I wonder if they are 100% effective?
Eagle1,
Why no posts here for Symantec Corp? Isn't this an AntiVirus Software company?
Thanks,
Eagle1,
Hi gaonmymind,
EXBX SEC Filing Completed for OTCBB Bulletin Board
EXOBOX registered its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective February 20, 2006 in a move to qualify the Company’s stock for the OTC Bulletin board (OTCBB).
The transparency on the OTCBB will be beneficial to EXBOX in several ways. It will facilitate trading of EXOBOX”s common stock.
It will also increase the number of institutional investors that take positions in EXBOX stock. Further, the OTCBB is registered by the NASD which requires compliance with SEC rules including updated quarterly financial filings. The OTCBB better positions the Company to move to regulated exchanges should the Company wish to do so in the future.
http://www.exoboxtech.com/Company%20Profile.pdf
Now we wait for the NASD to clear EXBX for OTCBB and we are off to the races…
Its all in black in white EXBX Investors! Personally, I take what Exobox says very serious.
I'm looking for many dollars with EXBX once it trades on the OTCBB...IMO.
Eagle1,
Thanks JJ for the FHAL/CVSU Post, This is very interesting!
Eagle1,
FHAL..JJ & RUFUS HARRIS Q & A!
I'm copying this off the post on my board so where it shows [color=Green], that is the response to the question. ENJOY BABY!!! ENJOY!!!!
Some confusion on HSM..Is the $15 paid to FHAL...they seem to feel that FHAL is paying CVSU shareholders the $15.00....
SB-2 will be at $15. They wanted to value it at $34 but Rufus didn't want to do that because the SEC would have stalled it. Valued it lower to avoid SEC questions and delay. 11 days til done. 10K filed by end of this week, if goes as planned.
Option in 8K applies to the reorganized holdings company. Currenlty loading the float @ .20. He says the provision in the 8K DOES apply to FHAL shareholders as that provision is for the reorganized company and is NOT talking about the prior CVSU company.
Float now between 16-18 Mil. Large number of shorts.
Is there a limit on the number of shares that can be cashed in for $15? If so, what's the number.
NO
Is it necessary for any money to be paid to either side's shareholders at all for the deal to be completed?
NO
In other words, IF that $15 provision applies to current FHAL shareholders, which I don't think it does, and we "can" elect to accept $15 per share for our shares, when will we get the payment?
IT WILL BE VALUED AT $15 PER THEIR FILING.
What is the worst case scenario for FHAL shareholders?
Shares trading at $15. Down side is it gets shorted, but not a concern cause they're buying it as quick as it gets sold and plan to keep doing that.
What could change the scenario before 15 day period?
NOTHING, already filed with SEC. Can't undue the merger. It's filed with the Secretary of State in Delaware. It's a done deal. It's set in stone.
What are the prospects for the new CVSU conglomerate share value? Are they including the proposed value of the Amazon deal into the worth?
Amazon deal not as it seemed. Contacted ambassador of Brazil and it does hold huge future potential. Logs plus environmental credit...they, FHAL, will be originators and it has good long term potential. Current value not based on Amazon deal. Don't factor anything in that is not closed. Amazon deal not in the figures. Long term potential there but not a real major factor now in any way. FHAL was basically about to go broke. CVSU has never been on the OTC. This was a shortcut to get there. Could be on NASD in 45 days, but may take longer. Company grew MUCH faster than they ever thought it could during the time it took them to get all their SB2 filing together for all the JVs. It totally snowballed far faster than they could ever imagine.
THEY'VE BEEN WORKING ON SB2 FILING FOR 7 MONTHS SO FAR BECAUSE OF ALL THE SUBSIDIARIES.
JJ ask him if they are going on a bigger exchange..why at $15 (not saying that would be the case here) would the company be a bulletin board stock??
45 days is the estimate to go NASD, but no guarantee. Issue that could factor in is the 50,000 shares traded per day. Don't know if it will trade that many shares per day once we open at $15, or so, so that "might" be an issue.
If FHAL shareholders opt to keep their shares...are there any issues to be aware of?
Other company officers wanted to value the shares @ $34.00. The only issue he's aware of is that it could hit there and go above that.
Will FHAL trading be halted? If so, how long?
NO TRADING HALT, PERIOD. They are filing this in a way to avoid a trading halt. He didn't want to put up with the phone calls. LOL He said he's been called more by CVSU shareholders than FHAL shareholders. They want to know if their stock is only going to be worth .2X per share. LOL
What will occur during the trading halt?
JJ...can you ask if we get $15 a share..ask him if there is a split?
Do you expect that some of these sub-companies under CVSU will be spun off and the FHAL shareholders will get dividends of those spinoffs? Will those companies IPO? Will the dividends be restricted for a year?
Every company will be spun off within 1 1/2 years per contractual. $7.2 Bil government contract on American International Smart Structure. WOW Designed fiber optics systems used on space shuttle, etc. He never had the money to mfg. his patents. CVSU has backed them, formed new corporation, holding the patents, they got the funding, and it will be a huge, huge, deal. Biggest JV. Cities offering large municipal bonds and tax credits.
NO TRADING HALT!
Ask him about 3.5 billion in assets including 500 million in cash?
See if you can get some details
Will FHAL Shares be restricted in any way (just to clarify once and for all)
There will be NO restricted shares other than those of insiders, period.
JJ my first post here but here are some..maybe repeats
1) What is the specific closing date...not mentioned in the filing
2) 8K says either party can unwind the deal one day before close....did I read that right
3) Is their a quiet period for the insiders
4) How soon do they need to pay the 15. or difference after close. I didn't see a perforamnce date.
Thx, Rick
NO QUIET PERIOD! Just going through financials. They could be releasing PRs every day. They have an internet lottery that they're about to blast off! Georgia Ohio and California to begin with that will replace those state's state lotteries. Can buy on internet or through ATM machines. Even trying to see if they can sell stock through an ATM!
Hi Cash Cow Members...a reminder to Radar EXBX...
Just spreading the word folks, keep EXBX very high on your Radar List!...IMO.
Remember who told you first about it :)))
Eagle1,
Must see pic of the extreme EXBX Sharholder that got a tattoo on his Arm with Exobox on it..LOL
Wowsers....Go Exobox..
Eagle1,
Excellent Thoughts huggums...and Thanks for the post!
You stated, "They will owe OSR apx $3 million for the total, completed product. They had stated they were working on a payment plan. "
Well, one would think that if OSR has seen and validated the "SUEZ Technology" and they are willing to work out a payment plan, well, they must believe that the "SUEZ Technology is the Cats Meow" ..IMO...
Since the OS is not changing now, EXBX Management is doing the "Right Things" and they know what they are doing! These folks don’t want to dilute. If so, they would be doing so now. There is some shares coming to market, but its not from the company IMO.
Many companies would be dumping millions upon millions (possibly Billions) of shares on the market now. We are at a tiny 10,917,500 and I validate this weekly and sometimes daily.
*Call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer)to confirm O/S of 10,917,500 million at 801-266-7151.
There is an open form 211 that a Market Maker has filed with the OTCBB. EXBX could trade on the OTCBB any day and they are skipping the pinksheets completely.
* Call the NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm the Market Maker filing of 211 to go to OTCBB.
As for how much management is getting paid? IMO, Management is already Extremely Successful. hence, IMO, we are in very good hands.

