Excellent Thoughts huggums...and Thanks for the post!

You stated, "They will owe OSR apx $3 million for the total, completed product. They had stated they were working on a payment plan. "

Well, one would think that if OSR has seen and validated the "SUEZ Technology" and they are willing to work out a payment plan, well, they must believe that the "SUEZ Technology is the Cats Meow" ..IMO...

Since the OS is not changing now, EXBX Management is doing the "Right Things" and they know what they are doing! These folks don’t want to dilute. If so, they would be doing so now. There is some shares coming to market, but its not from the company IMO.

Many companies would be dumping millions upon millions (possibly Billions) of shares on the market now. We are at a tiny 10,917,500 and I validate this weekly and sometimes daily.

*Call the TA (Cottonwood Transfer)to confirm O/S of 10,917,500 million at 801-266-7151.

There is an open form 211 that a Market Maker has filed with the OTCBB. EXBX could trade on the OTCBB any day and they are skipping the pinksheets completely.

* Call the NASD OTC Compliance Unit at 240-386-5100 to confirm the Market Maker filing of 211 to go to OTCBB.

As for how much management is getting paid? IMO, Management is already Extremely Successful. hence, IMO, we are in very good hands.
