL act on their own for Capital expenses or does Todos help out?
When others here talk about revenue from previous years are they talking Gross revenues or Net profits, big difference.
Are those numbers from previous years from Todos , 3CL, Provista , Botanicals combined at 100 % or prorated by ownership percent?
There are some big numbers being thrown around but are they just from some conversation and when the CEO and BOD say "we" are they being clear who "we" is?
Because TOMDF are spinning off private companies and those companies' total revenue isn't necessarily coming in to Todos ?