HI Janerite,
You can buy EXBX on the open market now. Its trading on the Grey for now but the company has done all it was required to do for an OTCBB listing.
A form 211 was filed by a Market maker, hence there is an open form 211 at the OTCBB awaiting clearance for EXBX to trade on the OTCBB.
OTCBB listing for EXBX is imminent.
We have a serious play here with EXBX...and IMO it will prove to be an economic investment!
Eagle1,
HI 'janeverite,
I have some comments that I will write as time permits...please read the white papers and company profile...
Thanks,
Eagle1,
HI Diver,
Most of the shares are held tightly and IMO, I don't believe that company would want to dilute anymore than necessary. One would have to think that there will be some institutional investors coming in once on OTCBB and positive news comes out. Also, I would anticipate that the OS could stay very low and be very controlled by the holders of these preferred shares.
The company has worked too hard to just dump a bunch of shares in the market. If they wanted to dilute they would have already done so, hence is an indicator to me...IMO. OS has not changed in a while and is now 10,917,500 as I have been monitoring the TA weekly. To me, this is a great sign from the management of Exobox.
Thats my two cents...
Eagle1,
P.S. EXBX SEC Filing Completed for OTCBB Bulletin Board
EXOBOX registered its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective February 20, 2006 in a move to qualify the Company’s stock for the OTC Bulletin board (OTCBB).

Well, if you ask me, we have an undiscovered and grossly undervalued company with EXBX. Ask yourself this, does it have upside potential?
Eagle1,
Regardless of the Fundementals of a stock, they can run to high cotton!
Most of these type of stocks such as ETLC are "Trading" Stocks until they can prove to be an economic "Investment". ETLC has the potential though.
Different risk levels for different type of players.
When you find a stock that is a speculative stock that becomes an investment, then you are one fortunate person.
A stock like EXBX comes around once every ten years or so.
IMO, EXBX will prove to be an economic investment from here IMO.

Call for Help now, "Hacker gets FBI director's password"
Consultant used free software to find passwords of director, others
Updated: 12:33 a.m. CT July 6, 2006
WASHINGTON - An FBI computer consultant gained access to the secret passwords of Director Robert Mueller and others using free software found on the Internet, the latest embarrassment in the bureau's long struggle to modernize its computers.
The consultant, Joseph Thomas Colon of Springfield, Ill., has pleaded guilty to four misdemeanor counts of intentionally exceeding his authorized computer access, and prosecutors are recommending roughly a year in prison.
Colon's lawyer is asking U.S. District Judge Richard Leon for probation, contending that an employee in the FBI's Springfield office gave Colon a password to get into the secret system to speed the installation of a new computer system. The work was part of the ill-fated Trilogy project that Mueller abandoned last year.
Prosecutors do not believe Colon was trying to damage national security or use the information for financial gain. Still, they said in court papers, the FBI was forced to take significant steps to make sure there was no harm from Colon's actions.
His sentencing was postponed on Tuesday and reset for July 13.
Colon, 28, lost his job and security clearance after acknowledging that he made his way into the deepest reaches of the FBI's internal computer network on four occasions in 2004.
He used two computer programs to extract the information and decode the passwords of Mueller and others, according to his plea agreement.
It was unclear from court documents why he sought so many passwords.
The FBI would not comment on details of the case. Colon's lawyer, Richard Winelander, did not respond to messages Thursday from The Associated Press.
In court papers, Colon argues that by March 2004, he and FBI information technology employees in Springfield had grown frustrated with bureaucratic delays in performing "such routine and mundane tasks as setting up workstations, printers, user accounts and to move individual computers from one operating system to another."
One employee, identified by Colon as an FBI agent, gave him a password he could use to avoid the delays. That password got Colon into the secret user name and password file.
The FBI has beefed up its systems to guard against unauthorized access, FBI spokesman Paul Bresson said.
The FBI has spent nearly $600 million to put in place a high-speed, secure computer network and 30,000 new desktop computers. The Trilogy technology upgrade was begun even before the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, highlighted computer problems at the FBI.
But Mueller scrapped the final phase of the program, a paperless case management system called Virtual Case File after consultants said it was obsolete and riddled with problems.
In March, the FBI said it would spend an additional $425 million to build and run the Sentinel system. It is expected to be finished in late 2009.

Hackers target State Dept. computers,
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/07/11/state.hackers.ap/index.html
Widespread break-ins appear aimed at HQ, East Asian office
Tuesday, July 11, 2006; Posted: 7:18 p.m. EDT (23:18 GMT)
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The State Department is recovering from large-scale computer break-ins worldwide over the past several weeks that appeared to target its headquarters and offices dealing with China and North Korea, The Associated Press has learned.
Investigators believe hackers stole sensitive U.S. information and passwords and implanted backdoors in unclassified government computers to allow them to return at will, said U.S. officials familiar with the hacking.
These people spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the widespread intrusions and the resulting investigation.
The break-ins and the State Department's emergency response severely limited Internet access at many locations, including some headquarters offices in Washington, these officials said. Internet connections have been restored across nearly all the department since the break-ins were recognized in mid-June.
"The department did detect anomalies in network traffic, and we thought it prudent to ensure our system's integrity," department spokesman Kurtis Cooper said. Asked what information was stolen by the hackers, Cooper said, "Because the investigation is continuing, I don't think we even know."
Tracing the origin of such break-ins is difficult. But employees told AP the hackers appeared to hit computers especially hard at headquarters and inside the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, which coordinates diplomacy in countries including China, the Koreas and Japan.
In the tense weeks preceding North Korea's missile tests, that bureau lost its Internet connectivity for several days.
China's government was considered by experts a chief suspect in computer break-ins at the Defense Department and other U.S. agencies disclosed last summer.
But China also is home to a large number of insecure computers and networks that hackers in other countries could use to disguise their locations and launch attacks.
The Pentagon warned earlier this year that China's army is emphasizing hacking as an offensive weapon. It cited Chinese military exercises in 2005 that included hacking "primarily in first strikes against enemy networks."
After the State Department break-ins, many employees were instructed to change their passwords. The department also temporarily disabled a technology known as secure sockets layer, used to transmit encrypted information over the Internet.
Hackers can exploit weaknesses in this technology to break into computers, and they can use the same technology to transmit stolen information covertly off a victim's network.
Many diplomats were unable to access their online bank accounts using government computers because most financial institutions require the security technology to be turned on. Cooper said the department has since fixed that problem.

Good Morning EXBX Shareholders!!!
Eagle1,
The Biggest Kaboom Stock... EXBX
http://www.vannattabros.com/adospics/cmush.jpg
As of 7/11/06 EXBX is trading on they Grey Market due to them just starting trading as of 10-2005. *EXBX is not trading on the grey market for any wrong doing and this is very uncommon. The company has done all Pre-requisites on their part for a OTCBB listing.
EXBX is skipping the Pinksheets and launching right to the OTCBB. This is Great news.
EXBX has a Market Maker that has filed a form 211 at the OTCBB to be quoted on the OTCBB.
Currently, the hold up for EXBX to trade on the OTCBB is between the "OTCBB and the Market Maker" that has filed the form 211.
The trading we are seeing now is between shareholders as there is no market maker quotations for EXBX yet until the OTCBB clears the MM to quote EXBX on the OTCBB. EXBX could trade on the OTCBB at any day. Although there is an MM accumulating inventory..IMO.
Here is the info to confirm that a market maker has filed a form 211 at the OTCBB as well as the Transfer Agent's information to confirm O/S as of 7/11/2006 is
10,917,500.
* NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm the Market Maker filing of 211 to go to OTCBB.
*Call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer) to confirm O/S of 10.9 million at 801-266-7151.

FBI Awards COMSO First Task Order Under TSDP Contract
July 2004 – COMSO scored a major coup in securing its first task order award under the FBI's Technology Support and Development Project (TSDP), a $42.5 million contracting set-aside for small businesses. Task Order #1 will provide the full range of software maintenance and enhancement support services for the FBI's Financial Systems Unit (FSU) of the Information Resources Division. COMSO was joined by subcontractor Dynamic Systems Solutions, Inc. in its winning proposal, which highlighted COMSO's experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial and administrative applications as well as its expertise in helping customers transition systems to client/server technology with Web-based front ends and Oracle back end.
The task order, scheduled to begin August 2, 2004, could run for five years if the FBI exercises all options. COMSO will provide eleven IT professionals to support the FBI at its headquarters in downtown Washington. The team includes eight new COMSO employees who have previously supported the FBI; their addition represents a 14 percent increase in COMSO's total staff.
According to COMSO's TSDP Program Manager, Lisa Goodman, "COMSO is thrilled at this first foray into the FBI contracting environment. This award is a prime opportunity that will allow our new customer to get to know us, at the same time deepening our experience base in supporting the national intelligence community."

I'm doing well, I hope everything is good with you. Thanks for checking on the upcoming shareholders meeting. I'm excited about what is ahead for us. It appears everything is falling in place and I agree that good news is around the corner.
IMO we have great products, great leadership and a great future. My son just turned 17 and made his first stock purchase with his own money, 10K shares of EXBX @.20, I wish I had thought ahead and had him open a Roth IRA. Imagine the potential that account might have in 42 1/2 years.
We are Blessed, best of luck to everyone with their investment.
Take care
Imgunnaretire
